I visited All About Nails for the very first time two weeks ago. My friend and I called around 7pm to see if they by chance had an appointment available for two people. They were so sweet and gracious over the phone. We arrived less than 10 minutes later and were excited to learn their pricing for a mani & pedi, we initially called for their regular mani pricing. We were over the moon that they had time for my friend and I to each receive a manicure and pedicure. This was one of the very best pedicures I have ever had. My nailed were manicured while my feet were being done too. The hot stones and treatment on my legs felt amazing! All of the ladies who worked there were so pleasant and followed the request I had regarding my cuticles and how I preferred my fingernails as well as toe nails to be cut. They followed CDC guidelines and I felt safe being there. The items used for my grooming were sterilized and opened while I watched. The owner was very nice too. It was storming outside and they were so nice to let us wait for the lightening and thunder to pass before we left and they closed immediately thereafter. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Ive frequented this establishment for a few months and I enjoyed the way they shaped/did my dip-powder nails. there is only one woman who does dip powder nails so I’ve gotten her every time I’ve gone for the last few months. At first I didn’t really have an issue, but this last time I went her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I normally don’t write reviews but my experience was so terrible that I just needed to voice it publicly. My nails are naturally very long, to the point of appearing like acrylics, and I like them long. each time I’ve gone into the salon she has voiced that she thinks my nails are “too long,” which immediately is confusing because what does that have to do with you? If I like them that way what’s the problem? It’s an unnecessary comment. I went in and I picked out a color, and when I showed it to her she didn’t like it and recommended that I try another color. I trusted her because I figured she knew best. she brought out two other colors and began mixing them on my nails to create this ugly color I didn’t ask for or consent to having put on my nails. I am not one to complain, but I spoke up and said I didn’t like them, and asked to nicely have them redone as this was not my mistake as i had chosen another color when I walked in. she proceeded to take off the ugly combination and harshly redo my nails. She cut me because of how aggressive she was being and shaped my nails terribly. She filed them down so much I could feel how thin they were, and in the MONTHS i’ve had my nails long, they had never felt so weak. I left and TIPPED HER ANYWAY, and a few days later my nails broke. For the first time in months. They wouldn’t have broken if her service had been more accommodating to the CUSTOMER and not her PERSONAL opinions on what nails should look like. Terrible service, totally unprofessional and rude woman. I won’t be back here again.

Awesome customer Care, great nails and great Covid preventions!!She lost so much business. They are a great local business that just always does the right thing. I would love for more people to get their nails done.

The pedicures they give are great and the price is awesome. However, I must say, I am very disappointed in my manicure. I got a regular manicure and paid $5 extra for a nail polish they said would last longer. Not even 24 hours later, two nails chipped. They fixed the 2 for free but it’s been only 6 days and 6 of my nails totally chipped. Not worth that extra $5!

I love this place, they have great service and always leave satisfied with my pedi and mani. They take their time to clean where its suppose to and the prices are reasonable.

This terrble place the owner end employeds they aré so rude i am never recomended this place.

I have been coming here since 2004 and all I can say - it is a great experience. Very professional, friendly, nice atmosphere.Sara and her staff is fabulous.Strongly recommend!

Had an appointment for pedicure at 2:30pm- at 4pm I was still waiting to be seated. I ended up leaving without getting it done because over an hour and a half of waiting is unacceptable. No one even said sorry to me until I was walking out the door. I understand with covid they cannot sit as many people but they should have been more prepared. Will be going somewhere else.

The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They did a thorough job with my pedicure. They seated me right away and Diana took extra care to repair my broken nail. Much better than my regular place.

My wife says the manicure,, the pedicure and the massage are of the highest quality. From sports casual nails to dress up design the design and the technique are always great.Also, the people are so friendly and the atmosphere so relaxing. And the price is very good.

It is a worst manicure in my life!Julia didn’t do it sequentially, very neatly, my nails hurt after a manicure! The quality of the manicure is terrible, the nail is not completely covered not with gel, not with color polish, not finish. The color from the previous manicure remained on the little finger! There are bulbs at the finish. Lacquered on my fingers. Near the cuticle is not stained.For clients, I do not recommend this salon to visit. And the staff is advised to take advanced training courses and not scoff at customers!And still very old dirty shabby furniture.And they didn’t sanitize my hands when I came in from the street. I hope the manicure tools have been proliferated.

Amazing pedicure and such hardworking woman, I am very pleased with how my nails came out. I will definitely be coming back again !

The worst!Literally just got up and left the pedicure was so bad. I made her take off the polish that looked like a 3 year old did it. Spent 20 for 1/2 pedicure that took over an hour and is horrible . Didn’t know how to file, polish or anything.So I get to pay 20 to walk out with nothing.

They didnt honor my appointment and had me wait 45minutes. The second time I went they bumped me 3x and had me soaking for a whole hour! Very unorganized and always leaves me upset.
