I ordered a companion cherry wood urn with velvet bags embroidered in my parents names. I picked red for my mother since that was her favorite color and white for my father, a pastor. The ashes fit perfectly and it looks like what my parents would think an urn should look like (they were 96 & 93 years old) It came faster than expected and high quality on everything. They died several years apart but now they can be together again. We are sprinkling their ashes in the large rose garden my father tended and at my mothers Kansas farm so the bags identifying them is helpful.

We ordered the Guitar theme urn for a very close friend and business partner. We accidentally wrote the wrong year which we did not catch. I had ordered online and when we caught the error we emailed Perfect Memorials- they had already shipped out the urn but immediately responded they made a new plague and shipped it out the same day. Within 3 days of ordering we received the urn and the corrected plague. They emailed us to make sure we received the urn and we were happy. Customer service and quality were incredible. I ordered the large teddy bear urn. Its adorable. My sweet dachshund passed away in July and Im still heartbroken. With this little bear, I put some of her ashes and some of her fur in it. I personally used my own small zip lock jewelry bags and put each in a velvet pouch and inserted it in the zipper of the bear. I also included her bells that were attached to her collar. I can hear her bells and I can hug the bear with part of her inside. I does bring a little comfort to a person who lost a huge part of my life. Thank you for providing this.

My grandmother passed away recently and the family decided to cremate her. I wanted her to be put into something beautiful. The urn I picked out was perfect, all metal and lid screws on so no accidental spills and the engraving was beautifully done. The keepsakes are about 2 and a half inches length and an inch wide and perfect as a keepsake. Matched with the urn I bought for my grandma. The medium urn was perfect size for my grandma as she was about 85lbs when she passed. The urn was more of a light green color but she loved almost every color possible. Favorite was turquoise. I bought an inside bag for her but some how I got a large one instead of medium so I use it for under her urn until its time for her to be with my grandpa. Overall this company was great in all aspects and I got it 1 day earlier than expected. Thank you!

They shipped my Swayze’s urn out the very next day & it included a small personalized plague. Unfortunately FedEx lost track of it for several days. The only thing that surprised me is the engraved plate on the front of the urn is very thin and mounted with 3M tape that you peal and stick to the urn yourself.Update: Perfect Memorials saw my post. I did receive an apology from them not noting how some items are sent a small engraved plaque instead of directly on the item. This is just for ease of correction if need be. I guess this is good for long distance items like mine. If it was a locally made piece maybe it would be attached with decorative rivets.I am NOT returning it though. The statuary on top of the urn look very much like the items that my late mother had in her curio cabinet and I will be displaying with the urn.

Ordered a small urn. It is lighter and has a black material on the inside (I dont know what it is made of) The small urn I ordered in 2017 was perfect in every way. Unfortunately they dont accept returns on engraved items.Service was good, just dont care for this urn.
