I drove through the wash and my car was fine, but the wash didn’t remove all the bugs, so I went to drive back to the entrance and heard something loose underneath the car. The “attendant” said the plate under the engine was loose and immediately said it could not have happened in the car wash. Quick disclaimer! So, now I need my vehicle towed to a dealership to have this thing reattached, and hopefully it’ll be covered by warranty since the car wash won’t accept any responsibility.

The entire process is very confusing. The car wash is totally automated but there 3-4 people to help you pay even though it being also automate and the machine ask for tip. Not sure since when machines have started asking for tips, just another way to earn more money. The car is also just ok.

I love it here! I come here every week, and it’s my favorite part of the week. The workers are so friendly and always talking to customers. My car always comes out so nice!

I bring my car here once or twice a week using the Platinum Unlimited pass. However, this time I took my wife’s car after a road trip to deep clean. Luis let me run it through twice because not every bug came off the first time. Great customer service!! He was a really cool guy. Thank you!

The side mirrors and front glass still be a little wet, maybe if you put some guys at the end wiping the cost down as they pull away from the car wash would make more customers? God bless keep up the good work!

Front end was fast and easy...The wash cycle was quite efficient...The dry out crew was great except for one of the males whorushed through on the passenger side and moved on to another vehicle. This required that I ask the hard working and very efficient female that did an excellent job on the drivers side to redo what the very inefficient make worker left in a very unsatisfactory condition.In the final analysis, I was satisfied with the thirty six dollar cost and the ten dollar tip thanks to a very hard working young lady.

My car still looks good after one week. Vacuums free and works great.

Exterior always looks great!I wish the people would pay more attention to detail on the interior. I understand it’s supposed to be a quick thing. But I even asked if there was a better interior cleaning package I could pay for.. wasn’t available. Clean the seats. Clean the center console. Clean the gauges. The leather stick shift neck. Spray off the floor mats if they’re rubber and dirt on them. Most times If I’m doing an interior clean.. it’s for a date or to pick up family. Help a guy out.

NOT FULL SERVICE as comes up in search.For $20 Id expect a much better job than this (see photos). While they do provide vacuums they are self service. Also there is nothing to wash mats off (hello we are in MN and most people have weather tech or similar which need a good spray now and then) or wipe inside or windows with. I was expecting at least some service with a quick wipe of interior and a quick vacuum. I used to have a place where for $25 theyd wash, hand dry, wipe the interior including the windows. Save your money and use a gas station of similar where you get the same exterior wash for 1/2 the priceNow I have to still visit a self service was to clean my mats and the spots there machines missed.Definitely wont be back here.

I have a monthly subscription for unlimited carwashes. Its a great value. With the long months of Minnesota Winter grime and the plastered bugs on your windshield the rest of the year it is a terrific bargain!

What can I say but that I’ve been with you through the years. Remember the dryers which was nice, but get how tough times meant tough decisions to let go of them. Still with you because your wash is the best and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Why do the cars have to go so fast through your Eden Prairie location? I have been at your Edina (bloomington) and St Louis Park locations and they move much slower which gives a more superior wash. I know they all wash a lot of cars but I would and feel that we wont care if we wait in line a few extra minutes to get a better wash, especially in the drying cycle which is very poor at Eden Prairie because the dryers dont have a chance to do what they are supposed to do, Please SLOW IT DOWN.

Very convenient and friendly staff. Wish they would figure out a model for household memberships as a typical family now has at least 2 cars and am sure there are many like me who dont want to pay separate membership for each car.

I went to Mr. Car Wash for the first time thinking thier wash would be better than your average gas station. I Did the #1 car wash hoping to get the bugs off the front of my vehicle and windshield. Id say 1/3 of them were removed. An $8 gas station car wash would do the same as the $17 I paid for the wash. Dont waste your money.

Staff are ALWAYS very friendly. The RFID check-in couldn’t be easier. Most important is that my car, my dog and I all love the experience of driving through the carwash - and with membership being able to as frequently as we want.

I’ve had two cars on the plan for probably over a decade and always love the job the wash does. Todd, the local manager is an awesome guy and we know each other by name 😊 I only wish the final touch would come back at the full service locations.

Overall, Mister Car Wash at Eden Prairie does a good job in general and is expedient in washing your car. If you visit during the weekday you can even get in and out in under 5 minutes. My first beef is with their antiquated billing system that does not link multiple vehicles under one name of account, relies on a customers license plate number or account number nor does not allow any on-line access to a customers account but rather relies on you speaking with an individual at the car wash who then physically enters the information (took 10 minutes both times it was necessary) BEFORE you can get your car washed, and lastly does not notify you by email/vm/text when your credit card information is no longer valid. Their employees, while being polite and professional, seem understaffed with individuals who can offer assistance to customers with any concerns. Their phone support staff are nationally-based, not local, so be prepared to wait 10 minutes to speak with anyone. This business is in serious need of an updated billing system that allows on-line access by customers. I sent my above concerns to Mister Car Wash and in the hope of prodding the CEO into necessary action.I initially rated this business two stars a year and a half ago after a very frustrating experience at the car wash as well with their phone support. Since that time, I have continued to use the Eden Prairie location for my two cars 4 times a month and have been very satisfied. I have noticed they have increased the staffing presence at the entry gates. Still able to get in and out within 5-10 and minutes, but what I have also noticed is the friendliness of the staff and their engagement with customers. Although I havent needed to a new credit card # recently, I still dont know if they have been able to link vehicles under a single credit card to avoid multiple re-registration for each car- I hope so. Thanks for the improvements the management has made-it is noticeable.

Does a decent job but they should ask before spraying the bug remover all over. Also not a fan of the brush they use on the paint. Good on a chrome and glass but not the paint!

I have been using your car wash for over 30 years... its the only car wash I use for my vehicles.

Mister Car Wash literally stole my money for the last 3 months. They continued to say my account was cancelled but I kept getting billed. Their customer service is horrendous as I waited on hold for nearly 3 hours trying to sort this out 3 different times. I needed to start emailing to keep a record of what was going on because I ended up not trusting their word at all. Eddiez Auto Wash is a way better value and a better car wash. Avoid these guys at all cost.

This is one of the best car wash I ever had. Their equipment s are very nice and perfectly clean the price. Also staff is available for any kind of help.

Good Car wash place, the staff is really good. For a long time the car wash dryer did not work properly, the car was still wet after wash. Made a complaint to the management there, it took time but they fixed it. The have free vacuum for customers. I wish they were opened for a longer time, the close at 7 pm everyday. Cancellation is hustle free and easy. The do not have a office in this location but a staff member is always available.

Last visit my SUV was scratched along the top. Debris must have been in the material that hits the top of the car and made a swirling scratch. Not happy at all.

My wife and I have been monthly subscribers for quite a long time. We love having our cars clean all the time. new updates to the EP location are looking good

My only feedback regarding my experience is the location in Eden Prairie. This location need to adjust their soap dispensers because it only spray a small out and that the wash isnt clean. I would have to wash my multiple times in order to be satisfied with the wash. I would also encourage Mister car wash to give out birthday washes to their members.

Without a doubt the most useful carwash business there is. The premium unlimited wash inside and out for one flat price is the easiest way to keep your car looking brand new on a daily basis. The wash itself comes second to the exceptional employees they have. Hard working no matter what the weather is like and always friendly. Highly, highly recommend

My Mr. Car wash experience was a pretty good one it was actually the smoothest carwash ive had so far ^_^ and would deffinately recconmend it.

Looking for an inexpensive way to clean my wheels, I tried several car washes. After trying your washer I discovered the best way to get a car wash and get my wheels clean at the same time.

I usually love car wash wherever it is.. Last 2yrs I am going here only for cleaning and vacuuming my car... Generally dont do so much car wash, it spoils your cars outside coating and made some scratches....

We are membership holders recently we returned home from a trip out west in the front of our white car was covered in bug residue. In typical Mr. car wash fashion the employee looked at the front and did not bother to use the scrub brush to remove the bug debris. So my wife came home and her and I went out with a bucket and scrubbed The bug debris off our self and then I questioned her why continue this membership if they can’t officially uphold their end of the bargain.

Lines can seem long but the staff gets the cars through fast.Pro - tips:Ask for a cloth when they are drying your car, and wipe down the inside.Take your floor mats to the front of the wash, and they will wash them off for you!If its not clean the first time, just ask about them running through the wash again - they are happy to do it.

We have been an unlimited wash member for awhile. Loved the service until recently. They just installed an automatic dryer, no more staff to dry the cars. I understand the efficiency, however, the machine leaves water spots on my windows. This car wash now rates up there with the gas station washes.

This used to be the best car wash around! Ive been a monthly member for almost five years. In the beginning, I felt they really cared about customer satisfaction. A nice personal touch with a damp cloth for your interior and a hand dried exterior. The damp cloth ended a couple years ago to cut costs. A recent change in December was made to automate the system. The smiling greeter was replaced with a scanner and an auto arm that allows you to enter. They also eliminated the hand dry station, changed the drying fans and watered down the soap. The drying fans do a great job of blowing the water but not off the car! This morning there was a lineup of seven cars outside the wash being towel dried by their owners, I was number 8. Im all about saving money when you can but I hate to see it at the cost of quality.

If you have low profile tires dont go here. It uses a tractor feed system. Otherwise youre fine

Great Wash for the money. I do the monthly wash in the winter. Its 32.99 and includes tire shine and they hand dry! You have to vacuum yourself but you save so much money over going to cloud 9 or even a Gas station wash. Remember to slide them a tip through your window when leaving :-)

I have an unlimited wash plan, and would highly suggest one to anyone who like a clean car. I visit several different locations on a regular basis, and this one isnt the best or the worst. This one always seems to have friendly employees who do a better than average job spraying down your car, but the drying part of the wash has room for improvement.

The car wash started well but over the past year I have seen the equipment slowly go downhill. The amount of soap tree eleased is about half of the amount that was initially used. The spinners that clean the sides of the car often miss. Last time the left-hand side brush didnt even touch my car. Unless the quality improves, I will probably cancel my monthly cleaning and look for another

Im updating my review second time. Nothing much has changes when they did away with the hand dryers at the end of the wash by putting in more blowers a year ago. The price is still the same. I now have to get out of my car and hand dry the water spots myself and my windows. You may want to consider going to a regular gas station car wash and save some money.

The sticker they give you for your car window doesn’t come off without the extra effort. Took an hour of us sitting there with goo gone to remove on luxury vehicle.

Except for the self serve vacuuming, this is a stay in your car service. No towels are given to wipe off excess water. The cleaning part is so-so at best. Prices are about same as a full service car wash. Plus their app doesn’t make it easy to navigate simple things like prices. Drive a little further for a cleaner vehicle

Pretty decent car wash. They have free vacuum and their unlimited basic wash cost just 24 bucks which is the cheapest in Eden Prairie. The staff members are really good, always have a smiling face which is an added bonus 😊

This is a great carwash to go to. It gets my car clean pretty much every time, and there are even free vacuums with any level of carwash purchase. There are different levels for different prices depending on how much you are willing to pay to get your car as clean as you can get it. The one thing that could be improved is that the air driers at the end of the wash often do not totally dry my car and I have to hand dry it with a towel afterwards. This seems to be a problem more or less at all car washes and is not specific to this one. I would recommend this car wash to anyone who is willing to pay a little more to get their car clean.

The wash is fine but you have to dry your vehicle by hand if you dont want water spots. The vacums available for do it your self cleaning are very powerful. The staff hsve always been friendly even though with my trucks double pained windows they have to enter my unlimited wash club sticker by hand.

- Car wash is good. I did find some dust sticking even after car wash. They took that complaint and did a rewash accepting that. Nice service.- people who would like to do quick wash and who do wash very frequently, this would be the right place.-Really express wash (1-2 min show)- However they dont do cleaning inside.- but free vacuums provided - we can use it clean our interiors (not time bound as well)

I have been using mister car wash for more than a year now with unlimited express platinum membership but Im very dissapointed because of tiny scratches that caused on my car paint. plus today I had very deep big scratch on my lower trunk door so I wouldnt recommend this place if you care about your car. I would recommend touchless car wash.

Not quite the full-service car wash like St. Louis Park, bur more of an Express wash experience. This was all I needed today, so that was fine, but if you want your car towel-dried, this is not the Mister Car Wash for you.

Car still had many spots left on it and was very streaky.
