Our central air conditioner died and we called Kelly Heating and Electric at 8:00am that following morning. They sent Josh to us for an evaluation. After everything was explained to us about what we needed, the next day at 8:00am Brandon and Ryan arrived and removed the old air conditioner and replaced it with a new one, along with a new furnace and were finished with the upgrade by 12:30pm. They both were very professional and answered any questions we had after the install. They also did an excellent job on cleaning up after the job was done. I highly recommend Kelly Heating and Electric and I will call them again in the future.

I hired Kelly Heating and Electric to replace our existing central air unit. The salesman Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable and quick to get our install started. When Brandon and Jack arrived the morning of the install Brandon found out our heat exchange on the furnace had 2 big cracks in it and showed me right away. After we talked for a bit about it he had Josh on the phone asking him to stop over and give a quote on a new furnace. Josh came within no time and we hammered out the details and had a furnace on the way over to do both installs that same day. Bieber the shop guy brought out the furnace and stuck around to help since the job got bigger than expected and within around 6 hours both installs were complete. He was the only one of the three salesman to give me prices right there up front. I found all three companies very professional and competitive. I did a lot of research myself for several weeks to feel I was making an informed decision. Josh was able to answer all of my questions and was excellent in communicating. My nearly 30 year old furnace was on its last legs and began to loudly announce its imminent demise. I sent an email early Wednesday morning (after being awoken by a groaning blower motor) asking about an estimate. I had contacted multiple services and Kelly is the only one who responded. Josh got back to me very promptly, came the same day for the estimate to replace my old unit, and had the technicians here on Thursday to install the new unit. Josh clearly outlined the benefits of each system as well as energy rebates and financing options available. The professionals who performed the installation arrived on time and got straight to work. Kai and Ryan were great, were very considerate of my family being home, and did such quality work. They made sure I was aware of what was going on, explained where vents would need to be placed and why prior to moving forward. When they left, other than the new furnace, you would have never known they were here. They cleaned up all the mess from the old furnace, as well as where they added new vents. They were so respectful of my home. Josh stayed afterwards to walk me through the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Just finished getting several items replaced and rewired by a Kelly Electrician named Bruce. I don’t normally take time to write an opinion but felt compelled to do so in this case. Bruce arrived early to the job and was very professional all the while he in my home. All his work was completed in a timely fashion and looked good when finished. After completing the assigned work Bruce was very helpful in answering questions about several additional projects I planned on doing. He explained in detail what I needed and in some cases what I didn’t need to do. I would not hesitate to use Kelly Heating & Electric again and in fact will use again as soon as I acquire the items I need replaced and or up graded.

Matt was great. He explained everything in terms that anyone could understand. He quickly uncovered a botched repair done by a competitor a couple years prior and was able to correct it quickly. The Inspection that was done saved me a blown board that would have cost several hundred dollars. I will go through the winter with peace of mind with my heating system. I had Kelly Heating install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home this spring. Josh did an great job explaining the different systems and helped weigh the benefits of each. While installing they noticed some duct work needed to be adjusted in order for the new system to perform the best possible. They added a duct run for no extra cost. The new system continues to exceed all my expectations. From start to finish Josh and the crew were awesome to deal with and I would definitely work with them again!

Day 1:late afternoon.. frantic call for help as no satisfaction from another company after 10 days regarding need for new furnace. Call returned by Josh within 15 minutes .Day 2: Josh came. Bill R. did a great job of diagnosing a problem between our thermostat and boiler; because we have an old house and all sorts of wires in the spot where the thermostat is located we have to call in an electrician. I know that the job will be done correctly and I wont have to worry about my boiler trying to fire up again in the summer.

Matt called before coming over as promised. Upon arrival he quickly troubleshot the electrical issue with my water heater and gave me his expert opinion as to what the problem was. I dont remember the receptionists name, but she was so happy and helpful it was as if I was the only person to ever need their services. He was friendly, fast and informative... and the central air was installed and running that Friday! Team installed a boiler system (for in floor heat) and garage heater for us this winter. Did an exceptional job with the installation and followed through on installation and clean up. Derrick and and Bieber did an great job on preparation of the room by rolling up carpeting before installation and sweeping area and replacing carpeting in utility room. I would recommend them for work needed for your home. Great experience with Kelly Heating and Electric.

Just re-read the review I sent a year ago when Kelly installed my new Bryant furnace and AC. Nothing has happened to change my opinion of Kelly. Bill R. was on time for this maintenance visit and, after finishing the job, called to see if I had any discounts in place. Because I signed up for both fall & spring service there was a 10% discount on the filter. Also, the air conditioning worked beautifully last summer and same for the heater last winter. Couldnt be happier with Kelly and their technicians.

Matt (our installer) was on time and respectful of our home, baby, and pets. Did good solid work. Got our new AC blowing ice cold air in no time.Everything was clean, all of the resources for my new smart thermostat were left with me and he even went ahead and helped me get the initial start up taken care of.Overall from our estimate with Josh through our purchase and installation the entire process was painless and all in all flawless.Couldn’t be happier. Our homes A/C unit wasn’t functioning properly and after unsuccessful trouble shooting my husband decided to call Kelly. The previous owners had used them for the install of the system and we had used them during our recent home renovations with duct work and gas pipes. We wanted to stay loyal, so my husband called to have the A/C unit evaluated. When my husband had left for work that morning at 6:30 AM we had power. When the technician arrived sometime that morning apparently there was no electricity. There have been many storms this week and several times where the electricity has been out for a short time. The technician left as nothing could be done without power. My husband was told he would be responsible to pay $60 for the technicians trip plus an additional $145 for diagnosis to come back. He called and canceled the second trip after feeling like the extra $60 charge was unfair. The power outage was an unforeseen circumstance, an act of God if you will. I called the next day and asked to speak with someone regarding these charges, stating as loyal customers I didn’t feel the extra $60 charge was fair. The receptionist stated she would pass the message along to her boss. Tim called me back, and I was in awe of how rude he was. He literally started the conversation with his voice raised/yelling and speaking to me like I was a child. I reminded him of our recent projects that we have used them for and that as loyal customers, he should be more understanding that a power outage is a freak incident. Still yelling, he responded “It cost $30 in gas to drive to Osseo, plus 2 1/4 hours of the technicians time, someone needs to pay for that.” He stated he was “being generous”. I asked him why he had his voice raised, talking to me like a child, and he responded “I am sick of hearing about this from you and your husband.” Needless to say the conversation was going nowhere and I told him my husband would be in to pay the $60 charge. After his appalling customer service and disregard for loyal customers we will never use Kelly again.

Josh did a great job setting us up with an appointment to get our new air conditioner installed. Ryan did a fantastic job installing the unit. I have purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Kelly Heating and would recommend them to anyone looking for new units or repairs.

Chris, the cooling technician, did a very thorough job on my air conditioners and explained what he had done today. He also offered other services that Kelly Heating and Electric does as well for future services. Kelly Heating and Electric has always done an excellent job for us and I would highly recommend them for any of their services.

Mike came out to our house when our heat went out in late February! He was out to our house within a half hour of calling and spent hours trying to figure out our issue!! His problem solving saved us from having to get a new furnace! On top of that - he was extremely friendly! Thanks again for such great service!

I will try to keep this brief, although I could write an entire page on how impressed we are with Kelly Heating & Electric. We talked to many heating installers, and no one compared to Josh as far as thoroughly explaining our choices, the properties of each furnace, pros and cons, installation, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable. Installers Derrick, Tim, Matt and Jeremy were amazing too. Not only are they nice guys, they did a great job!Derrick and Matt went above and beyond what needed to be done. Derrick suggested a change in our lighting as long as our old fluorescent lights had to be moved for the duct work. We are ecstatic over the lighting that was installed. I would have never thought of having that done.Initially, we were looking into a boiler system because we were told by several other local companies that we couldn’t have a forced air furnace since we didn’t have duct work in our finished basement. We had electric heat, and burned wood as a backup, and were told that we would have to go with a boiler system. We thought a boiler system would be quieter too as we weren’t used to fans blowing. Josh explained that duct work could be installed and that we wouldn’t even hear the Bryant Evolution furnace run --- and he was so right -- we don’t hear it. The Wifi thermostat was installed too. We love it! We feel so fortunate to have found Kelly Heating.You can bet we’ll be devoted to Kelly Heating & Electric for any future work we may need and highly recommend them! A five-star rating is not nearly enough!

Great guys, friendly and professional. Josh came to give us the estimate and, explain what would be done to our specifications. He explained the the features of each Furnace and, AC unit. We made our decision and had full disclosure. Tim, Derrik and Jarrod showed up on time and were very courteous. Everything was finished, cleaned and removed as promised. Great job! All of the people, from Josh the salesman to Tim and Derrik, the technicians are so friendly to work with and respectful of the home. So far they have installed a new water heater and recently added an air conditioning unit for our 3 story home. We also count on Kelly to do our electrical work. We had old knob and tube replaced in the attic with new wiring and they are currently working on our bath remodels. Matt does a professional job. Their prices are very reasonable and I plan on using them more in the future.

I am always most satisfied with Kellys services and I have used them all! They are honest, dependable knowledgeable and very reliable. I wouldnt use anyone but Kellys for my electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling needs. They are most assuredly 5 stars in my book.

Front the start, it was great working with Josh, our salesman and the installers, Tim & Derek. We bought a home here in Eau Claire and needed to have our old furnace and oil tank removed. They did everything as promised and were very careful when removing the old oil tank that was in the basement. They cleaned everything up and were very pleasant to have around. Would recommend to anyone new to the area who is unsure on where to get great service. High Five Kelly Heating & Electric!

Josh and his crew of 3 came out today, removed my old single stage furnace and installed my new furnace. There were a lot of ducts that needed to be rehooked up since I removed my wood stove last year and they were able to get it all installed in one day. All the old stuff taken away, everything looking good, furnace tuned and a training session on how to run the new digital thermostat for the 987M Bryant furnace. REALLY appreciate it guys. Well done to a professional and competent team!

I have worked with Kelly several times this summer as my air conditioner slowly died. They had a tech out the same day, each time I called. When I finally had to replace my AC their sales rep did a great job working with me and I replaced my furnace and AC. Kelly took care of my heating and cooling problems, they rewarded my loyalty and completed the installation of a furnace and AC in a day and 1/2. Both techs I have used have done a great job working for me.
