I didnt had an appointment so I had to wait a little bit longer. The lady who helped me was nice and professional. She has angel hands!!! I just had the longest shift but everything went away after my pedicure. It was more expensive than others places that I been but it was totally worth it.

I had an appointment here. I scheduled for a gel manicure, and a gel pedicure . I got what I wanted and I’m very pleased. Shout out to Jessica who took her time, created conversation w me and had very welcoming aura. Aswell as the other ladies . Definitely will be coming back 💅🏾

Very rude and disrespectful people. I walked in to book an appointment and instead of being listened to i was brushed off and disregarded as if my business wasn’t important to them. Then I was told that they were extremely busy however when i looked back there were nothing but employees eating laughing and holding conversations with each other . I came in To request a polish job and was ignored. They will never get my support for their horrible service in a nail business .Response to owner: you weren’t busy and for you to reply this way shows that you are not equipped to run a business. Did good work on my toes and eyebrows but charged me $70. I have came here before and they only charged me $40 for my toes so not sure where the $20 up charge came from but wont go back I think. Id rather do them myself.

I went to kiss nails today with my bridesmaids, my wedding is Friday. I could not be more pleased with my experience. They were all very professional and clean and made me feel safe with this pandemic we are facing. I highly recommend Tony if you want a beautiful ombre French. I also highly recommend mimi for a pedicure. They made me feel so special in preparation for my wedding and even gave me 10% off of my services. If you are looking for a new nail salon I highly recommend this place. I will be returning every couple of weeks. Very very pleased😊

I went here and the service was great! They were very nice, and did a neat and well done job on my nails. The lady who did my nail art stayed a little after close just to finish my nails. Would definitely come here again. Thank you for the service

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I had acrylics done and had them shaped as coffin. All my nails were so crooked and I didnt notice until I got home and really looked at them. They were all pointing towards the right and it was very visible, and the acrylics were soooo thick! I didnt bother going back to have them fixed, I filed them myself and they came out ten times better. Also, Ive been told by two other ppl with very similar sets done, if not with way more design, about how cheap it was-$35, but I was charged a ridiculous number. Was not worth the price!

I was very excited to go to this place because they were under new management. They were nice people but I will not be returning. I went in for a Gel Manicure & my nails look like my niece painted them. Paint was all over my cuticles & the strikes from the brush was all over my nails. I still left a tip but it’s a NO for me. I went back after 5 mins because I was so upset. I couldn’t even take a nail selfie because they were so bad. I was very disappointed. When I went back there was very nice sweet guy (He looks like he runs the shop). He was very apologetic & he fixed my nails. They looked perfect after he fixed them. I wish I knew his name.

It was alright. I was only in the area visiting family so I probably won’t go back regardless. I got a full set and the final product is beautiful, but the process was soooo painful. The woman who did it cut me like five times, and filed them so hard I was flinching, and I get acrylics done a lot so it wasn’t just me being a baby. She also wasn’t very communicative. It just wasn’t a very relaxing experience; I felt like I was just sitting there praying it would be over soon. The set was really expensive, and my usual place is in King of Prussia so I don’t use that word lightly lol. I didn’t tip because it was so pricey for something I could’ve gotten for a lot cheaper if I had just decided to wait until I got home. Like I said, the end product was beautiful, but I wouldn’t go back.

Im new in town... my coworker suggested Kiss.... so I went... great experience. My nails look amazing. I will return.

I went to this nail salon to get my full set taken off, one of the ladies was helping me. She proceeds to try to pry them off of my fingers and so I asked her if she could soak them in the acid-tone first to soften then she rudely pushed my hands away and goes to get the acid-tone. Then she gets the nail clippers to cut them down a little bit and when she got to my middle finger the lady cut my skin under my nail and it started to bleed. I said “ouch” she shrugged her shoulders as if she did not care and said something to one of the other ladies and walked away. Another lady politely helped me afterward.

I left with a cut out on my eye brow from an eye brow wax. With zero apologies and somehow the lady was expecting a tip. My mom requested a simple heart design on her nails and the owner’s wife said it was too difficult for the nail tech to design. Extremely rude to paying customers. Come here if you have low self esteem and want to pay high prices.

Never left unhappy there however I do wish the gel polish had a wider variety of polish. Ask for Sy!

First time I ever got ombré on my nails. Was sketchy about it at first but I must say the OWNER did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure I liked my nails before proceeding onto the next process. !!

Dont get a pedicure.. They literally wash your feet and paint your nails.. Theres no massage chair.. No leg/foot massage.. Nothing that actually relaxes you.. And not to mention its dirty. The girl literally washed the tools she used IN the water she had my feet soaking in, So that leaves me to believe the tools she used on me were dirty as well. Now Im being rushed out and no where for my toes to even dry.. This is a joke.

Never had a bad experiences. Always happy with my nails and toes. Would recommend to everyone.

I went yesterday afternoon after i wait 2 hours it seems like the girl didnt know how to do nails she forgot a few steps and was going back and forth to steps, i was trying to keep my cool when she finally color my nail (gel) I left in a hurry since i was there for couple hours by 7 pm i starter to see bubbles and the brush not counting 5 nails looks like regular color thats been in tour nails for months none of the points have gel nail polish. I just went there and the guy said whats wrong i said cant you see it and his response was oh yea. So i sat and he started talking he didnt have time right away and the girl who did it wasnt there . Cant stand the attitude they have in that place. I WONT EVEN GIVE 1/3 OF A START

I love this nail salon i dont get why people gave bad review but they was so nice to mw and my nails came out great i made a mistake bump my nail she fix it right away i will be coming back to the shop and she put lotion on my hands befor i left it smell so good thank you so much for doing my nails

They do an amazing job, they take there time, they do designs, gel, acrylic, nail polish that changes colors and its 25 bucks for a full set

They are the worst nail salon I ever been to in my life Paid for a full set for $40 and the next day two of my nails fell off!!! I asked them to fix it and they refused not go to them

Went yesterday to get my nails done (full set)My nails are not shaped squared like I asked some of my nails are not same size and some curve under I will not be going to this place again paid 40 for short nails with gel and when I tell her how I wanted it she insisted that it looked better her way 😡 waste of my money

I got my nails done last Saturday and two have fell off since then. They are bad at nail shaping. They try to blame it on the way your nail is shaped so mad I gave them business in the first place just horrible. They have some young girl in there doing eyebrows beware of her if you know whats best for you. Never going there again.

Came in because my dudes were closed for the snow needing one nail repaired & one repainted.. I got nothing but an attitude & referred elsewhere but I insisted on fixing just the one nail since they didn’t have the colors I needed & they gave me their unlicensed trainee...I should’ve been in & out but it took fourty minutes for just the repair.. instead of drilling, she picked & prodded trying to dig the remaining overlay off.. at least she got the shape right... kinda.. not really though..Most importantly...their drills, brushes & bowls are filthy.. Very unsettling experience for someone who loves their nails.

The skinny lady w glasses did my nails so horrible and when i complained she yelled at me in front of everyone and said it was just me who thought they were bad bc they were “perfect” then she continued to ask everyone there and told them “they’re nice right” and humiliated me in front of everyone when she just completely did a bad job and left my nails crooked and not even w the other hand.

Great customer service. However, a few of my nails are messed up and the painting isnt great. They had a teenager doing the painting. My nails look like they have humps.

Horrible job. Left a mark on my nails and refused to fix it. Rushed me out and refused to do my eyebrows because they were to complicated. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The services here is horrible Ive tried multiple times being its the closest to my home and everytime other than my first summer there which was 2011 Ive had rude attitude from the owners wife yesterday the nail artist had the nerves to say she was tired so instead of doing what I wanted she did an horrible job!!! This place gets an FFFFFFF!!!!! not to add I went for eyebrows but they wanted to go home so told me come back another day I will never return I strongly dislike this place only person I like is the owner but he doesnt do designs

It was nice and cheap but the problem is that they dont have many things like hollo nails and there jemstones are over priced but it was preety good in general painting and doing acyrlucs

Terrible!!! There specialty is bumpy lumpy nails and a bad polish job!! Go some where else!!! And they are dirty!

Rude, Dirty and fungus on your nails. Both my co-worker and I both got fungus. They treated my co-workers nail but refused to treat mine. They said I must have bent my nail back. The fungus is on 3 nails, I would have remembered bending 3 nails in a matter of two weeks that I had the nails on.

Good experience, although some of the equipment is dusty.
