This business is a joke! They charged me a service fee upfront to come out to service my washer. 5hrs later the same day they called 30 mins before the appt to say they couldnt find a technician. I demanded my service fee returned. This happened Friday.

Tech never showed up and it took for me to call to find out the technician had an emergency and asked to reschedule for another day. Very unprofessional and lack of communication would not recommend.

Managing 2 apartment buildings would be hard without knowledge of who to call for help with appliance maintenance and repair. With the help of another landlord that I know he recommended East Point Appliance Repair. I have been using them and they have never failed a single tenant of mine. I like to use them for the next hundred years!

Poor customer service. Phone operator was extremely rude when I asked simple questions about how things worked as far as the deposit and pricing. I gladly paid a deposit with another company that didn’t mind explaining where MY money was going.

The tech that responded to my oven issue demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and was very accurate with his diagnosis of the problem. He immediately fixed it after diagnosing and results were just perfect! I highly recommend East Point Appliance repair!

East Point Appliance Repair helped us with the washer. My wife was in a panic of not having a washer over the weekend, but this company made us happy when they informed us that they can send a tech the next day. I called East Point appliance repair to have our Manitowoc Ice maker looked at. Tech came to our house on time and I was informed of the issue in a short amount of time. The part needed came in after a few days and was installed right away. I am giving 5 stars for the fast and the quality of repair done on our ice maker.

They came out to repair my washing machine and charged me $57.00 just to show up and $190.00 to repair the machine and after one day it was doing exactly the same thing it was doing before I called them, after calling the tech back he said it would cost more to repair and I decided I spent enough and purchased a new Hot point from home Depot . Please check your credit card afterwards, I had unauthorized charges show up on the card, of which I had cancelled and investigated .

This is not a local company, the technician sent to my home proved to be dishonest and the company offered no recourse for my complaint When I called, being very rude and dismissive

They want tell you where there located, they quote you two different prices, when you call more than once, they steal your money of your card and a technician never show up to fixed your dryer, they need to be investigated, to the news and the police department.
