Long overdue review -- Sunny Nails is my favorite nail salon, hands down. Ive tried probably 5-6 nail salons in the area through the years but Ive been coming to Ellen consistently for 3-4 years now and she does the BEST work. Best UV gel extensions, shaping, attention to detail. She is super accommodating for any design I want and works with me to give me amazing nails every time. I would highly recommend Ellen - I only ever go to her now!!!

The salon was very clean and staff extremely helpful. I did my nails and loved how they came out. But five days into it three of my nails (tips) fell off. Considering i paid $100 for gel set is ridiculous that they lasted five days. My sister had the same experience. I am sorry but will be looking for a new place.Update. We went back and they fixed the nails. Clean place. Let’s see what happens next.

My mom & I came to Sunny Nails to get gel manicures & pedicures and everything was amazing!! Rosa & Gabbi both took the time to help us find the perfect colors, and they did such a wonderful job. Everyone was so pleasant, and the place was very clean. I definitely recommend coming here!! :)

Loved the service by owner Ellen. Started going back in Sept of 2020 with my husband. Never missed an appointment and made sure to always schedule and arrive early as requested. Missed ONE appointment where I had to cancel due to a work emergency. Never missed an appointment over the 9 months of going as well as my husband’s appointments. Went back with my husband after the missed appointment and had nails done with no issues by Ellen and her staff. I apologized during that session for having to cancel previously. She said nothing at this time about needing to pay in advance moving forward or even that she would prefer we pay for that missed session. Later that week, I tried to make an appointment for my Mother. I was informed by Ellen that I had to pay in advance because I canceled ONCE before. I Apologized again for missing that appointment and attempted to explain that it was a an emergency situation and that I’m a therapist if I have a youth that is missing, attempts/attempted suicide or discloses abuse, then I have to put that Child first before my manicure/pedicure. To which she replied, “ I have staff to pay...I have a business to run too.” I again apologized and asked her to cancel my appointment moving forward. I realized that no matter how great you are at doing nails, it you’re a horrible human being then I would never support your business. Sadly she is the owner, does great nails, but is not a good person. Would never support a person that looks at human life, especially that of child the way she does. Pedicures are not more important then a Youth/child/adolescent in danger. Sorry that her Character is such. Would never go back to her again.

I recently moved to Morristown and Ive been looking for a salon in the area that does hard gel extensions. Found Sunny Nails on google/instagram and decided to give them a try today. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I am so happy with Ellens work! The nail shape is beautiful and natural (not thick). She is meticulous and has great attention to detail.The salon is very clean and they have COVID precautions in place (temp check at door, masks, and plexiglass).I recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning for a pedicure and a fill in a few weeks.

By far the best place around. The price cant be beat for the time and quality of the pedicures. It never feels rushed, and my feet and legs feel great afterwards. The gel manicures are always done with high quality (especially by Ellen). They are always accommodating. The salon is clean. And the staff is top notch. My friend brought her baby with her when she couldnt get a sitter, and when the baby cried, the girls all took turns holding him so she could enjoy her time there. Love Sunny Nails!

Convenient location and clean but when you go on your lunch hour for a mani/pedi you don’t expect the pedicure alone to take 45 minutes. Efficiency is not a strong suit here. If you have time great, but not recommended if you want to get in and out. Most places in the area can accomplish this at a better price.

Location is very convenient, however price is high for quality of work. I went in for a pedicure, paid a high price for painted toe nails. Pedicure was unsatisfactory. Not recommended.

She refused to charge a tip and almost did not allow me to pay by card because she would have to pay taxes on it.
