Shes a great listener who always accommodates the creative styling requests my daughter and I have had for events and modeling shoots over the years, above and beyond the basics of flattering and easy-to-style cuts. Im also always grateful for the positive example she sets for my teens with her tone, vision, and kind words - she affirms the mantra of health and wellbeing as beauty, positive messaging that is too-often counter-cultural. So disappointed. I got there at 6pm because they close at 7pm. I needed to get my nails done. Some guy walked up to me and said they cant because of time. So I asked if I can take my old nail off?, he said and I quote I cant do that. So rude and disappointed.
