They made me bleed twice,they got gel all over my hands, they were very messy and all of my acrylic nails were different sizes.

Who believe I paid for this messy nail? It was the worst ever Ive been. Unprofessional, messy, not even, and was dirty I need to put my hands on the desk with full of nail dust to get dry. Terrible experience.

This nail salon is run by a married couple, Kenny and Nancy. I left my 3+ karat wedding ring, band, and a pretty big horseshoe S diamond ring in the pedicure cupholder. No one else was in the salon. They stole my rings. There are no cameras in their establishment (which is uncommon). I filed a police report and they didnt seem to care about that. I was wearing fingerless gloves in and out so the cameras outside were apparently of no use.Nancy made my fingers bleed. I wanted my nails short. She also does them too thick. Its 35They are lying heinous people.

Many times I have gone every few months and the price always changes. Went this past week because I was getting married. The wife gave me one price when I walked in (I guess to get my business and seated in the chair) . When everything was done the husband comes and tells me I owed twice the price then what I was quoted. I asked him to bring his wife over so all 3 of us good discuss it together, he said he would, but never did. Instead he was rude to me and told that they could just take everything off my nails. This was not an option because I was running late for my rehearsal dinner for the wedding. Extremely poor way to handle this situation when he never even tried to get the explanation from his wife who quoted me half the price. He just kept telling me I was wrong, but then admitted at the end that he wasnt there and she probably misunderstood, even with that admission he still wanted to charge me twice what I was quoted or take all the polish off my nails. I will NEVER go back to this place and they use the same tools on everyone without the sanitary tools.
