What a nice experience. I had sent an inquiry from their website to find out what type keratin they used. I got a reply from the owner Anna right away and it was evening time. I really appreciated her reply. I booked a keratin treatment on their special and Thoa took care of me. She was very knowledgable and gave me info no one ever bothered to about keratin! It was the most pleasant experience. It was not one of those salons that everyone runs around like they are a celebrity lol. I will definitely be returning to IN BLOOM good prices and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks a lot!!! 9-19-19 I came back to edit my review as I washed my hair today and I amazed @ how tame my curls are! The products I purchased smoothing shampoo and conditioner worked well. I am so grateful for all the advice! great job Thoa!
