Everything about Marc and his service was exceptional! He is very responsive and quick with his work, for a great price too! I reached out on Wednesday, was seen on Thursday to drop off my watch that hadnt been running for years, and got it back in great condition on Monday for reasonable price.When I came in on Thursday, he was very welcoming and explained very clearly what needed to be done to fix it up and what he could and could not do for me. As a complete newbie to the watch game, I felt very comfortable with trusting Marc to do the job right. If you take a look around his shop, you can really tell he has a passion for what he does as an enthusiast.

I reached out to Marc for a battery change on my G-Shock, and he was able to schedule me right away. What I wasnt expecting was a great conversation while he worked on it, and getting an overview of different watch movement types. He showed me the internal mechanics of a self-winding automatic watch after I mentioned that I had one. It was probably one of the coolest customer experiences Ive had. I emailed Marc about a replica watch I had purchased that was running fast. He replied quickly and was able to see me the same day. He promptly diagnosed the issue and even let me sit and watch him adjust the movement, while explaining/showing me the different parts. After double checking that the watch was keeping good time, he went the extra mile and applied new grease to the watch gaskets. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the price was reasonable. Definitely will be coming back for any other watch related services I need.

I contacted Marc to set up an appointment to fix my inexpensive but favorite daily wear watch that Ive had for decades. Great experience! Marc was always fast to reply to an email. He diagnosed the problem with my watch (rotor not attached properly) and fixed it without any new pieces. He also cleaned and lubricated the chronograph pushers. All for a great price and turn around in about a week (including New Year’s). Even checked the accuracy. Great work and great value.

Marc fixed an old Braun watch I enjoyed but had been dead for a while. While we initially thought it was a battery issue, he later found out it was a completely busted movement. He completed the whole movement replacement and now the watch works, and looks, better than ever. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and how things worked when I stopped by for the battery replacement, which I thought was very generous.

It’s hard to not like Marc….he’s responsive, friendly and really knows his stuff . When we found him on Google was unsure of what to expect . My wife had a Tag Heuer that was about 30Years old and in very bad shape . It looked hopeless but Marc found a way to restore her watch and it looks great. I sent an email for a battery replacement for my Omega Deville which is tricky to replace. He responded in a very short time and said he felt confident he could do it. I stopped by his shop which was very convenient for me to find. Initially I though I would need to leave it but he took it immediately and asked me to wait a few minutes. Sure enough he installed the battery in a few minutes and I purchase a watch band that I purchased from him. Try him, you will be pleased.

Marc adjusted my Timex Marlin 40mm with a Miyota 8215 movement in it. He didn’t stop until he had it just right! He tested it on the timegrapher and got it accurate, but he kept working till he got it VERY accurate. He was also very friendly and great to talk to. The price was very reasonable and I gladly paid for the work he did. I will definitely be going back with other watches.

I brought Marc my anniversary present Bulova which had fallen to the floor and stopped working. Its an automatic watch. He got back to me quickly with the issue and a very reasonably priced solution (push the balance wheel back in place). I also had several watch batteries replaced. He cleaned up one that had been ignored/abused for some years.Its well worth just a few extra dollars to have a responsible experienced adult changing your watch battery instead of a teenager at the mall.
