Rashid did a great job with my vintage Patek Phillipe watch! He was able to shorten the gold band and polish up the watch really well. He was very professional, explained the process clearly, and completed the job in a timely fashion. I had taken the watch to another repair location before and the person told me the band could not be adjusted -- so I was really happy that Rashid was able to make it happen and do such a good job. Definitely coming back for other repair needs -- I trust his work.

Rachid replaced a stone in my ring that no one else locally was willing to do because of the invisible setting. He was very confident about the job and guaranteed his work. The new setting looks great, was ready for pick up in 48 hours and he was very attentive and kind.

They were able to fix my wedding ring and engagement ring with very little time left before my wedding! Offered to have it done by the next morning even. The repairs are flawless, I cant even tell where the problems were before - and one of the bands was broken all the way through! It was much more affordable than I expected, also. Fast friendly service. I am a travel nurse from Georgia here on 13 week contract. I first went to Olmaz jewelers in chapel Hill to add links to my birthstone brace only 3 links. Olmaz wanted to charge me 567$. I laughed, I told him Ill take my bracelet back to Georgia where I bought it from before I spent that type of money.The pandemic has caused lots of businesses to try to price gouge so although I thought paying about 150$ was a good price I learned Olmaz still ripped me off. Then, I found jewelry repair and watches. This is a honest guy whos earned my business. Ive used him to do lots of things like change batteries in my watches with diamond faces, re size rings etc hes quick and prices are reasonable. While Im here in north Carolina this is my go to place.

Rachid did an amazing job fixing and tuning up a family heirloom ring! One of the prongs broke off and the setting fell apart. He was able to fix and create new prongs. He then refinished the white gold with rhodium coating. Thank you so much!

Necklace broke quickly after they initially repaired it. Then he blamed me for breaking it and wouldn’t repair for free or significant discount when I came back to have it fixed again. Poor customer service.

I came into this store to have a couple of bracelets and a watch repaired. He noticed my rings and asked me if I had ever considered rhodium plating for my white gold wedding rings because the yellow was beginning to show. I was amazed at how my rings turned out. They were beautiful, they looked just as they did when my husband gave them to me 12 years ago. The diamonds were sparkling and everything. He did an amazing job! The jewelry stores in the mall wanted to charge me $350, and keep my wedding rings for 10 days. He had it done in 2 hours and was very reasonable. If you are looking for a place to have any jewelry repaired. He is the person for the job!

Avoid. I had a solid gold watch bracelet made smaller and he tried to keep the extra pieces. I went back to get them, he new what he did was wrong but played dumb. But he had them. He also adjusted a necklace and I realized later had kept a small extra loop he took out. Rip off.

I brought in 3 rings to get cleaned and shined as well as repair one of the rings. I was so surprised that this was all done within a couple hours! Very speedy walk-in service. When I picked up the rings, they were even shinier then when I got them!!! Very pleased!!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!! Good quality and trustworthy service.

I have a Harley Davidson Bracelet that is very important to me, my wife passed away and it was the last piece of jewelry she had bought me, long story short it was dirty and had broken in a couple places so I brought it here to be repolished and fixed. He went above and beyond with fixing it as well as repolishing. He told me he could only do so much yet when I picked it up, I WAS AMAZED!!! HE WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS AND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Also, After one purchase at the store he began offering me complimentary resizing, cleanings, and services. As a collector, I had spent many visits to big name jewelers and now I was eager to work with someone other than a sales rep who turns their nose at a $15 service. He is a man of faith and great to share a few words with, while being professionally courteous and diligent. I took a ring that was basically destroyed with the bottom half of the ring missing to this establishment. The proprietor looked at the ring and said he could repair it back to brand new. So I left it for repair. When I got it back I could not believe how fantastic the ring looked, it was practically brand new and you could not tell the repair area at the bottom of the ring. I highly recommend for anyone who has a ring that you would think is junk to try this repair service. The owner is an honest and fair gentleman who believes in God and will give you much respect as a customer. Additionally, the price was very fair considering the damage and I will be using his services from now on. I have never saw such care and detail given to a repair as I have had several repairs done to jewelry over the years and this by far was the best repair I have ever seen in my life!!!!Dont take my word for it, go and see for yourself!!!!

Owner and Craftsman Rashid was able to quickly repair and clean a well-used Seiko watch so that I could gift it in time for my loved one’s birthday. At pickup, he showed me how to use the crown correctly; quickly fixed another issue I hadn’t previously noticed; and even packaged it inside of an extra Seiko box (I didn’t have a box) to present it as a gift. I’m thankful to have his business nearby so that I can come back for anything else in the future.

Talk about fast service and real knowledge of repairs, I took 4 of my Invicta watches in to replace the batteries. He fixed them in store (where every other place would ship them off to someone else just to replace the battery). He opened one watch and showed me what a horrible job the last company did with my watch (they broke the seal and glued it back in and never said anything about it!). He cleaned the glue out and replaced the seal for me. Very professional and and affordable pricing for everything. I highly recommend coming here!

My antique Art Deco engagement ring had a broken prong, but I was a little hesitant to take it to “the watch guy” for repair. Rachid suggested resetting the diamond in a basket, which is more secure and makes the stone look much larger and sparkle more. He really knows jewelry and also had it done in 2 days. I could not be happier with my beautiful “new” ring.

I dropped off my wedding band last week. The owner told me to come back the next day but I couldnt make it back until today. My white gold wedding band was badly in need of rhodium plating and cleaning. That was not the worst of it. It had actually gotten caught in the garbage disposal as well. I was not sure if anything could be done for the deep grooves and scratches left because of that accident. When I picked up my ring today I was shocked and amazed!!! Stole my pretty diamonds....The work I had done on my ring was great, however the next day while looking through my jewelers loupe at the ring I noticed 6 of the center diamonds that were always larger, and set higher than the other diamonds on my 3ct ring, were not anymore. The diamonds are smaller, ugly, and no longer snuggled under the prongs. What I noticed today: each of the six settings were filled with solder/ white gold to cradle the smaller stones he put in. I was wondering why the center settings appeared messy when I look down at the ring with my natural eye. I do not recommend giving this guy your diamond jewelry. Always get your diamond jewelry appraised, videoed up close to point out special markings, photo in macro mode before sending it out to get repaired. Dont hesitate to report to proper authorities this type or any illegal activity regarding the jewelry you entrusted this service supplier to complete on your behalf. Apparently I am not his only victim.Read his response to my truthful review (below) he never denied what I and another customer claimed.Foremost, I actually have a busy life, and know that litigation can be ongoing. Being said that- I knew that an honest customer review would expose what you are doing illegally in Immediate -Time. I want your future customers aware, and I warrant them to take precautions before dealing with your business.

We took my wifes watch in for a new battery. Not only did the gentleman replace the battery, but he made sure that the stopwatch feature was calibrated and working correctly. He was careful to clean the watchs surfaces before and after working on it. He appears to know his business, and was a pleasure to talk with while we were there. Highly recommended! After two years of bad experiences elsewhere, I finally found a great place to get battery replacements for our watches. The prices are a fraction of what I paid at Kronos and the quality is there. Rachid uses Swiss batteries so I expect to do much better than the average 6 months battery life I was getting before. He also replaced a screw that Kronos lost during the last battery replacement. I live near Southpoint and have to travel cross-town to get to Rachid but I will be happy to do so from now on. Great price, great service and superb friendliness!

Had a similar experience as others . went to have a clasp repaired and came back to find repair person resetting a stone... Cant prove it but would bet money he was swapping the diamond for a lesser /fake one.
