Store hours Say 10am on Sundays. Got there at 10 but they werent open. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. Nothing on the door or on the answering machine noting a change in store hours.

Everything went great. Brought in the phone, answered a few questions about the phones history (has it been repaired before? etc.), and came back about an hour and a half later to the same trusty phone with a new battery. And the battery was completely charged so I was good to go with no downtime. A lot easier and cheaper than buying a new phone.

Everyone was very informative. When I first tried reading my emails right after I picked my phone up, the touch screen seemed slow. But as I continued using it the residue? ?? dissipated and the screen started working more efficiently. The next morning my iPhone worked perfectly just like before. I am very happy so far, even though I don’t completely understand why the screen was responding slower initially.

I made an appointment online so I got a $10 off coupon which is always great! The two employees that were present while I was there were very kind! The one who replaced my Iphone 6 screen got it done in I’d say less than 20 minutes! So far I have not had any issues. I asked around and I think they do charge slightly cheaper than some other places.

I wasnt aware that they replaced bad cell phone batteries. Would have done it myself, but my Samsung phone, which isnt that old, developed a swollen battery. Decided to have an expert take care of it. They were quick and reasonably priced for both new battery and service cost to replace.

Had my iPhone 6 plus battery replaced yesterday. I like that they have a 6-month warranty. Made a same-day appt online and arrived about 30 minutes early and offered to leave the phone there while I ran errands. They were more than happy to accommodate me. They said the replacement would take about 30 minutes total. So far so good. Iphone battery health now reads 100% capacity with peak performance capability.

I took my Apple Watch in for a new battery. They had a faulty replacement battery which damaged the watch. They stood behind their work and replaced the watch with a new one. I appreciate their work and recommend them highly.

They fixed my screen same day, for a reasonable price. However, Ive had to take it back to them to replace the replaced screen 3 times. The screens they use for replacement are very low quality.

I brought my iPhone 7 in for a broken screen to be replaced. As soon as I got it home, it was acting funny. I could not use the bottom row or the home button easily. I went on vacation and the home button was stuck down. I went to another store, while on vacation, and explained the problem and told him I thought the home button was bad. No help; he told me to get my old screen, get a refund and go to Apple.When I returned home, I did that... 6 HRs of waiting and running around... guess what.. apple replaced my screen and my phone is working again.

Brought in my Galaxy S9 thinking the charging port needed to be replaced. They had the part in stock and were ready to do the repair (at the best price with coupon after calling a few places) but first tried removing lint from the port for me. It did the trick, and saved me spending any money (or further cracking the rear glass) on a repair! Very friendly service by a clearly experienced technician. (Great deals on AA batteries, too!)
