I contacted Total Laser Care regarding my sick HP LaserJet 400 color. Fast response, truthful and informative advice, and I am very impressed. I spoke with both the tech Rick and the office manager Cindy. Both were very honest and straightforward. I am so glad I found a company with such a great set of ethics.

I have a small home printer that they do not service but they were kind enough to ask what the make & model was and suggested I check one hidden spot that ended up being the solution! I have a small business and use a multi-function color laser printer that is working fine but needed parts replaced. Looking for someone to do this, I called Rick/Total Laser Care. TLC is totally appropriate. In a world so lacking of customer service, my experience talking with Rick was UNBELIEVABLE! More helpful than I would have ever expected - actually told me to call him from the store when I was buying a new printer and he would be willing to help me! WHAT? Help me when you dont directly benefit from it! So rare these days! He was unbelievable

I have had the occasion to use the services of Total Laser Care twice. After having a problem with my printer a year ago, I called another service company who sent someone out and told me I would be better off buying a new or refurbished printer from them. I have an HP2600N laser printer and am a small business owner.I limped along for a while without the ability to use my printer and not wanting to purchase a new one. Then, one of my peers told me about Total Laser Care. I took my printer to them. They fixed it for a very reasonable fee. I actually had a contract in hand and our office was ready to sign with CEI and Rick with TLC-NC just happen to drop in our office to introduce himself and saved us from getting totally ripped off from CEI with their hidden fees and long contracts, he was patient and very informative about their services and we ended up going with them, this was about 4 years ago and have been very happy with them and wouldnt think about working with anyone else!
