Jackson did an awesome job refinishing our tub. When unfortunately a run appeared after he left, I contacted him. He scheduled a time immediately to return and took care of the problem. The tub looks great and I highly recommend their service.

Prompt, efficient and did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass tub and shower inserts. We had some cracks and a large hole which Jackson repaired prior to resurfacing and you cannot tell they were ever there. After the job was done and paid for I found one small drip. I told Jackson about it and he came right back and fixed it. Our showers look brand new!

They were punctual and Efficient. Performed nice work and cleaned up afterwards. The price was competitive compared to other vendors. I like the fact the owner came out and did the work by himself, along with his wife and assistant. They are indeed family business and that means they have very low overhead and thus the competitive pricing is sustainable.

Jackson did an outstanding job in restoring our 1949 bathroom tub and tile surround. We agreed to a start date 4-weeks out. Jackson called twice over the 4-weeks to make sure we were going to be ready, as we were undergoing and extensive restoration on the entire house. My wife and I recently utilized the services of JRS Resurfacing to epoxy spray all of the tile walls and floors and cast iron tubs in our two main 40-year-old dated bathrooms as a cost efficient way of updating them. They came out just great in an all-white color scheme. Jackson and his team did an excellent and timely job in both fully preparing and spraying these surfaces with little disruption to the reminder of our house. Jackson patched up a crack and completely refinished my 30 year old fiberglass tub/shower - it looks amazing! Its actually white again! I had a great experience with JRS resurfacing. I had a very tight budget to remodel my parents home, the master bath had little to no hope. Had another vendor come in a resurface my stall shower and screwed it up; they said the spray gun had issues. I let them come back another time and the results were worse and he left a complete mess of my bathroom; dust was everywhere. The owner called me back and assured me it would be done correctly. Needless to say the third time was not the charm and the results were just as bad. I found Jackson on Google and I gave him a call. We spoke about my issues with the current vendor and he assured me he could make it right. Jackson explained the process and discussed the price. Jackson had a 6 weeks backlog but I was willing to wait. Jackson showed up on the day he schedule on-time and with an assistant named Charles. They were meticulous in their preparation, everything was taped and ducted in order to vent the fumes and dust to the outside. Charles sanded and did a phenomenal job removing the paint from the previous vendor. Jackson sprayed the shower and did an awesome job with the resurfacing; it is as close to a factory finish as I could expect. It looks like a brand new shower without the $$$. Before he left Jackson gave me a tip of leaving a pot of apple cider vinegar to remove the smell of the paint; sure enough that trick worked! I cannot say enough about the job that JRS Resurfacing did for me, they were extremely courteous, neat, professional and reasonably priced. Jackson and his team are busy. They managed to work me in on short notice. I had a chip in a tub that looks as good as new, now. Also, we had developed mold in the shower on the grout. They came and bleached and dug out the mold, recaulked and cleaned out the shower pan. It is now as bright white as new.Unlike the refinishers selling fiberglass inserts, Jackson was able to refresh and renew the existing fixtures which looks better and keeps the costs down. JRS Resurfacing was the answer I needed for a worn out bathroom. I was just about to start tearing out tile when I heard a presentation from Jackson, the owner, at a local real estate investors meeting (TREIA). He explained how his unique process leaves the tile and/or fiberglass in place. He cleans and treats the surface and then coats the surface with his special resurfacing material. Magic! I was able to select the color and look that I wanted for the finished product.
