They always prompt, and very professional without wasting time. We have called them 3-4 times for different issues .Everything is always left clean.

They didnt fix the issue the first time so I had to come back again and didnt fix it the second time either. Theyre supposed to come out yesterday morning never came out yesterday call today and no response.

Ive used A&L for backflow preventer testing for ~10 years, plus fixing a leaking shower pipe and replacement of a pressure reducing value under house. Every experience Ive had has been very positive, professional and good value. Its hard to know who to trust in this industry and Im glad I found them and am very confident in their skills, honesty and integrity. I would call them again in a second with any new issues.

They forgot about my service call

Had an after hours problem. It was a simple fix the the tech walked me through instead of coming out and charging me over $100. I know he probably didnt want to get out at night and in a storm, but he could have at my expense. Polite, helpful, thoughtful and instructive on not just the item at hand, but what I could do to upgrade the system myself as a DIYer. When we do need help though, they will get the call.

I wanted them to do a time sensitive job and they have been dodging it for almost 4 days and state they are coming each day but do not show up. I will not be calling them again

I have been using this company for a few years now. But in the past months, I have been having an aggravating issue with a drain.So I take off work for an appointment. The first time they came out an spent quite a while on it and the problem seem to go away. But after seven days the back up persisted. So I scheduled another appointment. I was given a 10:00 arrival time. Ten o’clock came and wen and no one called or came. So I called them. Brittany, the scheduler, seemed surprised that no one had been by. She called back to say that they were stuck on a large repair at an apartment complex. She said I will have them call you en route.So I cancel other appointments I had that day at 5 PM just to be sure. Well at 4:45 PM with no phone call, they just show up. No apologies or anything.This attempt was unsuccessful also.So I made another appointment. This time we had to find the clean out valve. I pulled everything out of my storage shed so they can access it. Dave called at the time, 10 AM, I was given two weeks prior for the Service call. He asked if the shed was clear. I told him except for a large shelf and a window AC unit.Well, no one came or called. In fact, no one called that week to check on the issue OR to say sorry we couldn’t get there!Not sure what happened, but that is SHADY AND MESSY.

As a property manager, we have to rely upon great vendors to fix our clients properties. Mick at A & L Plumbing was on-call over the weekend following a hard freeze and subsequent thaw. We received multiple calls for broken pipes and water heaters that failed that weekend. Mick was able to stop and fix a broken water pipe that was gushing water into our clients basement area. He had to drain the water heater to be able to access the pipe and also discovered the main shutoff valve was broken so had to fix that as well. He worked till about 8pm that Saturday night then like a true champ went to the next clients property and was able to get their hot water working again on a temporary basis. I have no idea when he finally got home that night but his efforts were truly appreciated by our tenants and us. Thank you!

I have used A&L plumbing for 10 years to check the back flow preventer for our irrigation system. They have always been friendly, professional and easy to work.

The woman that answers the phone needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Jobs were poorly done, and more importantly they are dishonest! They used all kinds of tricks to overcharge you! Avoid this company!
