Chi was easy to work with and meticulous about all the details along the way. He brought my kitchen counter project to a successful completion. He thought ahead to make sure all the potential problems were addressed prior to any mistakes occurring. When changes did occur, full details were discussed and processes were implemented quickly (we had to support the floor from the crawlspace). Over priced. Chi is nothing but a middle man over charging people for services he does not do was giving a price on quartz that was 30% higher than anyone. Was giving another price on a stone by his assistant to later be told by Chi that she did not know what she was doing and it would be 2500 more.The installer that he subbed out to is top notch quality. I would not recommend Wood & Water to anyone.

I met Chi Yiu from Raleigh Kitchens in spring 2019 through the contractor who oversaw the renovation of the kitchen in my 1960 ranch. Chis suggestions for the layout and type of cabinets I needed were spot on. One challenge was finding the right built-in microwave to go under the counter and Chi worked closely with me to make sure I purchased the right one. Once the kitchen was completed, he followed up and I was able to purchase two additional shelves. Its clear how much pride he takes in his work and customer service is important to him. Raleigh Kitchens/Chi is an expert in kitchen planning--we had a project that involved expanding our kitchen, which involved matching existing cabinets and granite; other kitchen designers said no thanks, matching was a challenge--but Chi knew it could be done and proved it--we now have a kitchen thats doubled in size and you wouldnt know half was over 10 years older than the other half!

Ours was a small job, entailing replacement of the master bathroom vanity and the tile floor. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job at managing this process than exhibited by Chi. He stayed on top of everything from the get go until the job was finished. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided.

Chi did a good job. The manufacturer originally sent the wrong sized drawers but Chi was proactive in taking care of the problem and had the correct size installed in no time!
