It was so easy to reserve a unit! I talked to Chris (super nice guy) and he got me all squared away with the space that fit my needs while providing pleasant conversation as my info was loading. 10/10 would recommend + if needed then will always use this place again 😊

Made a reservation for 3-month rental and called two weeks later. Chris explained crystal-clearly how reserve works. Immediately rented a unit via their website (ditched the reservation). It was one painless process. Had question about the process of rental termination and emailed Chris and he responded right away. So far the communication is superb . Lets see how things eventually work out when move in and move out.

Secure, safe, well maintained, well lit, fair price and grrst value for storage. Highly recommend this place over any other storage place in Durham.

Great place to do business is you need storage space

Ive been using this facility for years. Some places are just in the rat race, trying to reel you in with promotions. This particular location, is all about the encounter. The onsite manager Brandon, has been the very face of this property. Well mannered, highly informative, and most importantly, understanding of ones needs given any circumstance pertaining to his immediate duties. Site is well maintained. Bathroom is cleaner than some peoples homes Ive visited! For years Ive enjoyed this experience. I cant think of any other place I could trust with my prized belongings. High traffic area because its a popular place but hey, nothing is perfect. Honestly, my only complaint is, securcare storage is the extent of his services!

Cost was to high and raised several times; had a leak in one unit, there was never any notice that it had been fixed.
