Absolutely terrible experience with this company and will be reporting the BBB. They took my money and took complete advantage of me and the issue I had with my vehicle, and I am still without a repaired car. Most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. BEWARE!

They up charge for things you don’t even need! They Charged me $40 for a regular NC inspection when their price says $30. When I asked why they said it was a window tint fee. I don’t have tint on my windows and when I had my car inspected last year I wasn’t charged for window tint! Also not friendly whatsoever!

This is the type of shop to put wheel weights on top of the sticker inside your wheel. This is the kind of shop to slam your vehicle, then do an alignment when it isnt even drive-able (had to raise vehicle and get another alignment). I was even told by a technician here that they dont warranty their own work. 340$ down the drain. I ignored the ratings, you shouldnt.

Fair prices and great service, the staff is very professional and respectful and over all clean. I was very satisfied with the service that was done on my car the technician explained what was wrong with my car and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely come back and recommend this shop.

As a former employee I see that there a few bad reviews but know how the shop manages and works the shop staff and they leadership goals are to pass expectations and go the extra mile to satisfy the customer if y’all had a bad experience please go and talk the the manager/owner and find out what was the real reason of the problem

I always take my car here for inspections and routine maintenance. They also did my boyfriends brakes. Theyre respectful, trustworthy, and do a great job at a fair price.

Take your car here for EVERYTHING if you want it to run, not spend a fortune, and have someone tell you whats going on in a way you can understand.

Not very helpful at all

These people trampiaron me in an alignment take him up and they told me that he occupied some things and charged me 20 $ good in the second time this week I took him and the same they raised him and they looked at him and the same but this time it was 30 $ and the thing is that he must have seen if the same thing is true and they tell me why they checked and saw more problems. They are thieves

The alignment did not do well. Take it to another place x K was not happy with it. What they did and left did not do. Nothing or paper gave me x k I did not serve the print .....

Unfortunately I do not recommend this establishment
