The owner here is very deceptive and manipulative. He’s knows little to nothing about cars. If he finds that you don’t as well he will take advantage of every dime you have. Women stay away. My car was here for weeks while the owner claimed to be working on it. According to him I needed another transmission. I provided almost $1000 upfront. 3 weeks later he called saying he was unable to do the job because it was a newer car with a turbo. I came to pick my car up and found that it was totally dissembled. Motor transmission pieces thrown in my truck parts just everywhere. He then had the audacity to charge me another $400 for a part I don’t not need nor use. As a matter of fact he kept it.Fun fact: I never needed a transmission.

Zero quality. Not even for an inspection.Ladies take my advice...go elsewhere!I went there to get an inspection which I passed, and the owner thanked me for my business, and even welcomed future business. But then I immediately had a low tire pressure, and both headlights no longer worked. I returned to this place. Spoke with the same owner. I explained my issue, but now, all of the sudden he doesnt know how to work on my car, but he would charge me a fee to see what the problem is since they dont touch the tires or the fuses.I have now been educated that dishonest thieving mechanics, like the owner of Sprocket Auto Repair Center, will do this, so that you will return to their place and spend more money.Lesson learned

Save your time and your money. If you need a simple oil change or tune up this is the place. However, if you are in need of such as a motor, headgasket, or anything major please go elsewhere. Guy told me my head gasket was blown and I needed another motor. Lets just say he never even took the head gasket apart.

I called the shop and had 2 questions regarding a service that I need to have done on my car. The person that I spoke with briefly about having the work done on my car was very inpatient and rude there for I will not be bring my vehicle to this location do to the poor customer service interaction I had on the phone today 3/4/2019. The person was very short and acted as if he was too busy to answer my question the service an available appointments. The man actual hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. I have been to this shop before and had good service, its right up the road and very convent for me but after today I will take my business somewhere else.

Will unnecessarily overcharge you on a inspection! I have a diesel and the emissions price is 13.50 ! They charged me 22.50 knowingly! Smh
