They sold me a SUV with a bad transmission and would not try to fix it or come up with a solution. Please dont waste your money buying a piece of trash like I did.

I purchased a 2007 Vw gli Jetta on February 2, 2021. I have since discovered so much they’ve left out about the car issue wise.The employee who originally help me has been fired because they are so incompetent and nobody knows what they’re doing. The owners number was given to me directly to complete the paperwork process, the car has been paid in full mind you. My 30 day tag is now expired and all the owner can do is text me back what’s up, I have called him over 40 times and can’t even receive one call back. My plate for my previous car was supposed to be transferred and now they’re telling me they can’t do that and I have to pay for a new plate, on top of that he doesn’t know where my paperwork is to send off to the DMV.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

My friend bought a car December 17th December 18th we had to replace the clutch. It is now January the 14th and they still do not have our tags do not under any circumstances and get a vehicle from there

Buying a car from here was a big lesson. Know your options before you give people your hard earned money. Use this place as a last resort, if you have exhausted all your options of finding someone to give you a loan on a vehicle. The Pros of this place is, they will finance a person to get in a car.Moreover, if your car breaks down they have their own mechanic to fix it and they will finance you for it as well. The Cons of this place they are charging too much for a used car with more than 100,000 miles. People who purchase vehicles here probably dont have the credit and money to buy a brand new car at the moment. However, ignorance makes you a perfect candidate to take advantage of.I paid a practically new car price for a used car that had to be fixed more than four times within a year.Moreover, you get the short end of the stick because the car comes as is. These people are like rent a center they triple the price for something someone can go find at another spot for cheaper but because a person doesnt have access to the funds to buy it immediately. They have to settle for paying exuberant prices. All Im saying is dont get stuck with a car that cost just as much to keep on the road as it is to own the car. Be smart! do your research and deal with a business who is going to sale you a vehicle thats worth the money.

Very bad car lot.... if you want a fast car to get into easily it will be a great fit but I drove 4 loaner cars because my car broke down within a week and all were bad cars. They even tried to get me to drive with no air bags in the cars. I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to anyone!!!!! Don’t Go There

But he dont force you to buy from him and he allow u to get it checked as many times as u like from whom ever before u make a purchase. I look forward to buying from him or him finding what I want.

I purchased a vehicle from Mohamed about 3 years ago. I found them to be very easy to work with. They also offer fair, alternative financing solutions if you are in the process of re-establishing your credit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! I got my car in December of 2016 and it has gone back four times already. The owner got mad when I mentioned I was going to call my lawyer and start cursing me out telling me to call my F***ing lawyer. Failing to realize that he kept saying in the past he cant remember everything but when assumed another mechanic touched my car he act like he was going to charge me extra for doing so. Now I have an additional $800 added on to my car payment for work that was not done correctly and now I have a hostile dealer that is yelling at me when I was calm. I was not threatening him all I said is when I spoke to my lawyer and gave him the information he snapped. Do Not Go Here. His cars does not last. Cars that I personally seen drive off the lot is now back in the back waiting for work to be done on it. But its okay I recorded everything. The interest rates are high. The car value is a lot less and they dont tell you accurate information. I was told there was no recalls on the vehicle and a friend of mine pulled it up. There was over six. Just go somewhere else. It may be low money down payment but by the time you keep putting it in the shop you shouldve went somewhere else. His own employee pulled me to the side and said go somewhere else because he dont know what wrong with him is getting over on people. DONT DO IT!!!!!

He lives in Egypt!!!I worked two separate stints at this place...first time I was never paid for over 2 months worth of work. Though Mohamed believes that it was not his responsibility to pay me because I was hired by his General Manager, Shane Cremeans, I willingly worked something out with him to work fo r the company as a paid representative. The second time, I was actually paid but now live through having my morale broken by selling numerous cars that ended up getting either turned back in, or repossessed because of damages to the vehicle. I was refused to have my tax forms filled out, as evading the IRS seems to be something of first nature with the business. Nobody is on paper in the building, the immigrants who do work there, have no idea that they are evading taxes, just as Mohamed is doing the same. All these posts you see on here were done by me, and now they forbid me to delete my information and my work that I did in order to be held accountable on their behalf. If you see what they do to their employees as a problem, imagine buying a car from them. I have to go wash my hands and cleanse my soul in order to feel right about what I just went through for the last few months.
