Completed an expensive service, called back 30 minutes later when I realized I had a 15% off service coupon. They said that once you pay, those coupons cant be applied. Customer service manager sounded shocked when I said that other businesses do this routinely. I have been taking my car there for five years and they seem to have little appreciation for customer loyalty.
Why doesnt the Reps that work and service department pull up your coverage before they always asking or telling you you need something done instead of letting you know that you have coverage Platinum coverage for this fourth of that this is the second time Ive come theyre having problems about my Platinum coverage something needs to be done about this I do appreciate it

Recently had the wifes 4Runner in for recall work on the low pressure fuel pump. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was pleased with how quickly the dealership was able to get the parts delivered and get service scheduled. I also requested review of the front left brake caliper and the front right CV axle due to recommendations from a previous dealership in Ohio.The previous recommendation was that the brake caliper had failed and need to be completely replaced despite none of the symptoms the service manager claimed should be present being present. The CV axle boot was leaking and the previous dealership had recommended repacking the boot and not replacing the axle. I had questioned both and the service manager was adamant that my opinion of replacing the axle instead of repacking was outlandish and that I was clearly crazy for not feeling the vehicle pull to the right under braking.Anyways, Im glad Ive found Mark Jacobson Toyota and worked with Eduardo due to his honesty, and the investigative work of the technicians. After looking into it, Eduardos team couldnt find anything wrong with the braking system and recommended a full replacement of the axle because once the boot begins leaking, contamination will exist. He quoted me a very fair price to do the work and I agreed. When I went to pick up the truck, the staff was following all safety protocols and promptly took my payment and brought the 4Runner up. Quite pleased with the team at Mark Jacobson and will definitely be back for future work/modifications.

I had an appointment, and I think those get a priority spot in line. I had a 20,000 mile maintenance, and was out the door in 45 minutes. Waiting room was clean, physical distancing was promoted, and masks required. Sanitizer was available at each door.
Decided not to get service here.
