There online scheduler is not correct. Ive tried to schedule 2 times in the past 3 months and each time after giving me multiple dates and times for me to choose a time that I want, I get a call saying that lane is incorrect and I need to come at a later date.

My car was maintained here for the past 3 years, but recently the service became very unorganized and inefficient under new management. A regular oil change now takes 2.5 hours with appointment (it used to take less than 1 hour), and there is an additional shop charge.The sales department is separate and they are still quite good though.

I’ve been going here for years, but I’m not impressed with the customer service under the new management. Even with an appointment, a simple oil change took 2 hours. When I said that they told me it would be less on the phone - about 90 minutes max - the guy said, “They wouldn’t say that. It’s always at least two hours.”

Service department couldn’t be worse. Website it broken. Hours are wrong and are not understanding whatsoever. Not to mention they overcharged me by almost $40 and then admitted to it

We make an appointment for our Audi. We let them know its an Audi. Audi and Volkswagen have the same aligning adaptive cruise system. We got there at our desdignated appointment time, just to be turned away because now all of a sudden they didnt know it was an Audi and that the systems are different and they cant help us. We gave them specific details on our car and they were so confident that they could help us, but them turned us away because Audi is different than Volkswagen. What? No, it isnt. I hate that we wasted our time.
