Ive been going to these guy for years and they are always helpful and honest. They will not even do work on something if they dont think it will help your problem. They charge reasonable prices too. I will keep coming here at this rate.

They immediately became my go to for car repairs. They have made all repairs quickly, professionally and accurately. From oil changes, tire rotation, AC repairs, brakes and struts, for a fair reasonable price. And most importantly, no upsells.

Came on a Monday morning and was concerned I’d be waiting long since there were a few people waiting ahead of me and I overheard the staff saying there was only one technician currently working. To my surprise I was in and out with new tires and my inspections in 1.5 hrs. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was pleased with the quick service. Definitely get there as early as possible in the morning though because I heard the people that came after me wouldn’t get their car seen till late in the afternoon.

I called to make an appointment and brought my car in the next day. They did an inspection and said I needed new brakes (which I knew about). They gave me an estimate that was very affordable and went ahead and got them fixed. After a few hours my car was ready and works great! Great customer service and very professional. Great guys! Ed at the front desk is professional and friendly. He looked at my truck and determined it didnt need an alignment so did not charge me for it - despite the effort of putting it on the lift twice. They also had a very reasonable rate for a 2-wheel alignment. Not all shops have a lift that can accommodate a full-size truck. Highly recommended.

They misdiagnosed the problem in my car and still charge the cost. I’ve have spent hundreds of dollars and the problem is still there. It’s not as good as it used to be. Seems they only care about the money now. I would avoid this place. There are many car shops better and less costly around the area.

Called to make an appointment for an alignment and oil change. Was told to come now and leave my vehicle for a first come first serve service. In a very short amount of time I recieved a call,was told did not need an alignment and the oil and filter were changed.Was impressed with the service and respect I received on the phone and in person..Will be going there in the future,if needed...Dee Haswell

If you need work done on your car, this place is spectacular! I needed to take care of my cars breaks, and they were able to get me in very quickly at the end of the day to look at what was needed. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and had a very reasonable quote and appointment scheduled for the next day. The work took exactly as long as they had estimated, and my car is driving fantastic again. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The cost was exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone who needs car repairs. You will get what you paid for and more!

The customer service is over the top - the best I have ever witnessed. Waiting area was nice and comfortable and setup in a way that encouraged communication between customers. Another plus was the availability of a charging station for mobile devices — with different adapters. So far, the work on my car matches up with the customer service. I brought in my Honda Accord 03. The technicians evaluated my problem and called me back to discuss options. They were honest and up front about the cost involved. I chose not to do the repair due to the age of the car, and they were not pushy and didn’t charge me anything or act annoyed. I will be returning if I need work in the future.

Words cannot express how satisfied I am with this place. Their customer service is excellent. Theyre very kind and welcoming knowledgeable and helpful. I went to get a state inspection it was fast and they didnt do any unnecessary work. All I needed was a few bulbs and I was at first quoted a lower price than it was actually supposed to be but because I was quoted the first price that is what they charged me! Love it!! This is definitely the place that I will be returning to.

I went down a steep ravine during the snow and part of my bumper was ripped loose--wasnt sure of any other damage underneath. They checked everything and repaired my bumper. I also had them replace my break pads--all for an amazing price! They are very helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Took me in immediately for a 4 wheel alignment. My car (genesis coupe) has a very specific profile but they matched it perfectly. Had an issue with the steering wheel center (not a big one at all, Im just very ODD with her), but when I brought it back they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Would highly recommended this shop for all auto needs. Great prices too.

This review is long overdue, but these guys certainly deserve 5-stars. Several months ago I needed my car inspected and in order to pass inspection, a valve within the heating/cooling system needed to be replaced. I also had the coolant flushed and replaced. Throughout my experience, I received courteous, timely service and the associates were communicative and patient with my many questions. I appreciate that the manager always took time to explain what was going on with my car and what my options were.I had also procrastinated on getting my inspection done and the fact that I failed the first time further complicated the issue. These guys went above and beyond to save me from incurring a late fee.I also had an issue with my car right after it was serviced at Durham Tire and had to have it towed back to them (apparently replacing coolant fluid in a Prius is a bit tricky - and the issue was nothing major, just some lingering air bubbles). I was very impressed by how they handled the situation. My car was towed and re-serviced at no additional cost to me. Their efficiency and professionalism in resolving the issue speaks volume about their integrity and dedication to superb customer service. And my car has been doing wonderfully since.

Furham Tire and Auto Center on Roxboro Road here in Durham ROCKS! We have taken our cars there on multiple occasions with scheduled appointments but yesterday, 12/3/19 was very different. I was at the bank about a mile away from Durham Tire when I smelled something awful...thinking it was the car beside me I moved forward and noticed that the car was beginning to overheat! Turned off the car and waited a minute, turned the car back on, blasting the a/c and made a mad dash to Durham Tire. The mechanic was very busy but took the time to check out the radiator and antifreeze and sure enough I had a hole in my radiator. But they also wanted to know why the hole was there: age; fan not working, etc. I had my car repaired and back in less than 24 hours. Professional, thorough, and kind. Also a nice waiting spot if one wants to wait. Highest confidence with these professionals😊
