It was my first time coming to this nail salon. I just wanted a manicure and gel, since I can’t wear long nails. But….she tore up my cuticles! Don’t get me wrong, she was friendly, but my fingers are so sore and peeling this morning. All she kept saying was I’m sorry, I’m sorry. I knew I should have just done them myself but wanted to get pampered a bit. 🤦🏻‍♀️😔

Asked if someone was able to do the design shown and was told yes. My nails ended up looking thick and horrible. I was overcharged and when asked to see the breakdown of my total it took him a while to figure out how the price got so high. I paid $85 for acrylic nails that I did not like and will not be back again.

I got my 3 year old daughters feet and hand done with gel nail polish I mean that is what I paid for. She told me after we left that she didnt like that place and asked if we can go to where we usually go because here didnt make her feel like a princess. Her nail polish all came off within 3 days I understand shes 3 but it usually lasts longer then that.  As for me its only been 2 weeks and nails are coming off already. My feet look like it did when I came in only difference was it has nail polish.  It was so rushed they did my feet and hands together and I picked Milk n honey but all i can smell was the chemicals that were put on my nails and because they were doing both i couldnt enjoy relaxing with my daughter. I mean I wanted to go somewhere closer to home and it was a last moment thing so I needed a walk in. Well I wont waste 200$ here again. Very disappointed.

It has been awhile since my last visit. It was very chaotic because it was just opening. But it was a good day.

Poor service, pedicure was rushed. Was recommended this nail salon, but was very disappointed. never coming back here again. Whether someone asks for the most luxurious pedicure or a traditional they should all be treated with the same care.

I had a very friendly, kind, and excellent nail tech. She did a pedicure and gel nails on my feet. I loved that she was very friendly! I usually go to a different place but decided to go here because my best friend chose this place, but I usually tend to stay away from nail places because I have a bad nail and I always felt critiqued because of how ugly it was at my usual place, but this nail tech was kind and made me feel very comfortable! She left my feet looking model ready! I recommend this place for sure!

I had a rushed full set and pedicure my nails look horrible! I will not be coming back here

My first visit. I realize they were extremely busy two days before Mothers Day on Sunday, but no one bothered to greet me. A man, I believe to be the owner, told another woman who asked the difference between gel & regular and he said that gel lasts until we take it off. Im already loosing my gel polish and its only Tuesday. If the Deluxe mani pedi is their best, I pity anyone ordering less. My heels need more filing.Pretty chandeliers.Update: the second photo is from Sunday, May 16th. Nine days after this amazing gel that lasts until we take it off I have no gel polish at all. Im on a working vacay and this mani should not have been negatively effected by what work I did. I havent used a lot of hot water, either.I needed this manicure to last until at least tomorrow. This is BS. They look terrible, I dont have time for another manicure, & were meeting with a client tomorrow in the early a.m.

Poor quality in polishing toe nails. She was very messy, painted a lot on my skin and not my actual nail. I asked her to please paint the sides that she missed and she was still unsuccessful. Since I live nearby I have tried this place 3 times hoping to find the right person for me but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Awesome!!! Mary was so good that a tear fell from my eye during the leg massage. She gave me her full attention and gave me the best cut down ever!!! Ive saved her name in my phone for future reference. I recommend the massage settings on the far right. They do exactly as described.

Uses products that contains mma which is not only harmful to the nails and skin but also illegal. I came in to get a soak off and a new set and the tech proceeded to rip the nails off my fingers which damaged my nail bed. The set was very pretty but they don’t last long. They broke very easily and were popping off left and right. Definitely not worth the price.

Expensive but worth the price for the quality of service and attention to detail. Love the free drinks, massage chairs and clean stations

This was my 1st time and the guy who done my nails did a horrible job!! He sits toward the front do not let him do your nails!!!! Now the older lady who do pedicures is awesome but its not worth coming back just for a pedicure

Best dip mani I’ve ever gotten!! Super clean place, and they took their time to do it right! My mom and I got there about an hour and a half before they closed and both got the traditional pedicure and dip manicure, and they never rushed to finish even after they’d closed. They were super nice and the actual salon is gorgeous and sparkling clean! They had a ton of color choices (a little overwhelming for someone who doesn’t go often haha). Pedicure was great but a little basic, even for the lowest level one. But I’ll definitely get all my manicures here :) they also have a discount Monday through Wednesday (at least for now) which is awesome!

This nail salon is very good! We came here kinda late, around 6:30. The lady was very nice. Her name is Holly and she really made my nails beautiful!! She was a bit rough at the end. But overall very good!

I have had difficulty off and on feeling welcome as a Blackman. However the when excepted, My Nails Looked and felt great.

Please do not waist your time going here if you want your nails to looks good. I have been here twice, I personally always ask to get my cuticles cut since my nails grows fast. The person that did my nails said they were going to cut cuticle last (once dip powder had been applied) this seemed weird. The nail technician proceeded, my nail cuticle was cut at the end and my nails looked horrible. It looked like I had the dip powder for a week and my nail had grown out. I also asked for a gel pedicure and the lady that did the gel pedicure did a horrible job. The nail polish was bulky and outside the nail. They offer a 20% discount Monday- Wednesday, but I rather pay full price at another nail salon where I am going to receive good service. Not worth it! Picture below is 1 week later!

Another great pedicure with Ann at Duncanville Nail Salon! I love the professional atmosphere. Services are never rushed. The receptionist is constantly making sure youre comfortable and asking do you need anything.

I followed Mai here. She has been taking care of me for many years. This is a beautiful and elegant place.

DO NOT COME HERE. She was doing my nails with dip powder and first off she missed so many corners. And didn’t let the clear top coat dry before rubbing oil on my fingers and smudged every single one of my nails. ALL of my nails are ROUGH and smudged. She Tried to fix it but all she did was buff it and then dust it off and added the top coat again! I have bubbles and powder all on top of my nails! HORRIBLE! And I spent $37 for my nails. Very unacceptable and disappointed. I was hoping this would become my go to nail spot. :(

I went into this place with my mom to get our feet done . Keep in mind we had a appointment and we are black, I signed in and they ran the water, thinking we where next they did this ladies feet before us and we had a appointment!! We was sitting there for a good 15 minutes our water is cold !!! Then had the nerves to try to do another Mans feet . And tell us go wait, If I could give this place no stars I would ! Nor did they turn on the water or to check if it was still hot do not waste your time or money!

I’ve been to many spots in the Dallas area and by far this is my absolute favorite!!! Seven and Hollie have done my nails, and both times I was incredibly impressed. 10/10 would recommend. Everybody is super sweet. If you know what you want they can give it to you!! I’ll be returning soon!

I normally go to this Salon to get my nails done install today December 22nd, 2019 I decided to bring my daughter my mother and my grandmother in to get pedicures and manicures. On their menu its state that 4 or more groups will receipt 20% off. When I confirm this with the quote on quote manager she said no five or more. It was not scratched out at all on the menu with that being said I will never come back to this shop although I love Ryan and the work he does, this once loyal customer will not be coming back.

Terrible. Job was too rushed leaving me with crooked dip nails and skin stuck to my nails. Person doing pedicure was rushing as well even though there was only one person waiting. Top clear coat was just put from the middle to the tip of toe nails quickly so it looks awkward like if the nail polish dripped. I had to fix it myself at home. Would rather pay more for a job well done at a different place.

First time here and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. It was everything I went for. The nail tech took his time with the entire process. Although I wasnt aware of the Monday discount, that was a plus but not needed. I will definitely be returning and with the children and parental. My legs are so relaxed!

My old nail salon could not compare to them. Although They said I couldn’t do a fill in because I had to get the same color again.... I had to get a full set. I was mad because I had just gotten a new set the week before I didn’t wanna thin out my nails again for a new set. They didn’t dip my nails in acetone rather yank each of my acrylics off. Also they don’t offer any refreshments (Three stars for this) but luckily a nail tech, Kim, made sure my nails came out beautiful! If it wasn’t for her I would not have come back.

I just had my nails done and this is the third time I went I will never go back there again every time with a different person and each time they’ve been absolutely horrible but this time I mean is absolutely absolutely horrible the shapes aren’t even the same there way to thick and not even evenly thick..it’s nothing like what I showed her I wanted them to even look like she couldn’t even do that and she told me she could at first so now I’m at home and I’m trying to recover them and I don’t even know if I can there so bad it’s that bad they look like globs on my fingers

I love this place, I felt weird coming here at first because I use to work in this building when it was Bank of America 🙄 but it looks way better inside and out. I had Ann and Billy and they were great, Ann’s message during my pedicure was awesome, and Billy did my nails so pretty, the shape is beautiful and their service is awesome 😎.... I think I found my new nail spa and it’s walking distance from my house 🤸🏽‍♀️

I asked for a dipped nail and pedicure with mauve colored nails and they did not have that color. So they had someone create it and then they didnt ended up using it and used a darker color (so it wasnt mauve on my toes). I asked that my finger and toe nails be the same color and they were not. I showed a picture of the COLOR I wanted my nails. I had to say that twice. The nail stylist did not ask me the shape and she was clearly annoyed that she had to change to coffin shape to almond. The person I came with asked for a mani and pedi and no one ever came to do her manicure. I feel like they were talking about us and we were seen more as an annoyance rather than nice customers who are willing to pay good money. So no I did not have a good experience here.

Go to Ryan he does my nails and i have never been dissatisfied. I will never go anywhere else!

Tink is a very good tech. She takes her time and does not cut corners. Ask for her. And the plus for me is that she is a WOC.

It’s really clean and everyone is very nice. I’ve gotten my nails done many times here and I always end up loving my nails. Buuuuutttt when it comes to pedicures they always fail!!! My first pedicure I asked for all pink. However I was not pleased at all. It didn’t even last a week before it was already clipping off. A few days ago I went to my regular pedicure salon but they were having issues with card payments. So I decided to give this place a shot again. Nope never again. She was done within 15 minutes. Rushed though everything. I had asked her for a design on my big toenail as soon as she started with my pedicure she just said okay it’ll be 5 dollars more. Moments later she was already putting my shoes on without doing the design. So I reminded her about my design. She said it was too hard! Mmm why didn’t she tell me before? I could have picked something else. So i told her okay let me find something more simple I was really wanting a design something summery. She went to find pictures of the designs she could do. Came back 20 minutes latter with no pictures. I asked her to just put a little bit of glitter. I didn’t want my nails so simple. She just rolled her eyes and did it very fast so she could move on with another person. I’m honestly so disappointed with my pedi not at all anything that i wanted.

I love this salon! And they have a great special Monday-Wednesday!
