I like some of the workers but the old guy with the glasses can’t see and I told him he wasn’t painting my nails right and he couldn’t understand a thing 🙄 and he take forever doing the nails. The only person I trust to do my nails is the only girl there that speak clear English. The old lady is a no for me either. Everyone is very nice but everyone can’t do nails this was 35 so not worth it 😒. I only came here cause it’s the closest to my house.

I was little hesitant to go here after reading the reviews on here but the staff has clearly noticed because I had a great visit! 💅😍 the guy that did my nails was super nice and even carried my purse and phone to the nail dryers, propped my phone up against my purse and stuck my earphone in my ear so I could keep watching 60 Days In 😂😂 my eyebrows came out really cute as well. Might as well make this my go-to nail shop since its like walking distance from my house 💀 considering I got eyebrows AND long coffin nails (w matte top coat) for $40 is beyond me but Im happy with my service and will definitely be back 💋

I had my nails done here, I got acrylic tips and he’ll polish.. and had them for a single week and the polish bubbled up off my nails and peeled back and left a disgusting residue on the nails..

They charged me 12 dollar 4. 3 repair nails that came up after 6 dayz of them doing it I WILL NEVER GO BACK 2 THEM AGAIN N i got them repaired yesterday n now the thumb came up!!!!

I was going to get my nails done yesterday. When I walked in they was so unconcerned about me and I am a new customer and they was not crowded at all. Im not for sure if it was because I was only getting a fill and my nails were short. I signed my name on the list with number and no one ever caller me. Some of these places judge u because they are not eager to do ur nails unless u want long nails and a pedicure but yal need to understand everybody dont want long nails. If they not gone make a certain amount with u they simply look over you and I am glad to look over them as a business because that is poor service in my book. Allow people to get what they like personally not what fits ur pocket.

Was so rude, disrespectful and most of all unprofessional. called the police over her poor customer service & resolved NOTHING. All because I asked her to fix a single nail shape.

My daughter’s nails looked as if she’d had nails done for more than a week upon finishing meaning you could still see a lot of her nail by cuticle. I asked them to fix the problem. They said nothing is wrong and that is how they are supposed to look. I kept explaining that was incorrect. He took the nail polish and painted over her nail as if that would solve the problem then began talking about us in his language to other workers and HE was the manager. We will never return to this establishment again. Waste of time and money. Ridiculous. They don’t deserve one star but I can’t put zero.

I totally love this nail shop. Ive been going for over 3 years. From day 1, the manager Ms. Janie has remembered me and everyone Ive recommended. The atmosphere is cozy and professional. The work is awesome every time, I always receive compliments on my nails and my nails last lo get than the recommended time. With my line of wok thats exactly weekday I need. I recommend this place with high marks of great, professional friendly service.

Not a fan. Appears to be one of those salons that focus on nails and basic pedicures that are available anywhere. I am already planning to call and make a color change appointment Monday, my toes should not look like this freshly walking out of the shop. I would’ve gotten a full set seeing as that they do nails well but I’m not a fan of salons that are not fully focused on every service that they offer. Yes you do great nails, but what good is that when I have to go somewhere else for a pedicure that doesn’t look like I painted the nail polish myself.

Im only giving one star because I have to. Every time I come I have to bring my kids and the staff knows it. One of them is special needs. It was a problem today. They were quiet as usual. U ask me can I take them home and come back. I dont leave me kids unattended EVER...I been coming for almost 4 years and you just lost me as a customer.

I have been coming here for a long time and everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.The quality of service over sees any other salon I have been to. The customer service is exceptional!! They are very personable with customers. I love the pedicure done by this 1 particular tech (dont know her name) but she is fantastic. However, 2 out of the 3 times Ive gone the gel polish began to crack the very next day. They always fix it with no questions asked but maybe they should examine their supply.6/18/18 updateGot gel nails done and it is the worst of the worst. It is definitely some entry level amateur work. Im a frequent customer but this is ridiculous. The pics speak for themselves. NO MORE GEL NAIL HERE; bad to worse!!

Ive gone here for years. Honestly, the customer service is nice but they are sloppy when it comes to their work. I ask them if they can do designs, they say yes and then my nails turn out a mess. Probably going to stop going. Decent price pedis though.

I had the worst experience. I arrived at 10am today which is saturday and they had the doors locked with about 8 people inside. They saw us standing outside but still no one came to the door so i took it upon myself to knock we entered they didnt greet us nor did they speak. I sat down for a second and then thought I have never spent my money in a place that has horrible customer service so i left. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Thats not how you treat people at all...

My 1st few times were amazing but this last time was horrible my pedi only has 9/10 of my toes done my feet dont feel any different ...my eye lashes that i paid $25 for them to do started coming off slowly ... I asked for my refund she refused and Im leaving out of the state next week to go on vacation back home

If I could give 0 stars I would this if my FIRST REVIEW EVER I went to this place yesterday ( receipt posted) to get a gel nails for a wedding I was attending the following day which is today I was so pissed to find my nails falling off a day after on the day I needed it the most so not only did I have to go to my cousins wedding with more than ONE of my nails missing I cant even get my money back from it if I would have knew this would happen I would have went to Walmart got some polish and did it myself I feel I spent to much money for this to happen the next day it was messed up and so tacky I didnt even want to take a picture with my hand in it because of this I called when the first one came off and I was okay at first to come in and get it fixed but to have a total of four gone before I make it to the event I needed it for was unacceptable so I call back and asked for a refund not a full just for my hand my feet were fine and they refused asked me to come in so they could fix it my thing is why would I come back in and you totally screwed up my manicure I live over 40 miles from this place why will I come all the way back across town and Im not even confident in your service nor expertise to do a job you suppose to be licensed to do so Im not and I hate I cant get my refund what a such horrible nightmare for what suppose to had been a nice evening never again
