I am truly in love with this place!!😍 I moved here from Irving and I needed to find a salon near me that I felt confident in going to. I had tried 2 other locations here and I didnt really love them 😒 I didnt get that wow feeling you get when you just get your nails done and they are just right. Anyways, I decided to give this location a try and BAM! 💥THIS is my place 🙌 I have been here twice now and both times Jessica has done my nails. She is amazingly talented. I dont get anything too crazy and out there due to the type of work I do BUT, she makes them look so natural and good no mater the shape. Last time I did get a kinda long ombre coffin and it looked sooo good! This time I got a shorter French tip and they look amazing! Just like something you would find on Pinteres. Ladies, I highly recommend you check them out. 👌

Left with cuts on 4 of my fingers and the tech did a horrible job applying the dip powder (see photos). My pedicure was terrible as well. I asked for a 20 minute massage and received 9 minutes, then they tried to argue with me when I was paying. I’ll never go here again.In response: even if you DID check the cameras, you are wrong. He did not massage me for 23 minutes. On another note, do you have anything to say about the terrible job he did on my nails? Nope? Didn’t think so.

Only reason I’m giving a two star is because of the service other than that this was my first time ever in my life where I had to pay before I got my service and the work was ok some of my nails are not straight

Just paid $70 for these 4 days ago, they just started popping off. Ive been getting my nails done for about 17 yrs now and this is the most expensive Ive ever paid, its ridiculous for the quality of work that is done. I was going to go back and see if they would fix them for free but decided to go pay more money somewhere else. I do not recommend and I will never go back.

My first time coming in. They completely fixed the mess from last week!😉!! I should have taken before and after pics 😑 I was greeted right away. (If you can schedule an appointment.) Know that when it is your time they will take their time and do the job well! I got a gel polish change, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.😯 I was at the shop for 3 hours and I do NOT mind.🤷‍♀️ They do accept cash or card. If you are paying with a card make sure you have your ID. 👍First time customers have to pay upfront, completely understandable. Ill be back. Pictures show over view, side view, thickness.

So I’ve been here three times, never let them do my eyebrows. The lady in there RIPPED OFF HALF my eyebrow after I specifically said I just wanted them cleaned up. I’ll post a before and after so y’all can see just how bad of a job she did. After I told her how bad she did she “comped” me by taking off two dollars. Because of that I refused to tip anyone. She shouldn’t be allowed to touch anyone’s eyebrows!

Great customer service really kind people, just really bad work. My toes and my nieces look like a child painted them. So unhappy with results and they do not use white polish under see through colors that has been noticeably thinned out.

This was my 1st time coming to this nail shop. I had an appointment set for 2 pm & when I arrived Mrs. Tina was just finishing up on her previous customer so I didn’t wait long at all. I love the fact that there were complimentary drinks & snacks offered while you wait. Mrs. Tina is a very sweet person & taught me everything that I need to know about the care of my nails! She’s very reasonable with the pricing as well! I loved my nails & I will definitely be a returning customer!💅🏽😊

I wouldnt leave any stars but there is no alternative. This being my third time to go to Nail Art Creation and once again just like the first time I went I am so very frustrated. I waited over an hour and still didnt get waited on. Went next door to resale shop thinking that they would call me when someone was available... NEGATIVE. Then why do customers sign in with their name and phone number then? For some reason the ladies are ever so rude and so not customer oriented. The young girl who came in after me even walked out. I dont understand them basically turning away return business. Being totally deaf in one ear and only retaining 22% in the other I rely on reading lips more than not and they are always wearing the masks, maybe I just misunderstood what the situation was to get service today. Anyone know of a RELIABLE nail salon either in Duncanville or close by? Im up for suggestions. In the meantime Ill be contacting the Disabilities Association to verify what my legal rights are.

First time here and though the conversation was good the actual job they did was poor. The lady left a chip on my toe nail and the nail technician left acrylic all around my cuticles and under my nails. Not to mention way OVERPRICED!!!Especially for the level of quality...may have moved here but Ill be taking the trip back to Richardson to continue seeing my old technician. And please owner...do reply negatively to my comment if you want. I live down the street, Id be happy to come in person and talk it out😉

Poor service. Not sure what kind of clientele they are used to, but half way through the service pay is requested. I am like wait, I do not even have a finished product of what I am paying for. So if I refused to pay bc I have not received a complete service to pay for then what. I always tip, but after this, I will not come here ever again and definitely will not be giving a tip. Her tip is, being paid before the service was complete.

My nails are beautiful!

I went for the first time since it got good reviews. The service is great, the ladies that did my nails were very sweet. Im not pleased with the my gel pedicure. The gel is lifting because there was excessive gel left on the cuticle. My dip manicure is ok, my nail broke already. Im on a business trip so I cant go back to fix it. 80 plus down the drain.

Don’t waste your time coming they set appointments that they don’t uphold and the only constellation prize is that they say is you can come back next week

The nail shop was okay.. I like nail salons more but it was decent. However I paid $70 for my nails and toes... My nails didnt even last a full week. Im disappointed because their products are so cheap and the nail quality is poor in my opinion. I hate I wasted my money. I will not be returning.

Updated review: Great Customer service but seems like every time the prices go up. I asked for $20 pedicure with gel polish is $20 extra, instead of $15. Also charged extra to cut cuticle while getting a full set. Never heard of a charge for cuticles while getting a acrylic nails.Sad to say but we will not be returning customers.Update to response: Customers need to know about untold services and post them on your price list.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE this place. They have the most up-to-date nail techniques and trends. Everytime I go, I walk out feeling completely satisfied. The shape of my nails is always gorgeous! People may feel that they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I REFUSE to go to a nail shop where a full set is $10-$15. I would rather pay for quality

I were came to this salon since they open until now. Seriously Im very picky about my nails and toes, tried alot of place but only this salon always made me want come back . They are very friendly, extremely satisfied every time, only problem theyre taken payment before services if you are new customers otherwise everything else is very good because theyre always make sure I liked before I leave their shop . As much as I wanted to keep coming here there were a few things that drove me away. They only have 2-3 (one person strictly doing Pedis) people working at time which causes a very long wait. There would be times Id come in and wasnt acknowledged as if I wasnt there. They offered complimentary drink which was good and they have all the news nail tech avail, however the service was slow as ever.

If I could rate them at 0 I would. I paid for services came home same day polish was off the toe and they talked bad about the previous people who did my feet but my acrylic broke that they repaired on my toe while the lady was polishing my toes ...

This place is horrible unsanitary, a mess, if you don’t want someone to understand your question this is the place to go. The fact that one artist cannot begin and finish the job is unprofessional, I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. When “nail art creation” did my nails it looked like they took gum and just smushed it on my nails. They didn’t use the drill or try to make it look natural. When I would say anything they had some combative reason why my nails aren’t drying or why they don’t use the drill, again not professional. When I go to a business I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job. This place is overpriced for the quality that is not provided and the length of time I have to sit and wait for my nails to be done and still look like a 5 yr old did them. I shouldn’t have to sit and have my nails redone 4-5 times because they are messed up, it should be done right the first time maybe your whole salon should go back to cosmetology school and update your licensing.

The lady who did my nails made me feel comfortable and she took the time shaping my nails and painting them! After every step she asked me if I was okay with how they looked and she was so sweet!

First and last time customer. Last minute option. Even though they gave me someone inexperienced and i got sprayed down with water 🤦🏾. No discount was offered. To put the icing on the cake she was so inexperienced one of her more experienced colleagues walked by, saw her work and instantly repolished my toes. I kinda felt sorry/embarrassed for the young lady.

They aren’t neat and their level of skill is below average for their prices, they are sweet people but need to sharpen their skills also they make you pay before service as I’m currently in the nail shop I see why, just practice a little more guys, one star for skill two for friendliness and willingness to correct their mistakes

They did a good job on my daughters polish change but they charge by length for your nails. For a basic acrylic set they cut it down to the base of your skin. I asked that they not cut my real nails, which are about 1/8 of an inch, and was told that would be an extra charge. Where do they do that at!!!!

It was my first time going there and i was gettimg my nails done by a man i dont know hes name but he did the shape really nice but the paint job was horable it was uneven and splotchy so i told mrs.jessica if she can repaint them free of charge she said yes when she did it they where so much better and i loved them then i got around to paying and i asked the man how much it would be before and he said it would be $30 and i thought that was an ok price so i give jessica $40 and she gives it to a lady with blonde hair and she comes back and give me change and she said it was $10 in change but then i counted it and she gave me $5 and so i ask where is the other 5 and she said that for 2 colors it was 5 dollars more and my cuz got into a argument with the lady thay gave me the change and it was just the worst experience of my 14 yrs of lifeIm never going there again if they pay me to..They also say that they open at 12 on Sunday and i agot there at 12 but they where still closed i had to wait 12 min or longer for the to actually open the solan then when i was with 2 other girls and it took them 4 hrs to get 3 sets of nails done there crazyAnd they dont do 3D designs and that messed up ever thing
