It was my first time today. Staff is very friendly and my nails came out nice. Only thing is the person that took me was a little rough and left be with a cut. Other than that I am happy with my service

I walked in for service and there was no one in there it was empty. There were 3 workers 1 gentleman and 2 ladies. The 2 ladies that work there sitting in pedicure chair, doing self pedicures. I was told they were unable to provide service because all three people was waiting on an appointment. SMH...I left thinking at least one could have started on me. Ill never visit again. NO WONDER THERE WERE NO CARS, NEVER AGAIN

Called at noon; they booked me for 12:15. Arrived and was promptly seated by friendly staff. Nails were perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

A nail salon that doesn’t do nail polish changes. I didn’t have time for a full pedicure, but that means also I won’t be back for a full pedicure. Found a place down the street that gladly took my business

1st time here, and I loved it. My nail tech was attentive and took his time to make sure I was satisfied. There was no pressure to do anything other than what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

This was my first visit here. Everyone was very professional. I was initially worried about my pedicure being rushed (as that has been my experience at other nail salons) but they took their time with both my manicure and my pedicure. The place was clean and each employee was very respectful to every customer that came in during my time there. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant so it was nice to be able to just relax and be pampered. I will definitely be back.

I am so thankful for the outstanding services Kevin provided me on Mother’s Day. This was my first time ever receiving Dipping Powder and yes, I was nervous, but Kevin and peers were very knowledgeable and informative with me from start to finish. Everyone there exudes CLASS so if your looking for great quality and service, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY CHECK THEM OUT💝

I’ve tried giving these guys a chance 3 times and the first time I go in there because they are close and convenient and I stood there for 15 minutes while each employee just stared at me didn’t say hello or how can I help you just kept looking at me and doing what they were doing so I finally speak up and say can someone do a mani pedi for me please and they keep staring and finally someone says something. That made me feel very unwelcome and very unprofessional of them to act like this to customers wanting their business. Then after I was seated finally it took the lady at least 20 minutes to come back to start my nails then made one crooked so when I showed her she said I did that and rolled her eyes. This is the worst establishment ever!!! I do not recommend it at all!

The people were nice enough but there wasnt a variety of services. They do dip nails only. The atmosphere was nice and quiet with soft music but I wasnt feeling the device I dont like dipped nails because u are sharing other peoples germs that have dipped too. Acrylic seems more hygienic to me but what do I know. The lady was nice but couldnt get the basic shape right so someone else had to do it. I wont be back. Oh and the price was outrageous!!!!!!!🤯. I got a polish change on my feet and a basic American set very short and I paid $60 for basic.

Unprofessional. This is the nail shop closest to my home and everytime I come on its empty but they claim they have an appt coming. I sat outside this time, my third and final attempt to use this salon, to see if anyone would come and no one showed up.

8.21.19 Wednesday- well I chose this salon bc of the excellent reviews, I am sad to say it did not meet expectations. I had planned on getting powdered nails for the 1st time but after the lack lusture pedicure with my nail bed not being completely covered and a rushed job I chose just regular manicure. However I should have just left after the pedicure 😒. Especially after I was rushed to choose a color saying its just a color not like tatoo😬. Oh and then during the polishing of finger nails I say can you please cover my entire nail bed, he makes a face and looks at his coworker as if I was saying out of normal for a quality service.You let me know if what you see is worth the 4 5$ I paid?🤔

I like dipping powder (Nexgen or whatever brand) and these people have a huge selection of colors. 1st time Tracy did my nails and I was very impressed with her attention to detail. This time I saw Kevin and he’s the same way. This is hands down the most natural French manicure I’ve ever had. I love it! They make sure you’re completely happy every step of the way and they do all different styles.

I must say I’m pretty impressed. The nail polish selection is very organized & quite beautiful, they have a large selection of colors. The salon was very clean & chic looking with a very nice staff. I was greeted & seated very quickly & I was thoroughly explained the routine that they have here. Everything was sanitized & one use only on the buffers & files. This salon is great. I have tried so many nail salons in this area, Uptown, Arlington and none compare in quality of work and service. My experience with dip in the past wasnt great elsewhere but here they do a marvelous job. My nails look great for weeks! The pedicure area is very serene and relaxing. I also like that they do one service at a time. I hate when salons do manicures and pedicures at the same time. Everyone is friendly and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave.

This was a very relaxing experience. April was great. She took her time and the massage was great! I got the lavender pedicure with French polish. I will be back. It’s my new place to go.

Moving to Dallas from DC is a situation on its own. I was in search for a new nail tech that would actually use quality products and knew the skill well. I stumbled across this place cause another one had a wait time through the roof. Thank goodness, my nail tech’s name is Jason and he did a great job. I didn’t have to get a fill in until a month later. The customer service is like non other that I’ve seen in the Dallas area. Their color selection is pretty awesome and the staff is cool. I don’t see myself going anywhere else any time soon.

Not only are they very professional and friendly they are creative and very detailed and dedicated to making sure you love your nails. I’m only giving 2 stars bc the customer service is awesome and the salon is nice, but nails were terrible, the guy was so cocky while doing my nails like he was the master of all nail techs... the nails started off great but then he started the dip powder process, the nails lost the coffin shape and the ended up being lumpy. My cuticles were nice going in, but now they look dreadful..... yea I’ll return to my original nail tech in Arlington, I gave them a shot but what a waste of $45.00 😡 it looks like my child did them

I really enjoyed this salon. It had become my favorite up until now. Yesterday, I made an appointment for Harris to do my dipping powder and Winnie to do my pedicure. Last time, I had Traci do my pedicure, but she didn’t do it thoroughly. One example of the some of the things she failed to do was to throughly remove my calluses. She literally scrubbed for 5 seconds and that was it. I politely asked if she could do more because I saw other technicians doing a better job. She reluctantly did so, but still to no avail. So I let it go. And I decided that next time I would just ask for a different person. No hard feelings.So back to yesterday, I made the appointment with those two technicians for today. Unfortunately, I came upon a schedule conflict and had to cancel. Upon asking to move the appointment to Monday, I was told to call Monday to do it. I thought that wouldn’t be a good idea to wait till Monday for an appointment I wanted on Monday because the salon tends to get busy so I called a couple of hours later (today after canceling my appointment.) This is where everything all of a sudden changes. I call to make the appointment for Monday. Upon giving my name, I was immediately told that Winnie doesn’t want to do my pedicure and that no one else does either. I am appalled because I literally made this appointment yesterday for earlier today, and everything was fine. I asked why and was told by Gary (who I spoke with to make both the original appointment and the makeup appointment) that the last time I came, Traci spent a long time on me. I believe he was trying to say that I was difficult without saying it. I insisted that I honestly have no idea where this sentiment is coming from because she did not throughly do the pedicure, I still paid, and still left pretty satisfied. Not one person came to me about an issue. I did not fight with anyone the last time I came. I did not even know there was an issue because I was still treated so kindly. Again, after politely asking for her to do some things better, she did not. And I let it go because I did not see the point in arguing when I can just ask for someone else next time. I didn’t think it was wrong to ask the technician for something if they weren’t doing it to my liking, and I’m paying for the service.I asked Gary why he did not tell me this yesterday. He said oh I was going to tell you when you came in today. . He then tried to usher me to end the conversation because he didnt feel like continuing it. I asked when would be a better time, and he did not oblige. I even tried to see if I should come and see them for myself because maybe I am being confused with someone else. I was told that the answer would remain the same. I was and have never been difficult or argued at the salon with any of the technicians. I am just very disappointed because none of this was brought to my attention till over a month later (when I had my appointment with Traci). The salon has my number and could have reached out. I really was starting to relish in the salon and name it my nail spot and now am just in disbelief. This customer service was absolutely terrible, AWFUL. The way I was treated was uncalled for because I was nothing but nice and patient. But because I asked for something politely, I am now rude? Traci did a terrible job. And I still remained calm and just decided to ask for someone new next time. DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE. Completely unprofessional and absurd! I have been going here consistently for the past 4-6 months, but no more after such treatment.
