Had an issue with a lost key. They programmed a new key for me in a prompt and efficient manner. Roadside Assistance was very helpful in getting my vehicle to the dealership. Was very satisfied with the services provided.

Purchased UV, needed 2nd Key. Service Advisor took time to identify need, walked me to Service to originate order, completed order and set appointment for next day. Service was completed very timely and as requested, the Service area performed a 25+ courtesy review. Very professional, courteous and clean facilities.

I bought a 2017 Jaguar XF mid June. Before I took ownership I asked and it was agreed to that the scratches and the paint transfer would be buffed out or cleaned up so you couldnt see the white and green paint on a black car.When I went to pick the car up the same exact scratches and paint transfer marks were still on the car.I was in a rush that day or else I would have left the car there.But then again, we are talking about car dealerships. They dont have the best reputation for customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from this dealership two weeks ago. Sterian was excellent and worked with me even though I was out of state. Sterian answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this dealership in purchasing your new vehicle.

Every time I’ve taken my car in, my car is never returned the same day. It’s usually kept several days. The last time they “couldn’t” provide a loaner. I dropped it off Monday night for an 8a Tues. appt. the next morning. I called that Tuesday, since I hadn’t been given any updates & was told the car wouldn’t be looked at until the Wednesday. I got it back finally on Thursday. The only updates they give me were via text. No personal calls, which I’d expect considering how long they had my car. There were other issues with the recommendations they gave for add’l repairs. These were partly the same recs they gave at my last service. I choose not to have them done there because it was over priced. I had my alignment done elsewhere recently, so the fact that they were telling i needed to do that tells me that no one actually looked at my car for this. I find they’re service very frustrating.

I had a 9:30 appt. I was on time, I asked to have caliber covers installed along with some routine issues under warranty. I was asked if I wanted to wait or request an Uber to nearby mall, I chose Uber. Jaguar paid there, I paid back.??? I wasted a whole day because when I returned I had most of the same issues, caliber covers not installed, I was charged and as of today have not been refunded.First time visitor and not encouraged.

Happy they were able to successfully diagnose our problems. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get a “free” car wash this time. 😊

Igor my service advisor is the absolute BEST! Saying that he went above and beyond would be an understatement! I’ve never had a dealership experience like the one he provided - not even during previous visits to the same dealership. I would absolutely recommend Hennessy Jaguar to anyone owning a Jag/Land/Range Rover but Igor is definitely the secret ingredient!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d give him a 20 any day!!
