Prompt and on-time. They opened EXACTLY at 8 am and began work on the four cars that were there. The attendants were pleasant and greeted each customer. They were Extremely professional. I even got my windshield wipers replaced and felt confident the attendants were taking care of my motor baby. I will go back there soon. :)

Saw the reviews online and decided to try this place... I didnt make an appointment or anything, I just showed up and everyone there was sooo nice and friendly... There was no wait and they did a fantastic job!They really make you feel like youve been going there for years.... Wonderful service and wonderful people. I will definitely be returning!

Edit….I left my review at a wrong location. I had to come back to give Mike and Jacob an awesome review.Mike and Jacob were super friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my low tire pressure gauge was on. Jacob filled my tires without me asking. It feels good to have an efficient and caring business in the neighborhood.

Mike was very helpful & professional! He got me in & out quickly! He educated me on everything my car needed & the work they were going to perform. I stay 15 minutes away, but I will be coming back to this one! Side note: Mike wasn’t bad to look at while I waited in my car either! I highly recommend getting serviced here.

This time around, I only needed an oil change but have had numerous other services done to my car at this location. Theyre always pleasant, professional and provide great service! 5 Star SERVICE x 2 !!!Stopped in this morning for an oil change. While servicing the vehicle they noted that my front brake pads were in need of replacing as they were paper thin. They kindly offered to give me a quote. No high pressure sales but noted to me that I should get them serviced soon as not to damage the rotors. I come here often from Lawrenceville the service is great and I’m usually in and out, in no time. Seems honest and very professional. This morning I was there at 7:30 and Ivan and Jacob were prompt they opened at 8:00 I was out by 8:30.

I needed an oil change and my engine check light checked, so I went to Havoline on Satelite Blvd. Wow! When I say professional, kind, and very efficient,Bryan and the other mechanic(I didnt catch his name), they were great and extremely helpful. Im so glad I bought my car here. No hassles, straight to the point, I didnt even get nervous which I usually do at a mechanic shop. I usually dont brag on mechanics, But this time I really have to. Always have a good experience here. They let me drive up and stay in my car during service, which is something I appreciate a lot. No one ever pushes me into extra services, but they always provide a list of recommendations.

Employees were smoking so you have to keep your windows rolled up. Employee failed to tell me that a lug nut was missing, which makes me think they are the ones who lost the lugnut. Lastly, i wanted to use a coupon but they said it didnt apply to conventional oil, even though the coupon didnt say only synthetic, it said, full service premium. I called before I went to see how much premium full service oil service cost and they said 31.99 which is the price of conventional. I gave it a 3 because I can finally check oil change off my list, and the wiper blades seem to work well. I purchased them based on employee recommendation.

Very fast and efficient service and friendly customer service! Overall, definitely recommend this place for a quick and painless oil change. Glad I was able to stay in my car with my kids the whole time - it only took about 10 minutes. I will be back.

Very friendly helpful gentlemen let me know they did not have my filter in stock but could get it in 30 minutes.I came back an hour later and they were good to go. I always go to Havoline Xpress Lube off of Satellite Blvd. in Duluth for my emissions test. They are fast, professional and very reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

Service was fast, hassle free. Had a coupon and the guy knew exactly what I needed. The Manager MP and tech BJ took care of me. Go see them and you’ll feel at home.

When I got there the tech came right to my truck and told me what amount of oil the truck took and gave me a price. I asked if they could grease the 2 rod ends and they told me they don’t have grease. I get to the register and the price was $18 more than I was told.

Right now is a great time to try the Xpress lube for an oils change, especially if you’ve never used their service before.I’ve been changing my own oil in my vehicles my entire life. I’ve taught my son the same skills and we have doing the same for his vehicles since he started driving.Despite the lower cost of gas these days, oil, especially synthetic oil seems to have increased in price! I started comparing the price of a jug of oil and a filter to the price Xpress lube charges, Xpress lube is cheaper by about %15. And, we didn’t have to lay in the sun and get roasted doing it. We were in and out of the shop in 20 minutes! The guys working there are friendly and efficient, and I’m going to have a hard time justifying doing an oil change myself in the future.Don’t run your engine way past the oil change mileage. These guys can fix you up far cheaper than you’d think!

I came in early in the morning for a oil change. I always bring my own oil filter and engine air filter. I was greet promptly and was serviced immediately after. It wasn’t a issue if I brought my own oil and filters. The service was so phenomenal I even had my power steering fluid changed as well. Super appreciative of these gentlemen as the location is very convenient. Will surely come back and be a return customer! Good service and honest recommendations are a rare occurrence these days! David, the new manager was amazing. The customer service was impeccable...He explained everything they were doing to my vehicle as they were doing it. He sat down with me, explained and prioritized my recommendations, and let me pick what should be done as well as what is most important to do next. He also personally went to pick up a part that was needed which I found to be very impressive. I’d definitely recommend his location!

Pulled right in. I was given option to stay in my car and i did. They changed my oil and filter in very fast time. They asked me before hand if i wanted to change my filter. The manager also suggested services that could wait at the time, but would be needed in the future. Friendly and courteous staff all around. I will go back.

So David was awesome. Honestly I’ve never been to an oil change place and come in for one thing and them not tell or try to get me to buy anything extra. He actually said it wasn’t needed. I needed a mechanical job job and he got it done without taking my engine out as I was told by a few mechanics that’s it was the only way to fix it.. He was so helpful. And a great sense of humor. Will definitely go there first to see if they can fix any of my problems before I go to a service shop. All the staff was very helpful. Thanks you all for getting my tough job done.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change this morning. Im chronically in a hurry everyday juggling work and mom stuff. Tristan & Drew were exceptional. They were professional and courteous, very safe with contact-free service during COVID-19, and had me out of there very quickly. I thought for sure stopping for an oil change would cause me to run behind logging on for work, but I was able to get home with plenty of time to spare.Another huge plus for me is they didnt pull out my air filter and show me a pretty clean looking air filter and claim it needed to be replaced. Almost every time I get an oil change, a technician tries to get me to buy things I dont need and most of the time its a clean looking air filter. They didnt. They checked it and noted on my receipt checked and we all went about our day. Honesty and integrity go a long way these days. Thanks guys! Ill be back.

However, I walked in Havoline and from the hello everything was different. The manager heard my story and made me feel comfortable. I recently brought my vehicle by due to a slow leak in one of my tires and had decided to get an oil change since I was bringing it in anyway. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Pricing was fair and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though they were a little understaffed I was seen and my car was worked on quickly. They were sure to show me print offs of everything that they were seeing and was very up front about everything. I plan on going back in the future with any of my car needs.
