I moved to Britton wood in May 2021 and had virtual tour of apt. After virtual tour I was informed that it will be similar and apt keys will be provided after cleaning. Apt carpet was not changed, patio was not cleaned properly and also gas stove was not clean when we moved in. Everything I had to raise request and get it done after move in which was really disappointing. I don’t see proper maintenance for building exterior. I would not recommend this apartment. Definitely I would like to move out if I get a chance. I would give 0 stars if allowed.

Since finding out that we found Britton Woods we have had great experiences. The team has been great with responding to any issues or concerns. They have had open communication with us and have followed up on anything we have mentioned. The community is a family community so lots of children out playing. For the most part you cant hear your neighbors unless they are above your apartment.Overall we are very pleased with our move and thankful to have found this community.

This is a nice place to live in the beautiful town of Dublin! Our 3rd story apartment has a perfect view – just trees, no buildings or parking lots. Neighbors are nice, rent is reasonable. Management is a little slow though, and service requests take forever and a day to go through. We sometimes get weird charges on our account that arent explained, so we have to contact the office.

Just moved back into Britton Woods after some family trouble made me have to leave a few years back. These are the pictures I took when I moved in and I love the floors! If you are looking for Dublin apartments, with good scenery, good food close and low traffic this is a great spot. Personally never had any trouble with the staff either they seem really nice!

I have lived at Britton Woods for a couple years now and I have had a great experience. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have lived here since August 2020 and it is overall a good place to be! My apartment is very spacious, and I have not had any issues with the apartment since a small leak in the bathroom shortly after I moved in. Maintenance can be a little delayed sometimes, but it is a big complex so thats pretty expected. LOTS of kids and families. Kids tend to be outside playing a lot when it is nice outside, especially in the courtyard areas so it is maybe not the best place if youre looking for consistent peace & quiet. Unfortunately, its nothing that management can really fix. Management is great. Marcia and Ryan in the office are both quick to respond and so helpful! The one noise complaint that the office was able to help with was dealt with quickly and I havent had issues since. Overall I recommend Britton Woods, as long as you are cool with there being MANY kids running around & making noise essentially in your backyard.

I regret moving here and am considering breaking my lease. Management has sucked from the moment i moved in. I would give these apartments no stars.This is how they keep the compactor!

Im so sad to be leaving. Im only moving for work, but I said if they cant find me a place like Britton Woods, I wont be going. I lived here for years and love it . Sometimes the wildlife can be extreme, like the geese making noise at 5am but I guess I needed an early wakeup call that day. All of the staff has been awesome. Thanks guys for several wonderful years.

I LOVE my apartment here at Britton Woods! I have lived a lot of places, but have never felt more at home! The community has so many beautiful ponds and scenic views. Behind my apartment building, there is a picnic area with a grill that overlooks a pond. I love to sit there in the summer time and read my book. The office staff are so friendly and genuinely kind. Every maintenance request I have ever raised has been handled in an appropriate time frame. I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a new place in Dublin!

It’s a very good community in Dublin. Maintenance is prompt and quick and they are very helpful. Apartment looks clean all the times and the staffs in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. We are keep postponing our plans to buy our own house, just because we don’t want to leave Britton woods. We love living here and it’s safe for kids. My kids love the little park inside Britton woods. Kids are having so much fun here.

Me and my family has been here for many months and have a great time! I like the 2 pools and car vacuums and pretty trees. my kids like park and jungle gym by pool too lots of space for fun. Staff is always smiling and being nice I recommend for everyone!

If I had reviewed this property a few years ago it would have been much higher, but things have gone downhill here drastically since the last time I lived here.I do like my apartment, and for the area the price isnt that bad, but the cons far outweigh the pros at this point. Here they are:1) Maintenence is absolutely horrific. There were so many issues when I moved in and I keep finding more. Yes, I understand that COVID has affected this. Hence the 3 stars.2) the units are terribly insulated. Time to get new windows and attic insulation!!!3) snow and ice removal/treatment is very bad. This property is a death trap in the winter. I worked in hotels for years and understand that snow removal companies can be less than reliable. TIME TO GET A NEW COMPANY.I dont take pleasure in leaving negative reviews, but I hope this will lead to improvement in the near future.

Great place to rent an apartment. The leasing office is quick in sending emails to the renters regarding any issues or any heads up. I Like that! In heavy snow days I see people clean the walkways as soon as they can. And also hire on contract to clean the roads. If you request any service they respond it very quickly. The only thing I wished could have changed would be the gym (I know pandemic is going on around the world) I would wish if they could be kept open 24hrs rather then just office hours (9-5) But no complaints on it as it can be a health issue

I really liked living here. Dublin schools are high ranked so I always look for Dublin. This place is nice, not too expensive, bus comes right to the office, good location in general. Staff is cool, havent had to speak to them much, but there all friendly. Also really like the pools and ponds, the scenery here is very pretty and open.

Recently moved in to Britton Woods and we love it here. It is has a tennis court that we have used frequently and it is in walking distance to a couple of beautiful parks. The staff is always upbeat and they happily help with any issues when they come up. Maintenance is also quick to respond when we put in service requests.

Britton woods is an average apartment complex. It’s not luxury by any means. We have one of the oldest styles and it’s not that bad, we decorated it and it looks very nice. There are some downfalls here though- we are on the second floor and can hear our neighbors above us, and we can hear our neighbors below us.. that fight a lot. So I wouldn’t recommend being on the second floor. The pros are that they have a tennis court, a bike path, car cleaning stations, and a beautiful hidden park. While there is room for improvement I think it has very good value, especially for families or students. Lastly, I think management is leaving fake reviews because they are painfully obvious, all the pictures are taken from a corner angle that shows the whole room which apartment complexes typically do. The reviews also have consistent verbiage such as being close to Tuttle, saying how prompt maintenance is in Dublin city schools district. Overall, a 3 out of 5.

I would have liked to give rating 0 if its possible for Britton Woods apartments. This unit in Britton wood apartments when we got in August 2015 was in non acceptable stinky condition, cabinet doors and counter tops all were in bad filthy condition, as it was used by previous family for over 4 years. We had to move in because we cant find any other place to live in such a short time. We were handed the apartment in same condition (stinky, filthy) as was left by earlier family living there. All cabinet along with their doors were rusty, stinky and had molds/leaches. I have not used them at all because of molds/leaches found in them which can lead to serious health issues for my family. I kept my stuff in cabinets bought by me from Walmart. I have did many complaint for stinky vinyl floor with torn on it but nobody in the leasing office did anything for it rather told us to use room fresheners. This apartment was in pathetic condition.This apartment had multiple heavy water leaks in last 3 years which flooded all of the house. Water came from all the ac vents and electric circuit in the house which had ruined my furniture, electric items (TV, Music System, Casio), toys and other house items. The fireman who came at the night of September 28, 2016 told us to stay in any other house/hotel (which was supposed to be provided by Britton wood Leasing office) as the water leak could pose a fire threat from shorted wires as the water was coming out from every electric outlet. But from the leasing office no one provided any other accommodation, instead we (me, my husband and my 7 years daughter) were standing outside our apartment till morning. The electricity of the apartment were turned off. The continuous water leaks in this house rot wood, cause paint to peel, bring insects, cause roofing and siding problems and much more.We were never asked for any pictures when we moved in the apartment, the person that time in the rental office was a decent man, and also said he will take care of all the problems, so we did not bothered to send any email with pictures of house and believed him. But he was transferred to other location after sometime and our apartment left in same condition when new management came in the rental office.The maintenance staff came 30 minutes after the fireman came, and waited for his manager to appear who came 1:30 hour later. Can anyone tell me how much time a fireman can wait for these people to come?Fireman stopped the water and electricity of the apartment, is this how you fix the issue???? The fireman told your first person to come to find other accommodations for us. We were standing outside our house whole night. Stop giving vague replies as the problem took whole night to resolve and also taking water out of the house.

My wife and I have lived here since 2012. We just renewed our lease and we love it here. The community is quiet, great swimming pool, gym and the property is very scenic with ponds, trees, flowers and beautiful landscapes.Even though these apartments are a little older their professional maintenance team and the property manager Marcia Barnes keep this community very clean, painted and the pavement is well kept. You will not find any rental property in the area with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, large balcony and garage that can beat the price for what you are looking for. Trust me, we have price compared and it is not available in the Dublin area.I think I can speak for the leasing and management team. They have always been their for us through good and bad times and that is why we will stay here until we buy a home or relocate with my job.Harbour Management team, great job!!!!!!!Darryl & Tina

Great apartment community! Great location as well. These are older apartments...but I think they are renovating as people move....so some of the issues you may have with an older apartment are most likely being addressed and/or improved upon. I see varied opinions and reviews...good and bad. All I can say is....The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues.....which really hasn’t been much. But, here recently...there was an issue of geese leaving their business all over the sidewalks...I brought it to the attention of management....it was power washed the NEXT day! Not a flooded apartment or anything...but still nice to have a swift response!If you go with a brand new apartment...you might have a better experience.... but, you will pay more for sure....so in fairness to the community...I think they are competitively priced...and if searching in this area....you might not want to overlook Britton Woods.

I’ve lived at Britton Woods for just over a year and my stay here has been fantastic - great amenities (Large fitness center, 2 pools, playground, tennis courts, & connected to Dublin Walking Paths), great location right off of I-270 making any morning commute seamless. Some of the apartments are renovated and include gas fireplaces and patios, perfect for entertaining in all seasons. The office staff are always prompt with their responses, and the maintenance team is always able to take care of requests in a timely manner. All in all, a great place to live!

Lived here for two years. Very close to the mall, highway access, several parks, the shoppes on Avery, a Walmart, Best Buy, and multiple furniture stores. Kind current management. Very family oriented community. Comfortable enough apartment living spaces.

Horrible ‘neighbors’. Adults and kids in the road at all hours. Children of all ages unsupervised roaming the apartment complex. Dogs are not picked up after. Your car WILL get several scratches and dents. Yearly maintenance was never done. Smoke alarms never checked and air filters never changed.

The apartments are very well maintained on the inside as well as the grounds. The people that work in the office are quick to respond to requests and emails and overall are very friendly. They have been wonderful working with me during a job loss due to COVID and making a very stressful situation, a lot more tolerable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I enjoy living here, very close to pretty much every food and shopping experience you could ever ask for given the Tuttle Mall is basically across the street. When we moved in I typed into Safari, “Food near me” and scrolled for like 30 different food options all within a mile. Two pools, two tennis courts, and a free vacuum to clear your car. Only downside is they don’t recycle :(

If you are looking for an area with great location and reasonable price this place is great. I like all the people in the office, theyre very nice and I havent really had any problems here. Lots of food all around here, love Matt the Millers, that place is nice. Lots of stuff to do here and lots of open space, free parking with no passes, and a nice walking trail for my dog. If you need a nice community and a nice apartment in Dublin you should come here.

Worst maintenance crew we’ve been around. Appliances are old. From the 80s. Very cheap and poorly run community.

I have lived here for about 6 months. So far I really enjoy the place, its very quiet, and they have two car vacuums, which honestly come in handy. I am very close to a lot of bars, restaurants and the mall is right around the corner. So far the staff are cool, and host little fun events, today they made hot chocolate and it was pretty good. 5/5 for me, I cant find a complaint.

My name is Chester I have lived her for a few years now. So far I have enjoyed everything, mostly the maintenance, office people, and the location in general. B-woods is close to a lot of good food, the mall and my boys schools. All in all I recommend Britton Woods 5/5 if youre looking for a nice affordable Dublin apartment come here.

We moved in for the summer because I had an internship in the area. When we walked in, we thought this was a really nice place. Then we noticed some issues like peeling paint, water damage, a missing light bulb, which was all reported on our move in condition form. No big deal though. We also noticed that our ice machine and dishwasher were broken when we moved in and we put that on the condition form too. Still we thought that it would be no big deal. In our minds, we thought that they would see it on the form and come fix it since they were somewhat important appliances. After a little time went by, we decide to put in a maintenance request for the two appliances. After a little more time, I emailed the leasing office asking about the requests and was told on June 12th that they were just permitted to work on non emergency requests. Great, maybe it would be fixed in a week or two. After a month had gone by my girlfriend tried emailing the same person. They told her on July 15th that they were just able to start working on non emergency requests, something they told me happened a month and 3 days earlier. The next set of emails exchanged were not exactly pleasant. We understand that the person we were talking to is probably not the boss of everything, but we felt like we were done dirty. Eventually the ice machine was fixed about two weeks ago and the dishwasher was fixed this past weekend. That would all be great if our lease wasnt over in two days. If it werent for the dishwasher, dealing with management, kids blocking the parking lot, and the ridiculous pool policy they came up with for this summer, this place would have been pretty nice place to live. Im so happy we only had a three month lease and werent stuck here for longer. Tomorrow we are going to stop by the leasing office and see if there is anyway they can make this morally right when we leave, but my expectations are set pretty low.

Do not live here. I continuously had issues with insects, weird smells, and MICE. They had to come examine my apartment for bed bugs several times because a “neighboring apartment had them.” Their office staff and management is awful. I’ve never had to put in so many work order requests. Their staff doesn’t care about the residents whatsoever. Anytime I had an issue, nothing ever got fixed! I wouldn’t live here if it was free. Awful! Please don’t believe the “positive” fake reviews about this place!

Be weary. Its a good enough apartment, but run by a greedy out of state for, kushner style. They will take you for everything they can get away with, which in Ohio, is a lot. Just be weary, and know there are far superior choices near by.

This place was overall pretty decent once I addressed the mold issue. I no longer live here, but wanted to let others know my experience. There are A LOT of kids, but they are pretty good about being quiet once evening hits. Location is nice being right off a highway and right near a walking trail. I have two major complaints. One obviously is the mold. After moving in, I always thoroughly check for damages as well as how dusty the airways are. However I found mold growing in the bathroom vent. They did address it (although I still had to scrub the vent with bleach to clean it fully) but didnt clean up anything that fell over the floor and sink.Then there was the house centipede issue. I think I killed at least 10 during the year I lived there. I did live on a bottom floor, so that probably didnt help, but they had come and sprayed multiple times for pests.The other problems are more minor like the one stove burner could never bring water to boil regardless how long I waited. (I checked the coil was fully connected). There was extensive water damage to the bathroom floor cabinet, but I dont think anything leaked while I was there. The kitchen cabinets are so narrow, even small plates couldnt fit in them except for the ones about the microwave.I also had an exceptionally great rent price. Otherwise, I think this place charges a bit too much for what they give. These apartments are a bit older and mine was incredibly small. It was not one bedroom for a couple, it was one bedroom for one person and no pets.

Had the chance to live here for a few months and I have to say it was great! Staff was amazing, grounds looked great and it was at an affordable cost. Would highly recommend anyone looking in the dublin area.

There is is so much to keep me busy with two pools, a walking trail, and tennis courts . I cant wait to renew my lease for another year !

I previously stayed at Britton woods for a few years, always has a good experience. Staff was always friendly, location is nice being so close to the mall and food, close to my job too. I followed their insta and Facebook and won a visa so that was cool. All in all a nice place to live, I would have stayed a lot longer if I could of.

I have been living at Britton Woods for many years. I have seen the property go through many changes, but the community has only gotten better. The grounds are always clean, the walkways have been shoveled better and kept up more over the last couple of years and the staff is very nice. I enjoy living here and do not have any intention of leaving anytime soon.

I really enjoyed staying here for 4 years 6 months when i was in Dublin,Ohio and i moved out this month due to job transfer.I is very quiet and great community to stay.It is very close to tutle mall and I 270. It is very close to a lot of bars,restaurants,grocery stores.The staffs are very good and they re always ready to assist.I really like community manager and she is really awesome and always helped whenever needed.I highly recommend this community!

I enjoy living at Britton its very quiet, lots of pretty ponds and theres very large pretty koi fish in one of them! The area has a lot of very mature pretty trees that make it feel like less of the cramped city feeling but still so close to Tuttle mall and GREAT food, if you havent tried MatttheMillers youre missing out! I havent had to talk to the office very much, but when I do they are all very nice, and they have a pool table you can use upstairs with friends. My favorite thing about Dublin is its amount of parks and trails, and I live right by Brittons walking trail, its very peaceful and my big boi Bo (dog) loves going on walks. If youre looking for a nice quiet apartment with lots of scenery this is my favorute by far.

I enjoyed both the pool and the gym, but the real prize is the management. The gals in the office were friendly and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I have stayed at other places where management was not always friendly or helpful, and I appreciate having a team it works for me.

We rented at Britton Woods for 6 months, because we were building a new home, and our home sold before, the new one was finished. We were shown a one bedroom apartment, nice clean, and were told our apartment would be the same only difference was white cabinets. Well the day before we moved in I went to clean myself, and took home defense bug spray. I didnt see any bugs, but I did spray every inch of that apartment. Oh by the way we had white cabinets, they were about to fall off the wall, and under the sink in the kitchen there had been water leaking. Oh it was fixed but the entire cabinet was warped. We didnt bring food into the apartment, which means we never used the oven, or dishwasher. The tile surrounding the tub/shower was falling off the wall, and I was afraid to use bleach on the tile for fear I would be charged for it falling off. The tub was cleaned with bleach on a Dailey basis, as was the toilet & seat. It was such a horrible experience, that I havent been able to write a review till now. We lived there July 2016 till December 2016. The staff at the office were nice, and so was maintenance, but they didnt have enough maintenance man to fix all the problems . There were 2 pools one was destroyed by kids, so it wasnt open. The pool by the office I saw a mother start to put her toddler in the water with a dirty diaper on, until I stared at her, and she finally left. It was not a swimming diaper. I had to leave. When you walked up to your apartment door it was so dirty you stuck to the sidewalk. Anyone looking at these apartments run as fast as you can to another apartment complex. These are old need updated, and kept clean. New carpet also.

Recently i got into a situation where i had to find a new place to live at a very short notice. The management staff was very accommodating, they stayed late and helped me wrap up the application. I have never stayed at Britton Woods myself, so cannot speak for the interiors, but the management team was awesome and provided services well above my expectations.

Pros: Has decent interior design and is easy to keep cleanCons: The business will try to hit you with hidden fees, they never clean the pool or the geese poop on the sidewalk, and they do not seem to care about your business.Suggestions: If you have no other options but Britton Woods, then thoroughly read the contractFinal thoughts: I was considering moving back to Britton Woods once I graduated because I had lived there before but since they cheated me out of nearly a thousand dollars in three months I decided otherwise

This has been a very nice apartment. There has been some change of staff but I the service is always good. The office is very polite. I am told we are going to have parties for the residents this summer so we are looking forward to that. I have recommended 2 friends to this community and they both love it too.

Ive lived at Britton Woods for almost a year now. Maintenance I have to say is great. They are friendly and any time I have any problem they are there real quick and fix the issue the first time around. I would recommend Britton Woods to friends and family any time.

Chance (the property Manager) showed me an apartment I paid application fee for two people and the security deposit, he said that I will process your application within 5 minutes, after short time he said that there is a technical problem with application process, I will send this to my manager and will update you until the end of the day, I checked my email at the end of the day but there was no response from them. I shoot an email tomorrow of that day and asked about my application process, they did not replied until evening, then I called Chance and asked about it, he said that we are working on it. I felt that they just passing the time until 72 hours and take the application fee. I went their office before 72 hours and asked for the process, Chance said that your credit is freeze and you have to call the credit bureau. (Just nonsense). When I asked them to cancel my application and refund my money, they said it 72 hours until your application submission and we wont refund the application fee back.First, it was not 72 hours even I showed them the record of our communication, second; there was no freeze in my credit because I got another rental appartment three days later with same SSN. I asked them to give me my application form back, they said wo dont keep files for long time. All I found from their office was bulshits. I will also report this to the fair housing authority.

This community is great, I love the short commute to work and the surrounding area. You are close to Tuttle mall and a lot of dining. The community is quite and generally well kept. Some of the apartments seem a little dated, but the new remodeled units are great. I personally chose a new remodel because I liked the darker cabinets. I was lucky to have no major maintenance needs this far though I have had two maintenance requests. One was taken care of the same day while the second took a few days. They explained to me that they were a bit behind on maintenance requests and since it was not an emergency they would get to it soon, which was fine. The office staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had. They also explained the lease and how to avoid fees by making sure you read the lease. I would recommend Britton Woods to my friends.

My stay at Britton Woods has been great so far! The office staff is super helpful and friendly. They along with their maintenance staff are always there when I need help. The apartments are a bit older but you cannot beat the price and location. I am close to everything but far enough away as to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. When I had a problem with the bushes obscuring my view of the pond they came and cut them how I wanted the same day! I cannot recommend this community enough to my friends! I have never had a bad experience here.

I am staying here since 2015. I was happy initially but things started getting bad to worse with maintenance. My AC isnt working since 12 days now and the maintenance just doesnt work on it. I was told there are a lot of AC related requests pending with them as if that was my problem. Just imagine living in a furnace for as long as two weeks. A lot of my friends who live in this community have the same issue with maintenance. And almost all of them are leaving the community once their lease term ends. Mine is ending in another month and I started feeling happy about it. This community looks good to you as long as you dont have service issues. Once you have something that is not working, then your stay here will turn into your nightmare.

I rented two different apartment from this complex and both were equally awful. First off the children run wild scratching cars and screaming, the dumpster is always broke or over flowing, management is awful, my last apartment had a mold issue that was never taken care of. Apartments are out dated and smell like strong spices and management will find a reason to come into your apartment at least once a month to snoop around had a wireless camera that was motion activated go off twice both times it was maintenance saying there were inspecting for radon. Was also lied to by management was told hot water would be turned off for 8 hours for repairs went almost two days without hot water.

When we first moved we ran into some issues with our fridge and hot water tank. Maintenance responded quickly to resolve the problems and have always been pleasant to speak with.

Very good and beautiful place to stay. Management is professional and helpful especially their staff member Brittany resolves all issues quickly. Enjoyed staying here for around a year.

Great community in dublin really enjoyed my stay, super close to tuttle mall and 270. Would still be here if not for job transfer!

Management at this place is awful!! They are extremely unorganized and couldn’t care less about their renters - it’s unbelievable.I have had issues from day one and they never fix the problem - they just say they try, but don’t have any luck.From awful odors, to a massive bee problem that doesn’t allow me to fully use my balcony, they’ve lost important documents (somehow) and threatened to charge me a late fee because of it, NOW I am unable to log on to their website to pay my rent, and they are refusing to help me but telling me there’s nothing they can do - and if I don’t pay rent by today, I will be charged a late fee.There have been several other issues on top of these - I’ve never lived anywhere where management treats their renters so badly. I’d highly suggest NOT renting from this company in general!

As my lease comes to an end in the next two months, I’ve decided to write a review now because I’d advise you that if you’re looking for a nice place to live this is not it.I moved in April 2018 & I was so excited, loved living here thru the summer months and I didn’t really have too many issues I guess. The pool is nice and the fitness center as well but here’s where the negative is.When I moved in I had an issue with my bath flooding with water because the maintenance men didn’t clean the drains after the last tennant, they’re “newly upgraded” apartments are cheap & 1/3 of my outlets haven’t worked since I’ve moved in.My blinds were broken when I moved in so I had to improvise on how to open them without breaking the slats unsuccessfully I broke two and they charged my account $18 and didn’t tell me of the expense until I saw it on my account.The leasing office, doesn’t answer the phone all the time, & they are particularly rude.Most recently I was also charged without notice for trash pick up by maintenance instead of sending a notice about the issue I was charged right away. Then when I confronted the leasing office in an email I received response and I quote she literally said to me “We usually get away with charging peoples accounts without them noticing, I was nice enough to tell you before we did so, but we usually don’t do this.”That should be alarming! Also there isn’t enough parking!My heat and hot water went out at the same time in 10 degree weather and maintenance fixed my water and not my thermostat, so I called emergency maintenance at 1:30 am when I got home from work and they didn’t get back to me until 3:30 am just to tell me they couldn’t come out until 8 am which they didn’t show until I got home from class at 11 am.The price to live here is way to high for what you get, and id definitely not waste the money on this place, they charge for everything, & rent for a the smallest one bedroom here is equivalent to a 2 bedroom apartment up the road!Essentially it’s your call. But after being here a year I’ve been dreading have to stay these last 3 months!

We lived here for one year and enjoyed our stay. The management staff at Britton Woods is very good (probably the best of other Bell-owned properties). The maintenance staff was friendly, our apartments were clean upon move-in, the amenities were plentiful, and the location was quite convenient and safe. We moved out because we were relocating outside of Columbus and because the rent was increased by about 13%. Other than the significant rent increase and the recent construction on Emerald Pkwy, Id give Britton Woods a very solid 4.5 out of 5 star review.

I enjoyed my stay at britton woods. i had an older aprtment but it was temporary and cheap since i was building a home. The staff is great! Mainenance was always helpful when I had an issue with something, and Marsha/Brittany were such a big help during my move. 5 stars!!

Britton Woods recently went through a management change on November. Although they had a rough start, i am glad all of the office staff is still here. They are all very helpful and helped with my apartment transfer. The new maintenance surpervisor is very knowledgeable and has turned maintenance around at the property. Most all my service requests are taken care of same day. I would recommend britton to all my friends.

Just movoed in to the newest upgrade i have the prettiest view of the pond i would recomend this place to any one looking for a pretty home with reasonable prices in dublin

Pros: Nice Neighborhood, Serene, Mostly Quiet, and Great Location.Cons: Geese Poop everywhere, About a Mile from Public transportation so dont live here if you are bus dependent, Maintenance is not Very fast they are actually AWFUL and They will Take Forever To Get Your REQUEST done. The Office staff deals with maintenance requests and will give you alot of excuses as to why maintenance hasnt been at your apartment. Dont be fooled by So Called Compliant and Fast Maintenance comments. The Office Staff are Ridiculous and they will lie to you constantly and theyre service is a Joke.

Not spacious at all ! No proper ventilation in apartments. It feels like living in prison. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The notices they mail/email is quite rude and insulting. They need to be polite with residents.Appliances are new and good. Thats the only positive point.

Boyfriend and I was searching for an apartment and came across this one and I have to say OMG! The staff was awesome! The property is wonderful, clean and very quiet. Which we were looking for. My boyfriend was intredted in the property more than I was. Lol. I do believe this property made our final cut.

Dont judge a book by its cover. Some of the managers and workers are not helpful WHATSOEVER! A lot of things keep breaking, and nothing works properly. I hated it here, when there is an emergency like an overflow or some flooding, they come way after when the situation has already gotten worse. I think its because of the new manager. A lot of the appliances in our home were bipolar and didnt work properly. One time, they charged us money to fix something, even though we pay them rent. Maybe others had a nice time, but we certainly didnt!

I lived here for three months. Our apartment had roaches, from the person below us. Ended up buying out our lease because of the roach issues. Beware!!

Not a great place to be. The leasing office folks are all smiles until you sign the lease but once done you a piece of trash. This place is infested by COCKROACHES. Not to mention the horrible maintenance and their bullish attitude. Just look at the grass in front of the leasing office, its watered 24/7 and the grass on the rest of the property has to wait for rain.They dont salt the sidewalks after the snowfall. The Gym is rotting with ripped accessories. All they do is collect the rent and charge you other expenses handsomely on your rent bill.Cochroaches: When my neighbour complained about the roaches, the office smply put him on a pest control schedule spanning several months. No matter how much he begged for an apt change, they didnt budge. If he plans to move out, I am sure they would have him cough out the lease breakage charges.

This has been my new home for almost a month. As a new resident, I have a fresher perspective on the move-in process and any initial problem resolutions. First impression A-! Ill explain the minus in a moment.Chance and Ryan have been nothing but the epitome of friendliness and professionalism from day one. As issues arose, they dived into the problem and saw it through to its resolution. Thank you guys for all of your assistance. Thanks and praise to the office managers behind the scene as well. When I requested a 2nd carpet cleaning, it was done within 72 hours. Requesting an adjustment to the front door not latching properly? 48 hours... Done. Kitchen sink pipe issue? I was told by Ryan (as he was on the phone calling maintenance) I cant guarantee that itll be fix today but... By time I got home that day, my kitchen sink was in working order!The minus on the glowing A rating is something that the staff has no control over. This is an AT&T exclusive broadband property. AT&Ts service is no reflection on the service Ive received from Ryan, Chance, and their managers. Going from Spectrums 400Mbps internet to AT&Ts max 50Mbps is a hard pill to swallow. Beyond that, Ive had nothing but the best experience here. I absolutely love Brittany! The entire staff has been the best in class, bending over backwards to make sure that my initial experience has been nothing but positive on all fronts! Thanks, Britton Woods! Stay awesome!

Their online bill system sucks. It has many flaws and it adds something to your bill that you do not owe. If you send email or call to office, you dont hear them polite. Its pain to work with them to fix your bill.In meantime, You will end up paying late fees on your rent.Beware, Keep a close eye on before you clear bill. If not, you would be at losses.

I currently live at Britton Woods and will be leaving a detailed negative review once our lease is up. I do have to point out, however, that one of the leasing agents, Natalie, left a review posing as a happy tenant. See pics. Really, Britton Woods?! Youve taken to leaving fake reviews in order to boost your ratings? So unethical!! How about you earn positive reviews by cleaning the complex with its dog and goose poo, trash and broken items everywhere... stop lying to tenants (GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, PEOPLE!), stop pulling bait-and-switch offers for apartments on Craigslist, hire competent maintenance employees, among so many other things! DO BETTER AND YOU WILL GET BETTER REVIEWS, ITS THAT SIMPLE.

This apartment complex is very nice on the outside and theyre so nice when youre searching for your home. But as soon as you sign the lease everything changes. The workers are very rude and they have an attitude most of the time and sit inside the offices either drinking something, eating or on their phone and talking. Its absolutely takes FOREVER for them to take a maintenance request and it is not fully done after they leave. Im very disappointed because all of their things are old and not well taken care of including the working out and all. Very disappointed and highly unsatisfied .

This place is nice but the staff is terrible, they have a very bad attitude. They have the worst so called manager, she is so rude.

Service is worst. It used to be nice until a year ago and slowly things started turning worse. My AC isnt working since three days and the thermostat shows 82 but no response from service. Apartment office says outside temperature is 77 hence the request is not emergency. They will work on it later. There is an 18 month old kid at homeand its been a living hell!!!

This is the worst apartments complex to live in. I am currently living here, before we signed the lease the ladies in the office were nice. Onces we moved in everything went down hill. When we first open the apartment door there were cockroaches every where, dead and alive. There were baby ones crawling on the walls in the sinks, the bath tubs. Dead ones on the floor, the bath tub was not clean the toilets were not clean neither was the fridge. We liturely spent a whole day cleaning this apartment. We even took a video of everything before we moved in. They bill for everything, and sneak in fees that one should not be paying. We had summited a request for new cabinets because the original, the plastic had been pealed off. It took them 5 months to get them in, and when finally they were in not all the cabinets had been requested. They let me know that a new order has been requested 4 months passed by and guess what ? They let me know the the missing cabinets were never ordered. It has been a year with out cabinets . This is ridicules! And I am not paying cheap rent for this type of service! And than the maintenance guys come and go as he please from the apartment, there is no respect ! I would not recomend this place to anyone it is horrible ! I could not be any more happy to leave and good thing I did not renew the lease !

We put a request onJune 22 for toilet leakage, Maintenance guy came on July 5 & closed master bedrooms toilet water supply.July 7, maintenance guy came to replace the flush tank for that we were asked to pay $200. When we requested him to please check again as we havent done anything, if he can fix it. He said he ll put some glue on it & try to fix it. By saying he went back & no one came yet till July 26. when I am calling office why no one is coming to fix it they are saying that they have ordered the parts & its not an emergency as we have 2 toilets. Its been more then a month? What should I do? Can u guys hold my monthly rent as its not an emergency if not then why you guys are expecting me to wait for my toilet to get fixed.

Not worth for the rent we paying. Apt management always look for opportunity to charge you, which is unfair. Recently moved from 1 bhk to 2 bhk, which is absolute worst apartment. The new 2 bhk apt was not cleaned(previous tenant letters/papers, dust, stain, rust, toilet not cleaned & damaged), cockroaches, bugs, broken doors, dirty walls and lot more issues. This apt is 20 yrs non renovated one which has lot of issues, there are chances that issues might be unnoticed by us when filling inventory form, they utilize the opportunity to charge you and renovate while u move.Apt manager and senior staff is not customer friendly, they always do one way communication, won’t listen to residents concern. Apt manager simply send email stating all issues fixed without fixing, we always need to take photos and videos as proof and walk to apartment several times to covey the open issue. If you report bugs, cockroaches they ask to catch live one and hand over to them, which is not fair.Having all these issues, how come they handed that bug filled, unclean, damaged 2 bhk apt to me!Good things are lively environment, walkable to Walmart, nice walking trail to Cara ground, 24 hrs GYM, close to road, gas station and shops, emergency service is good but need to wait for 1 hr min.
