I have always gotten dip powder, and it can be really fickle...But these folks are meticulous as heck. I saw tools I’ve never seen before in my life (and I’ve been getting the same service for about a decade at various places). I’ve stopped going anywhere else. The shape is always identical and they don’t skip steps to get you in & out. Bravo to Mary Nails.

We made a reservation on Mother’s Day weekend and the place was packed. We were seated right away which was good. A few days later we noticed a few flaws with our nails.

Had a good manicure. Very clean.

Had to bring to there attention someone didnt have there mask on. They act as though they didnt want to say anything to her. Then she put it on but didnt have it over her nose. The lady was on her cell phone talking very loud. Didnt do a nice job on toes and nails. Finger nails cut uneven. Polish look like it could have been old. Just didnt look like a professional did it.

My nails were a beautiful color and I really loved how they looked on my nails. However. The paint job could’ve been better. I feel like she could’ve did another coat or 2 but that’s fine. My nails also started chipping the next day and one of my nails broke the same day I got them done. The guy is super nice I love him but the lady that did my nails had a attitude and she picked up my phone and placed it in another spot while I was getting my nails done which was very strange to me. But at the end she gave me my phone back. It’s a very clean and nice place I just wish they didn’t rush doing my nails.

Gel manicure was sloppy and rushed. Cuticles weren’t pushed back.

Mary’s is the best!! Everyone is so kind, as soon as you walk in you’re automatically welcomed. I won’t go to any other salon!!

Rude staff who is unfriendly, cold and refuse to talk to you while working on you. Pick up a sense of distain toward customers. Suggest the staff make an attempt to speak a little English rather than point and use unfamiliar words. No one greets you and nothing is explained.

Mary’s and Peter did a great job creating a safe atmosphere. Barriers are up. Sanitation stations are everywhere. There is a temperature check when you walk in. She even has a clean pen and dirty pen station. This is a hard time for business owners. Limited capacity, new rules and regulations. Remember to be kind to small business as they get use to the new “normal” things take longer now. Thank you Mary and Peter!

I dont ever write reviews but ive had enough of spending my hard earned money just to not be happy with my service at these places!. I always give salons a second chance but not a third. I went for acrylic nail removal and gel polish !. My gel polish started to peel and chip 2 days later. I called let them know and was told to come in that day . I sat and waited a hour just to have them fix 2 nails . Two days later the same nails peeled AGAIN right along with another nail. THEY NEED TO STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO COME IN JUST TO HAVE THEM WAIT A LONG PERIOD OF TIME! I watched as they accepted more n more people! Im done spending my coins! and gel polish Im done with !! they charge so much at these places just for it to do the same as regular polish. This is my third nail salon I went to and the same experience what a waste of money!. DONE

Tony did my sisters nails last week and mine tonight (by coincidence); and he does a great job! They saw me right before closing and he still took his time and made sure I was happy. I love this place!!

I used to go here faithfully every few weeks and loved it. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Then I came in with my granddaughters and they seemed annoyed that I had kids and rushed through the job. Didnt even talk to them. I havent been back since and now go to a salon that is great with kids and adults.

Mary and Peter and everyone else are friendly, super sweet, and can accommodate any request. You can have a kids party there, walk in, cal and make an appt, whatever works. They have an affordable little dog who is always there, and the kids can play with him. He is most well mannered. Nails are beautiful every time. They have all colors in both cell and regular. They do designs but dont have gems or anything, just designs with the thin brushes. They just got new pedicure chairs. 😊

My nails came out great. I have never had a manicure last as long as this one did without chipping or the tips of my fingers showing. My pedicure is still going strong. The staff is nice and professional.

Best place for eye brow waxing! Mary is always on point with my eye brows. I don’t worry about my eye brows at all when coming to her.

Mary is amazing! I have been going to her for years. I have never been as happy as I am when I go to Marys. She is talented, sweet, and attentive. She always listens to what I want and delivers beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely LOVE Mary, Peter and the whole team at Marys Nails in Drexel Hill. Shop is always spotless and they use sterile techniques while doing pedicures, manicure, waxing, etc. Enjoy the comfy pedicure massage chairs and pampering myself every few weeks!

I used to go here all the time because its very close to home, but Mary has an attitude and is not welcoming. Twice shes told me she couldnt see me because other customers were in front of me, never asking if I wanted to wait. Once, I did wait, but it took so long with no attention, not even to take off my polish, that I left and went down the street to another salon.

I went in for a gel mani/pedi. The staff hardly engaged with me or made me feel welcomed. It was far from relaxing. Within a week, my gel polish was peeling off. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I have been a client for two years but so time ago, they decided not to carry OPI any longer. With that being said, I had to search fo another salon. Mary, bring back OPI; that other brand does not last as long.....or maybe that’s why to changed BECAUSE it’s lasted so long. Thanks Mary for thinking about your clients and not $. 🤨

Ive been going to Marys Nail Shop for many years, they are great at what they do and they always make you feel welcomed.

I went to get my nails done for my sons wedding, my granddaughters and sister. I was ve specific about what i wanted, she changed the colors i chose for my granddaughters. Thier nails didnt even match the gowns i asked for gel she insulted me by telling me it be more money. I wanted pink and white powder received acrylic tips a and gel nails watched water her gel down, with nail polish remover .i have pictures of her work, needless to say my granddaughters nails peeled off later that night .one my tips was not filed correctly broke French manicure i received with her water down gel faded by morning i spent 180.dollars for those people to ruin my nails i have pictures to . I will post later to show how horrific her work is so goot luck to all who get wort done shhe is a rip off

My nails done here

Ive been going to Marys since I was a freshman in high school. I am now out of college, and I can say from my experiences with them that their prices and quality are NOT consistent. They upcharge depending on how busy the day is. Today will be my LAST time going to them. I was charged $90 for a routine pedicure and acrylic refill. Something that would normally be $65. They did a terrible job and I was really surprised at the total price considering how awful it all looked. My nails look stumpy and uneven, the polish job was a simple brown tip that looks wonky, and two of my nails have blood under them because the techs dont pay attention when theyre shaving them down.Its really not worth it and I am angry that I gave them so many chances to upcharge me for a lazy sloppy job. All I can do is laugh to keep from crying because I paid for this. Save your money and time and go somewhere where they respect their customers.
