Scheduled an appointment at 6pm for a take down and full set came on time and got overlooked by two people who came after me. Or maybe she tripled booked who knows. no apology for my wait or even the curiosity to give me a wait time. I would have appreciated if they started the take down process since I wanted to get a take down and full set but nothing. She proceeds to do a full set on someone else. While I waited patiently. Never have Come to a place with terrible service especially being a paying customer. They don’t value your time or their client. I won’t recommend this place due to the fact that I was overlooked with an appointment. Save your time and find a place who values their customers time

They where able to squeeze me in for a pedicure. Friendly staff, did a great job would recommend & will be back. Clean atmosphere as well :)

I waited for two hours after my appointment, no one addressed me by saying they’ll be right with me, they helped a walk in before servicing me. It’s just horrible, no respect or communication. Even when o walked out they didn’t care.

This place is ridiculous, I had two gift certificates that I found after going thru some horrible times. They said that they expired I told them it is state law government law and showed then that is against the law they said u have been knowing me for years I dont I said exactly so you stole 100.00 of my money and want more of it. I plan on calling and reporting them to the BBB and pressing charges for stealing. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE!!!!

I didn’t really have a problem the lady was nice but I noticed my nails weren’t straight. They weren’t filed to be in square form as I wanted them. Had to file them down at home smh..

First time and the woman who did my nails was amazing!!!!! My nails look and feel Incredible, I will definitely be back to see her very cleanwork areas and friendly staff

DISGRACEFUL TO THE MAX!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This nail salon does not value business at all. I was a 6-1/2 year very loyal customer. My daughter-in-law had an expired gift certificate that she was unable to use because of extenuating circumstances. There was job loss involved, car problems, three young kids and babysitter challenges. The owner, Van, refused to do anything for my daughter-in-law even though I am a loyal customer. In essence, Van stole the money from me that was used to purchase that gift certificate. I have been to four other salons who say they would not have done that to me. One thinks what Van did to me and my daughter-in-law is a disgrace. I will find a new salon - one who values my business. If you are a current customer, RUN, as she will screw you one way or another.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Honestly, it was the worse of the worse nail salons. The owner allowed her kids to run around eating around the customers in an already tight space. The colors were limited and the in honestly not satisfied with my nails. But to too if off the owners credit card machine was not working, so she tried to say my card was broke, that I was broke and my card was declining rather then admitting she can’t take cards because her machine kept time out like the receipts were saying she refused to give me my card back and saying that we can’t leave to go to the atm. I had to call the police on her just to go to the atm because she was walking around showing other customers my receipt and card and trying to keep my baby sister in the store. Please don’t go to this shop, they are rude, problematic and racist.

Julie was extremely rude. The nail tech was so rough and when I explained to Julie that her employee was hurting me she yelled at me and told me I was overreacting. My nails were so chunky and thick and I regret wasting my money here because even though the nails were thick they broke a week later. DO NOT COME HERE.

I usually have a good experience, but not today!! Messed up my eyebrows but acting like Im not seeing right..if you make a mistake admit and we can move on

As of this review, Ive been going to Julies Nails for over 5 years and Ive had no issues (besides the accidental skin-clipping on my 2nd visit years ago). Ive tried other spots, however Julies Nails is still the best manicure joint close to my gym, so Im a regular. Almost every time, I get just a manicure, though I have had a few pedicures there as well. Walk-ins are welcome, but its best to call ahead (even if its 30-60 minutes ahead). The ladies seem nice, talky, and friendly to me... though lately it seems we have run out of things to talk about, so during my more recent visits, the yakking has been minimal. Their English is fairly broken, but they can hold decent conversations. Sometimes the ladies go out of their way to accommodate me, though sometimes they are very busy and I have to come back later. Either way I always tip well. Id say give this spot a shot!Update on March 25th, 2019They have 2 new workers... Erica did my nails twice, while Som has only done my nails once... And it was great. Ask for Erica or Som. If both are busy, ask for Kim.

I go for the pedicures - Attention to detail - reasonable priced.

If they are in a rush they will slack off on their services and deem no wrong doing. I now get to attend a wedding with half my eyebrow gone. I would of been happier if they told we they were too busy to pay 10 minutes of attention to me. I have a scar on my face that cuts into my eyebrow and the other eyebrow needs to be matched since it is not its natural arch. I need my eye brows done a certain way as to hide the scare. I have had the salon do my eyesbrows with no problems before many times including the woman who did it today. Today she was in a rush and couldnt wait to be done with me so she took off my eyebrow. I do not wear make up or eyebrow pencils, but now I need to figure something out since I will look hideous at the wedding.

I called Julia nail salon about an expired gift card (by 1 month) that my husband gave to me for Christmas 2014. They said that they would accept it, so i made an appointment for 2 days later.I got a baby sitter to watch my 2 year old son and went to my appointment. When I got there they asked me to wait until the manager got there. 20 minutes later I was told the manager was stuck in traffic, but was on her way. Another 20 minutes passed and when they finally called the manager who told them that they will not accept the gift card because it was expired.I would have accepted their response if they declined when I first called, but being told yes and getting a sitter and waiting for 40 minutes to be told no is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Can get a great pedicure but would not recommend nails

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! I have NEVER been treated so Poorly in a Nail Salon! Should be shut Down!I asked for a refill and she started takin my nails off and then suggested a gel polish....I told her i was going away on vacay. 6 days after i come back and my nails were chipping during vacation, i come back to ask them to fix them and ask them why this is happening. Julie took NO responsibility! She will argue with you! She was rolling her eyes and told me i should go to another nail salon. THEN had the nerve to talk about me to the customer she was servicing?!? I made sure i told her to not talk about me talk TO me. They fixed them after a 40 minute argument. My nails chipped the next day and have been chipping ever since! Nasty TRASH Salon with Trash attitudes. I wish i coulf post a picture of how AWFUL MY POOR NAILS LOOK!!!!! RUN.. do not go here. They are Aholes!

I took my daughter in here for a pedicure and they were a little to rough and customer service was bad wouldn’t come here again.
