My nails was nice but my daughter nails came off after 3 days i will never go there again

They do lovely nails, but sometimes have deceptive prices. On several occasions I’ve been quoted one price only to get to checkout and pay significantly more even though nothing has changed. For instance, my nails were quoted at $45 and at checkout they charged me $75. They said the extra $30 was for length even though they were all my nails.

My go-to place for eyebrow wax and Mani Pedis. Very friendly staff that keeps the place nice and clean. Awesome prices. Do call ahead to try to make an appointment (current covid restrictions) so that they can get you in tho sometimes they can take walk-ins but sometimes too busy.

I had a 5:30 manicure appointment. When I get there some one was in the chair which is understandable. So I waited 30 minutes for her to finish. Then owner gets a client form the pedicure bowl and puts her in my place and tells me I have to wait. No explanation or nothing. So I walked out. I will never patronize this business again. Super unprofessional!!!!

Its 3.7 but Im rounding up. I like going here bc I do believe the quality and customer service is superior to places in my neighborhood. However... Now that it is appt only, one might expect to be in and out quicker. This is not the case, my last 2 visits I wasnt started until 45min after my appt time.

I’ve seen the woman owner argue with a customer over service. Instead of asking the customer how she can make things right, she escalated the argument. Told the customer if she didn’t like it she could go elsewhere. The owners are very greedy people. I observe a lot and they overcharge people for services. They are pricey to begin with, definitely pricier then their competitors in the area.

Best ever. Clean, professional, so many colors and styles you can choose from. So good with waxing and microblading too! Not super expensive. Extremely friendly. Best to make appointments.

Way Overpriced!! My daughter was charged $65 for full set of nails. Took pictures of her nails without asking her then overcharged her.

Rose 🌹 did my pedi and she was fantastic! She did a great job and was very friendly too. She and other staff were on top of keeping things sterilized after each client and everyone wore masks. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend salon if you want top service! 👍

Came in as a walk-in today with this being my first time coming to this salon. Barely waited before I was sat. The nail technician was incredibly friendly and personable. I am very satisfied with my nails. Will definitely be returning!

Great techs. I’ve been using salon for 4 years. Biweekly. They are extremely clean. They r pricey but u get what u pay for. The post about wedding party was not truthful. I was a patron there at that time of the occurrence. Salon had techs come from another salon to accommodate. Wedding party showed up 45 minutes late. That’s why they were not serviced

Still haven’t found the right time to show up and miss the crowd, but it’s worth the wait. The front desk does the best they can to get people in and out. All of the techs are friendly and very accommodating. Love the selection of dips and my brows always look great when I leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to like coming to the salon, have been a customer for a while now until recently my last visit the owner did my nails. She took off the gel polish and put on powder color. she asked me if I wanted my nails cut I told her no. she charged me $10 extra dollars for doing my nails because she said, my nails were long, they are not that long at all. she charged my card the extra $$ and she did not tell me before hand!! the nails should have cost $30 like usual, this time she had the audacity to charge my card $40. I called to dispute the charge as I did not notice the tiny receipt until the next day, and I went in the salon to get my $ back she refused to give my $ back. I will not return to that salon. They are cheaters, the owner is horrible. I will tell my friends and family not to go to that place and you should not either!

This place is the best nail salon in the area! Amazing service and all their techs know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and they always offer you water or wine. My nails last up to 4 weeks with the Dip powder and I always get compliments on my nails. Waxes are on point. If you tell them what you want or show them a pic, they will deliver! I have been customer for over 3 years and I have never been disappointed! Just ask any of the 10-15 women who show up every Saturday to wait 30-40 MINUTES BEFORE THEY OPEN. Quick, friendly, professional - highly recommend!!

I like this salon. I took my sister there on a Saturday afternoon, and although it was busy, we were seen relatively quickly. The pedicure wasnt the best, but I enjoyed the experience with the massage chairs and the beverage we were offered. The technicians were very nice as well. It was a nice ending to a day of fun to celebrate my sisters birthday.

I was in the area and tried Celebrity Nails 4 months ago and loved them. I have been going every since. My nails always look good. The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable.

Ive been going here for years and always enjoy my experience..The mood is relaxing..served water coffee,tea or wine with services.. competitive prices..easy free parking..can get busy especially on weekends.. try to go either early mornings during weekdays or between 11am-3pm if possible.

If there was ever an option for a zero start review I would have given to this place they are so unprofessional, not organized and no customer service experience. Ive been going here for the past year and a half since they opened and I love it. The owners are always stepping in to help whenever needed, and their employees especially Angela and Kelly are awesome technicians. They always do a great job.

I love this nail salon as well as there other location [Hollywood nails] on state road. They are all extremely friendly, professional, amazing nail artists. I also work in the beauty industry so Im picky as hell! This nail salon is my permanent nail salon. I trust them to help me with a color, shape or design because its always so hard for me to choose. I come here a lot.. whenever I need my nails done. All the workers are all very nice and even offer drinks. The place looks very clean and is fairy big. Sometimes this place is busy but usually not.

My husband and I have been a fan of this salon since the day it opened because of the amazing work that they do, but unfortunately, we will no longer be patrons any longer. On 11/24 I went into the salon to receive a gel nail polish service and I was unhappy with the results. I will also add that during the time of the service as I attempted to voice my concerns to the technician, she was very short, dismissive, and uninterested in my feedback pertaining to the service that I paid for. After I tipped the woman, paid for the service, and left the salon, in an attempt to resolve the matter quietly I retrieved Danny, the store owner, over the phone and had a very pleasant conversation and he further assured me that I could return to the salon to receive the same service to my liking on 11/25. After arriving to the location and reaching the front desk I asked to speak with Danny and was told that he wasn’t at the Celebrity Nails location, so I proceeded to discuss the matter with the Store Manager who claimed to had been briefed on the matter. The Store Manager then proceeded to call the same technician over and berated her in another language in front of me, the staff, and also the other customers which was extremely embarrassing to have encountered the ordeal. Furthermore, after the technician was dismissed, the Store Manager then proceeded to challenge me about how she didn’t see a problem with my nails, and then yelled at me that if I have a problem that I don’t need to talk to Danny. The whole ordeal was embarrassing because not only did it cause a scene and gain the attention of the entire salon, but it was also extremely confrontational, and I did not appreciate the manager’s combativeness and lack of professionalism. I have spent so many resources here and never had a problem until this day. To make matters worse, in an attempt to diffuse the situation, I asked if someone could locate Danny and I was told at both locations that no one knew how to contact him.

Tried this place because the place I usually go to was busy. The ambiance was nice and the place looks clean. To my horror, the technician that did my pedicure was RECYCLING her gloves. I should have said something when I saw her pulling a pair of gloves out of her apron, but I gave a benefit of a doubt. I was terrified when I saw her putting the dirty gloves that she used on my feet back to her apron. I cant even imagine how many people she used it on that day. PATRONS BEWARE! I really would not really mind paying a little more for cleaner tools. Needless to say, I will not be back. I would rather wait at my usually place.For the owners, please provide clean gloves, infectious diseases is serious.

I heard great things about this salon so I wanted to try it out. I went in and all technicians were with someone which is fine, so Isigned in, picked out my color for a manicure and pedicure, and sat in the waiting area. After about 10 minutes of waiting, two women walk in after me. A gentleman working at the salon greeted them right away, they asked if they needed to sign in and he said no. He then takes them back to the pedicure chairs while I am still sitting there and tells me to wait a couple of minutes. After a few minutes, I am taken back to a pedicure bath. And I sat. 10 minutes go by and the one women who walked in after me has her service started. I wait a little longer, at this point Ive been waiting 40 minutes! Now my feet are soaking in cold water. So I left. No thanks. There was no communication or acknowledgement. Ill stick to the salons near me on the main line.

Ive been going here about a year. I get dip powder which is supposed to last more than a week. After 6 days my nail lifted! Then they had the audacity to charge me to repair it!!! Kelly said I had to pay for the materials, but the materials were flawed at best if my nail lifted?!And to too it off, the older gentleman got mad because he scraped my skin with the drill...I will never come back!!!

The experience is ok, the owners were there making sure every one was ok. The bad review is because of My nail tech did not know how to apply a design to my nail, she tried nail glue, the clear gel (thats actually use for a top layer for gel color). She wiped my finger and the design popped right off and then she went back and sawed down the crazy glue on my nail ruining the color and reapplied the design. I got that done Sunday and today is Wednesday I have dried glue on the outside of the nail and it is very unprofessional. The designs are 2 for $14 and its not even worth it. If she didnt know how to do it she should have asked and after I told her it look horrible she brushed it off. I will go back to Hollywood nails (their other location) because when I am there they take their time and do it right.

I only go here for my nails...they are super crowded so you have to go very early or very late but their powder dip is the best!

Staff is good but my gel polish is horrible less then a week the color changes to a black . This is the second time this happen
