This is a good automatic car wash... One of the best Ive used. The vacuumes are super strong and they keep the place clean, maintained, and neat. If you live in the area the managers special club (not sure thats what they call it) is the way to go with unlimited washes for a flat fee of about $30.00 per month. Give them a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Bought a 16 dollar wash to get a wax and bug wash. Guy never hit my car with brush. No wax on car. Car still dirty after going thru.. Will not go back. Gave them too many chances.

Hi, I just got a membership to this car wash. A young lady working there stopped the machine while my car was inside. Resulting the bottom of my car being scratched . My car is brand new. I tried to call but no answer.

Pretty good automated car wash but you have to clean your own interior. Unfortunately full service car washes (interior and exterior cleaning) are becoming a dying thing in Douglasville.Pros:- The automated car wash does a pretty good job cleaning your whole vehicle- Tires/wheels get cleaned pretty decently by the machine- Vacuum cleaners available when you get a car washCons:- Not a full-service car wash. Essentially you have to clean your own interior.- Unlimited car washes is a little deceiving depending on how the rep explains this to youI came here for the first time to get my SUV washed and I got the $20 car wash which included basically everything (except like I said before the interior cleaning). I was pleasantly surprised that the automated car wash got my car pretty clean. Even my wheels and tires looked pretty good when I left.When I got there the rep tried to upsell me on getting a membership and just said that you get unlimited car washes. Unfortunately I had to pry out of him what that actually meant. This is basically a subscription service that you pay for every month and with that during the month you can take your car back to get unlimited washes. This may work for some people and it may not work for other people. If you have the time to go frequently and run your car through the wash it might be a good thing. If you dont have much time to stop by during their business hours then it may not be a good thing. I left this out of the pros and cons because everybody has to decide on the value of this service for themselves.As I mentioned unfortunately full-service car washes that clean the interior and exterior of your car are becoming a rarity in this area. Companies are starting to go for automated car wash machines that clean the exterior and only offer a bay of vacuum cleaning stations for vehicle owners to clean their own Interiors. As part of this trend theyre also pushing club memberships which is basically a monthly subscription.

On Sunday July 12, 2020, I had my car washed at the Mr. Carwash(Douglasville location). After going thru the car wash and arriving at my next location I noticed that my bumper was damaged. I contacted my parents who advised me to return to the location. When I arrived I encountered the assistant manager Germaine. He took an incident report and informed me that he will have the manager contact me or my mother. He also informed me that the store manager would be at the location on Thursday. After multiple attempts to contact the manager Kimberly. My mother and I arrived at the location on Thursday. The manager immediately looked at the car and stated that the damage did not occur going thru the car wash. The manager did not conduct any investigation/review any video footage or speak to any employees during this time. She immediately diagnosed the situation and refused to discuss any kind of resolution. At the end of the conversation my mother requested to speak to the manager’s boss. Multiple attempts were made to contact the district manager John Smith via an 866 number. After two weeks of contacting the manager and informing her that I was unable to reach anyone there is no resolution. I am currently driving around with a damaged bumper. This is my very 1st car and I am disappointed on how this business handled this situation.Gillian Chiles

Great customer service and speedy but thorough cleaning.

Went through the car wash twice because it missed a big portion of the right side the first time. I got the $20 wash and it simply does not compare to the $20 Shiny Shell wash up the street that I got a month ago.

The employees are always kind and helpful.The washes do a good job. Wish there was a little more decreasing product for the road grease and grime. Sometimes I go through twice. But for a quick was 3 times a month, it does a good job for me.

Easy (especially with those who stand at the machine to do it for you!) and free vacuums with every wash.

Car had some tree sap and pretty dirty. Paid for the 11 dollar car wash. They told me it might not get everything 1st time. It didnt so I came back around to go through again and attendant sent me though for no charge second time. Very much appreciated. I will go back. Beyond that they were helpful and attentive.

Avoid the rush by going in the morning during the week. Its a great car wash so during peak times and weekends its very busy.

The vaccum are in good condition. And the basic $7 wasnt bad. The only problem there was a long line.

I love your car wash in Douglasville Ga. I am a member of your monthly wash club. Staff is very friendly. Car wash does a great job! The first car wash curtain has been down for around two months. Can we as members receive the lava wax a couple of times a year for customer appreciation? I would even pay a discounted rate and purchase a couple of times a year. More money for your company.

I love this car wash so much. It provides a thorough exterior cleaning. The wait is usually never long, especially if you sign up for their membership. The vacuum provided are powerful enough to suck up whatever you need to. Overall, its a great car wash that is worthwhile.

I went to this car wash and paid for the $20 platinum wash. My car is still dirty and like it wasn’t even ran through the car wash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND also got new scratches from the car wash on the side. Better off washing your vehicle at home. Was better when it was the $3 car wash.

Ok car wash for the price. I had to clean my rims by hand because it didnt do a great job. The vacuums, which are free can barely suck any debris up. Youd be better off washing your car yourself and using a shop vac.

Its always a issue there when trying to just wash your car. Monthly membership is a waste if you still have to wait 15mins in a line.

The automatic wash does a great job the people always super friendly free vacuums are always working. The reason why dont give it a 5 star is the used to provide towels class cleaner and air freshener. : I guess there was too much theft and they took it away but it still sucks.

Hah! Tried calling directly to Douglasville cant get in touch with a person and voicemail was full! Its October 10 at 5:30pm car was in the vacuum area. But they shutdown carwash for whatever the reason. Which I couldnt find out cause nobody wanted to answer the phone. Had a Big open sign!! Im a member and I also Lyft driver. This is very inconvenient when you pay for service and this location always closing early with no explanation. So this why I give 2 stars!! Get it together!!

My suv was damaged during the car wash and a report was completed. I was told someone would contact me regarding the damage within 48 hours. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am an unlimited member, but not for long.

Easy in and out but the employees manning the self service kiosk push the up-sell. They even up-sold me against what I told them which was a 10 minute ordeal to get my refund as only 1 person who is apparently very important and very busy can process refunds to cards. I would go back if I did not have the time to wash it myself and happend to be in the area, but be forceful I want the BASIC wash right off the bat.

I went with the monthly option and it is a time saver. You can go anytime to any place as often as you want. Got a drive thru car wash it does a decent job. Nothing like a hand wash but great for getting the grime off when you are on a hurry. And when are were not in a hurry? Check this place out.

Great people, The young men the direct the cars in is very respectful, Overall its a nice place to wash and detail your car. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is because they do not have any towels to wipe down your car overall its a great place to wash your car and meet people.

The wash was very good. I dropped a star because they used to be part of national chain and my membership works at all locations. I was surprised that my membership wasnt working then realized they changed affiliations.

In and out with a clean vehicle. If they are busy, they are inclined not to spray your vehicle. Readily comply when asked.

Totally satisfied with the car wash it self, I purchased an unlimited package for one of our cars ...great deal.. Only problem I had was I wasnt made aware that this is an automatic monthly renewal, the young man who sold me this was pretty adamant that he told me,Im pretty sure I would have remembered something like that...he also said it is on the receipt.. my bad I suppose... just know that your card will be hit every month..The manager was very accommodating and refunded my money immediately...I will still bring my vehicles here for a quick wash..

I understand we have the COVID-19 going on but if you take away the vacuums you should at least knock the prices down of the car washes for your customers. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

A few months ago I would have given them 4 stars but now they could really use some maintenance. The system is definitely not up to par sometimes I have to run my car through twice and it never dries well.

We took our car and SUV through their car was paid for premium wash and we drove away with are cars looking none the cleaner. I will not use them again and not recommended them to anyone. We were completely unsatisfied

Wash was good. Tire wash left a LOT of dirty residual suds on the wheels even after rinse and dry. They no longer have the free use towels and window spray.

Been coming here since it opened. 3 Minute Car Wash. Was totally great, cleaned car great. It would roll car though nice and slow to make sure its clean. Now, totally the opposite. Car rolls though three times as fast and never gets completely clean. I pay for a membership so I have to go though twice and it almost cleans it. Still wet and has some soap left on it. Greed from trying to push so many though to make more money will end up loosing more customers and more money. Not happy, will end my membership if something doesnt change!!!

I love the membership package . I travel the south a great deal and love my car to be clean only wish you had more locations. Also Alabama doesnt always read the bar code on the pass.

My goto for a monthly plan. If I had a complaint I would say they should use the scrub brush more on cars & less as a prop sstick. Still Love The Place.

I pay the monthly fee. However, I see that the attendant gives me the same wash as I would get if I didnt pay for the premium wash. I dont think this is fair. Im paying $29. I am going to change it to the lower priced option

The wheel blaster at the Douglasville location never work,have not been working for 3 months. Workers say they have told corporate about the problem, several times,still inoperable. The rinse for the side of the vehicle, never stays on long enough to remove all the soap. The exit of carwash onto the street,is very slippery from tire shine residue.

Pros: Cleans most of my car well, fast wash time. Cons: On several occasions, soap was left on my car after wash. My rims and tire side walls could be cleaned better. One time washes and membership packages are priced a little to high. Site location and layout was not planned very well. Just a moderate volume of cars (15+) causes horrible issues with the flow at the entrance/exit. Suggestion: Incentives for customers to bring there car in at non-peak hours might alleviate the entrance/exit congestion.

Subscriber for a couple of years and I’ve never had a problem here. Scanner always worked and never had to wait too long.
