I just had a wonderful experience at Tippy Toes. I had gotten acrylics a week before, from a different salon, and they were sloppy and rushed... They were already coming away from my nail bed. So I went into Tippy Toes and said please help me... fix my nails and they did a fabulous job. I will most likely not go anywhere else from here forward 🥰 thank you Ann🤗Very clean and relaxing environment.

Went to tippy toes nail salon a month and half after having my baby. As we all know it’s hard getting out of the house when you have a newborn. When I arrived I asked for a pedicure, soak off, and full set. Was instantly sat down for a pedicure..no problem. When it came time for me to get my nails soaked off, the nail tech instantly started to complain and by this time it was roughly around 5 p.m. she proceeded to tell me that after my acrylic was soaked off that she wasn’t gonna do my full set and that I need to come back another time. I patiently asked her why? She stated that she didn’t have time. But they closed around 7-7:30. I have been there before and they would still be working a little after 7. She called the owner to her booth and they started to speak in another language and said to me that she’s not gonna do you a full set. That was my last straw with them, and it’s sad that you can’t find a great nail salon anymore to give you the service that you ask for and have NO problem paying for!!

My go to place for nails. I recommend you call ahead and make a appointment. I love this color, Tropical Punch.

This nail salon is always super clean and very accommodating! Lyn is a fantastic nail technician and Danny gives a great pedi!! The staff are always super polite and I’ve never had an issue with scheduling an appointment and having to wait long. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a clean and safe environment as well as quality work!

They are very professional but trying to fit more people than they can handle. Sometimes its a low quality experience because they are trying to rush you out.Pd: the job was not finished so I had to finished it myself at home.

I called, made an appointment, asked for a fill and designs they told me no problem asked if the 12:00 appointment time was okay I said yes, showed up on time just to sit and wait and also be told they did not do designs, for 42 minutes and was never seen will not be returning.

1.You definitely need an appointment or you will wait forever bc they are busy. 2. Love the fact that they are clean. Everything is fresh out of the package. I’ve been to sev and usually when I get a manicure, their tools are pulled out of the drawer. ❤️❤️The fact that at Tippy Toes every instrument has been autoclave. This is so important bc I have a 12 year old daughter and want to make sure everything is clean.3.They use fresh polish. Some of the other salons will add paint thinner to old polish to make it last longer and this is bad for your nails and polish doesn’t last as long. 4. Yes their is a language barrier and hard to understand but they are super friendly and sometimes it’s best to bring in a picture

Dont waste your money. My stepmother came in with some other ladies as a group. They had made an appointment for 4 people for 5 pm, was told no problem. They get there for their appointment, only 3 techs on shift. Why say you can handle 4 when only 3 people are going to be there? So the 3 techs work on the other ladies and my stepmother waits for one of them to open up. The people working basically forgot she was there. No hot water to least soak her feet while she waited, nothing. Then to add insult to injury, a group of 3 came in for their 530 appointment and the techs started with them, continuing to ignore my stepmother. They finally did a little bit of stuff for her, but didnt cut her toenails properly, didnt ask if she wanted them cut down and her foot bath was ice cold. Terrible pedicure, save your feet and your money and go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. They didn’t do the color I asked for, and when I mentioned it politely at the end they were very rude and inconsiderate. I specifically asked for white nail and showed them the white nail polish I wanted. I was there for almost 2 hours and when she finished the polish was completely clear, it looked like my natural nail and even had a pinkish tint, it was not white at all, plus the tips she put on my nail were uneven. She charged me $45 when did powder is only $40, so she was trying to include the tip??? The woman next to me was also unsatisfied with her nails, and they were rude when she brought it up. Very very bad, would not recommend at all. So many other good nail salons in Dothan.

Tippy Toes is the best. I have been going for over a year now. Dip nails are my favorite. Tippy Toes is very clean and professional. I schedule my appointments that way I can get my favorite girl Lynn.. she is amazing!

1st time was a great experience about 2 years ago. Gets worse as you go. I stopped coming because of that. Im on vacation and decided to give them another try. Well this is the WORST pedi...Ive ever had. The young man doing my pedi was to busy looking at what everyone else was doing, watching tv or talking.Yes I understand there is a bit of a language barrier sometimes...but its not to much to ask that you do your job right. Im paying you!! No massage to speak of; less than 30 seconds on each leg. Spend your money and time at another shop!!

I hadnt had my nails done in many years. LOVE the powder dipped. Amazing!!!! Very clean and friendly environment.☺

They let someone practice on me getting dip powder done on my nails and it took her 2 hours which I didn’t have. Also it’s so thick and the nail color didn’t have sparkles in it but it look like it does because of the white powder. I would suggest not letting your paying customers Be someone your need to learn from

Does a good job. Loved in past. However, after waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that a group of ladies that came in after me had appointments. I asked how long it would take and they suggested I come back later. They should of told me as soon as I came in that they had appointments coming in. I could have left 45 minutes earlier. Will never go back due to this.

Staff is nice and personable. Work is great and lasts longer than expected. Returning!

Does not honor appointments. I had to wait over 30 minutes for an appointment that I scheduled two weeks prior. Saw other girls that got there before me that an hour in still hadn’t received a pedicure. Will not go back.

They were so slow! And it wasnt the kind of slow where they are paying attention to detail. It was the kind where they made a mistake then have to fix it! And just slow in general! Personality was good but they did not do a good job. Will NOT return! Oh yeah and there was a cockroach on the floor!

This is the worst pedicure ever. She did not massage my feet at all. All she did not was rub the lotion in my legs. And she didnt scrub my feet at ALL! I could have put lotion on my feet and legs and painted my nails at home! Glad it was a gift certificate I had bc if I would have paid...I would not have paid for that! I will never go back!

The staff was friendly and my acrylics came out perfectly shaped. Plus it was a very clean environment.

I was looking for a new place to get my nail services done.When I walked in I was greeted by the owner and her friendly staff.My nails lasted and the spa pedicures are just that.What you pay in add-ons everywhere else they offer it WITH their service.They go above and beyond to make your experience(visit) comfortable and enjoyable.I would recommend them if you are looking for a new place to try.Believe me you will not regret it!

This place is horrible and customer service sucks.... I always get the dip on my nails with just tips . Went in the other day to get a fill and color change. First I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to even sit my at the station . Then we get my nails soaking and filed down. The lady starts to color my nails and she wants to cover them entire nail with color dip and I told her no I want just the tip colored . She said no we can’t do that .. what do you mean you can’t do it . You will have to go somewhere else to get that done . Why did you even start my nails if you couldn’t do it you seen that I had colored tips already .... But to tell me to go somewhere else to get them finished really ??? This business sucks and so does the owner that let me just walk out the door with out saying anything .

A little slow but if u alot time for them to me it is worth it
