Andy always does a great job on my gel nails. He takes his time to ensure they turn out beautiful every time. Ive been to other nail salons but this place is my favorite. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back and everyone is so friendly and professional. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done or a pedicure give them a try. They dont disappoint and thats why I keep coming back!

The service was good were people speak nicely to you upon entry. The work was great. The place is not the cleanest though, so it needs cleaning.

I gave them 3 stars because Jennifer did a great job. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my daughter formal tomorrow. They told me they dont take appointments. I became really upset and went outside to go find the call I made to them. Once I showed him he started laughing. The guy who did her pedicure completely messed it up and Jennifer fixed it. Word of advice if you go to this place let Jennifer do your nails and pedicure.

I show them a picture how I wanted my nails and he did exactly as I asked while fixing my nails that Nail fabulous messed up badly I wouldnt recommend nobody to go to fabulous nails. I will be going to nail essence for now on and they arent high either

Awful experience! the lady cut me everytime she used the dremel. i bled on every finger. they also look nothing like what i wanted. she didn’t even know what a coffin shape was. i do not recommend this place.

I went in bc my cousin comes here & I didn’t feel like driving to Enterprise to my regular place Happy Nails. Wrong decision. I went on a Thursday, paid $75 for my nails, & by Sunday two nails had came up from the bottom of the nail. I went back in and she fixed them but now the two she fixed looks bulky at the bottom. Yeah I’ll stay driving to Enterprise

When I first started going 2 years ago, they did a good job on my manicure but the pedicures arent to my liking. Not enough time spent, never can get out ingrown nails and the day after my feet feel rough.This last time the tech massaged one leg and not the other, wasnt paying attention to what he was doing, put gel polish on my toes I did not want which cost me an extra $15. I brought my mom and her tech didnt speak English well and couldnt understand that she wanted her toe nails cut shorter and to remove an ingrown nail. I spent $149.00 dollars that day. My moms polish began coming off 3 days later. My gel polish was not applied to the edges of my nails, therefore it looks as though its coming off.I wont be back Im sorry to say, until they get better technicians.

Lovely people and excellent nails.

They did a terrible job on my nails! I got a French manicure and the tips are all uneven and the paint has tiny bubbles in it on every nail. I wanted my money back and it taken off but they refused, saying I would have to come back the next day because they were too busy.

The older guy that did my toe nails was great!!! But the younger man the did my nail didnt listen to anything I said none of my nail are the same length they super thick!!! And the guy looked at me like I was stupid And the lady that did my eye brows felt like she ripped face off i will never be back again!!!!!

Im here now, 30 AUG 18, 5:30PM, and Im enjoying my experience. The tech I have is so professional and she takes her time and do such a great job. Quality over Quantity, it doesnt matter what it takes and how long. As long as its right and she ensures this.

I went a few days ago and got my nails did and they tried to charge my card twice like umm no. and my nail broke today i didn’t even do anything to it so i’m never going back here.

She painted the middle of my nails and toenails so she didn’t have to clean up after herself. I spent $75 which wasn’t bad for what I got, but was way too much for the job she did. All of my friends nails looked great. Just don’t let the owner do your nails, and DONT let them do designs either. Another lady did my design and it didn’t look like anything I had asked for. They were very unprofessional as well as the owner and a man were arguing the whole time we were in there.

I walked in this morning at 9:00 am. They got right to me. Nancy did my nails and she was awesome !!! They look perfect and she was not only great at my nails but professional and efficient.

I went to get a fill in on my acrylic gel nails and the man was extremely rude and it was 2 hours before closing and he just acted like he didnt have time. While he was working on my nails he stopped and went three chairs down to check his cell phone... literally stopped in the middle of doing my nails to go check it. There was no one else in the shop but me and now I understand why. There was also two separate occasions that he stopped what he was doing to watch the television. VERY unprofessional and I will DISCOURAGE anyone who is contemplating going there to save their money and go somewhere else!

Very knowledgeable people. They take their time and do whatever you want done. The prices are very reasonable as well. Love the little girls chair for my kid! If you are looking for somewhere to have a mother daughter time and she likes getting her nails done...this is the place to make her feel girly!

I was in last week with an entire bridal party. We were quoted a price and explained that some would be getting tips or overlays instead of manicures. We were told that was ok they just pay the difference. Instead we were charged the stand alone price for a pedicure and stand alone price for tips or overlays. We called ahead of time so they would be prepared for such a large group. Instead of trying to work with is on the price to keep the customer happy they were not budging and insisted it was our fault. My nails for example instead of offering a bundled price for pedicure and overlay I had to pay full price for both AND when asked if I wanted gel I was told they would last longer but not that they were $10 more! PLUS they chipped after 3 days! Then they charged extra for French manicure. They overlay was thick and she left burs on the underside so they catch on everything! They even overcharged the bride by $40! Very unprofessional and do not care about if the customer is happy. If it had been just me there it would not be that big a deal but they had 7 there for nails and pedicures. We are talking almost $500 just for what the bride paid ($35 per person plus her nails and pedicures and her daughters). Thats not including the extra $20 to $30 per person extra we had to pay. They could have worked with such a large group on the pricing since they quoted one thing and then changed it and added extra once everyone was done! We figured up what the bride should have been charged based on what was done and they overcharged by $40 us shes a nice person and even tipped so they made even more off her!

Went in for the very first time to have pedi and powder on my nails a couple of weeks ago. It was about 30 mins before they closed but they said come on. Well this morning I find a spot on my nail so I took the powder dip off and it’s a fungus. Needless to say I will not ever return.

Today is 6/25/17 and i got my nails done last week. i got a full set french tip done and usually i love this place! theyre always my go to. but ive had mynails on for only a week and one of my nails have already broke off. very disappointed in how they turned out.

I went to this place on a Saturday to get my nails done and notice on a Thursday that majority of all my nails were lifting up underneath them when someone ask me to see my nails and where I got them done at. Now, this was my first and last time going there, I was just trying someone new. Next time I will stick to where I normally go. But I called and I told them about the problem but I couldnt come in that Thursday or Friday due to class and work. But when I talked to her Saturday on the phone to tell the lady about my nails, she said to come in and we will fix them for you. I came in that morning and had to leave bc I had to go to work and the guy (Dominique) was busy with another client. So, when I went back that afternoon for him to fix a job that he didnt do right the first time. They charged the full price for a fill in. Now, remind you that this was a fresh set that he had did a few days before. So, if you felt like a fill in was necessary that should tell you that you didnt do a good job in the first place. Now I see if I had, had several fill ins and it was time for me to have them soaked off and redone because that happens on old acrylic nails, but this was a fresh set. I wouldnt recommend this place ever, because usually when someone knows they messed up and its their fault they correct the problem and make their customers happy. And I definitely would never take my business back. And had I know before I sat down to let him fix them that they were going to charge me a fill in price, I would have took my money elsewhere and let someone I know does a good job the first time around and if anything happens thats their fault they fix them for free. Thank yall for nothing and I definitely want give yall any of my buisness ever again.

Came into town for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi before the big day. This place is amazing!! The massage was top notch and the prices are affordable. I will be coming back and recommending it to others in Dothan.

Best pedicure Ive had in awhile!!! You dont find many places that still use the callus remover and cheese grater thing on your feet!
