Crystal clear is actually my favorite car wash,they literally have everything from cleaning mats,window,soft brushes to get bugs off the front of your car,vacuums to get the interior clean,all that even before you get the car washed,are you kidding me,wonderful thanks to the staff for a great job,Ill be back and so should you!!!!!!!!!

The wash was good, the attendee was helpful in taking the antenna off, but the vacuum was absolutely terrible. Hardly and suction and I used two different ones

Does a decent job, but for the prices, you would think the attendants would do a little pre-scrub to help get the bugs off the bumper. They seemed really lazy. The car wash by Sams Club is way better

The attendant was very rude and obnoxious. After i got through with the wash i went back after an hour to let the attendant know that i did not appreciate me. But then he would not give me his managers or owners number.

Paid for the expensive wash. The employee guiding us in did not pre wash the front for bugs and came to the window and stated hands off the steering wheel, foot off brake, put in neutral. The ran over to meet with his friends that he was talking to when we pulled up. Will not be back.

Didnt get my car cleaned

Just purchased a new vehicle and took it thru this car wash. For a $5 wash I am more than happy with the results.

Terrible place. Neil is a complete jerk. Scratched my sons car that he only had a week and told him that nothing can be done. Wouldnt give owners name. They are crooks!

Love this car wash. It’s fully automated and does a great job!!

Not as good as it once was. They dont have window cleaners for you to use. The car wash is alittle rough.

The car wash broke my side view mirror. I told one of them employees and he told me it was nothing they could do bc my car is a 2008 and they only do car that are 5 year back and up.

Rude guy running the place acts like he hates being there, and hates customers for coming in. I wont be back, although the location is so convenient. I hate that I even had to leave one star.

Fat kid working there is a complete jerk. Very rude. Used the blower to blow rocks and dirt on the customers cars. Borderline harassment and assault.

My truck got stuck and hit the car behind us. Accused me of pushing the brake and my foot never hit the brake and the car behind me never seen brake lights! Told us there was nothing they could do about it! Never use this place!!!

Terrible customer service. Don’t use this location in Dothan!
