Paid $25 dollars and still had bugs all over front. They had me go around and do it again and I still have bugs all over the front. Poor poor service

Ding ding, this 1 is the winner! 3 different hoses for vacuuming, including a slinder one that fits between the seats and crevices, and 1 is a blower. I dont think anyone else has this. I LOVE it!!!

Excellent customer service. Always, have brushes, rags for use on site. If something is needed simply ask the staff usually they are very cooperative.

Best car wash in town. I have a subscription and love it. All I do is pull up it registers my car and I pull in. Very convenient!!!

Good place for a quick car wash

I spent $25 to have water spots all over my vehicle and scratches on the hood. I took my car to the gas station wash to get all of the residue off. I give it two stars because it removed the pollen from my car and the second vacuum I tried actually worked. If you decide to try this place, bring your own towel because you have to pay extra for one here. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Blue water Express. Is the place that you want to take your car to be washed if something is not right they will correct and make it right they or friendly and helpful.

The wash was decent but the vacuums didnt work at all and my wheels were still covered in brake dust.

Deluxe for extra $4 was no different than the basic $6 wash. I bugged prepped and couldn’t reach a bug on top middle windshield that thinking the deluxe triple foam would take off. Big fat nope! Don’t waste your money on any other than basic. Plus no clean towels at vacuum stations to get excess water the “deluxe turbo dry” that I paid extra for should of handled.

I paid $12 the last time I got my car washed and it was still dirty when I came thru.

It was great and everything was working great.

The tire shine is turned on so high that it splatters all over your car when you leave. If you have a light colored car, do yourself a favor and skip it!

Car was really dirty and it didnt do such a great job at first in addition to me scrubbing the vehicle again and and a secondfor free it turned out great the vacuums could be stronger and I love the air hoses to blow small areas like a/c vents etc....37

My favorite car wash. The basic wash is very good and only costs $7. They also have very strong vacuums for the interior and brushes and rags to touch up the exterior with soapy water.

It is one of the better car washes in Dothan. Staff is about average. I definitely recommend using thr bug prep area before getting your vehicle washed. It does a much better job that way.

Brought two cars through today.....first a guy and a gal soaped my windshield and rear window and gave me a free air freshener because it was Wednesday....they waved and gave me a nod to say thanks, your all set. A few hours later I brought a second car through....a different gal came out....on her phone.....did not soap windshield, did not offer air a freshener, and did not even acknowledge me..... Good wash though

Don’t go up there. Owned now by new corporate owners. Fired their entire staff except one 10 days before Christmas. Be warned they will push services on you. Every time you decide to go up their remember their Big corporate owner fired everyone right at Christmas

Went through the car wash but it did a bad job. I knew something wasnt right because I go to this car weekly and it has always done a good job. When I pointed it out to the employee, she stated, with a unpleasant attitude, that we needed to pre-wash the car before we went back through!!! What is the purpose of the automated car wash if we have to hand wash it first???So we called the owner to explain to him what happened. He handled the problem perfectly. He replied with a nice hand-written letter, apologized, and offered free car-wash tokens. He even offered to hand deliver the tokens if we wanted.Even the best companies have employees that screw up now and again. Its how the company handles the screw up that separates the good from the bad. Because of the actions of the owner, well be back.

It is amazing how well this car wash cleans your car. It only takes about 3 or 4 minutes and your car gets very clean. It is fast and inexpensive, too! Their basic wash is $5 and they have free vacuuming. A very good car wash.

No pre wash prep at all. Hood of my trunk was still dirty after going thru the car wash. Third time Ive gone there and each time worse . No more.

Sorry as hell paid for tire shine got spots of chemical on tires. Didnt dry truck a mb d customer service didnt seem too keen on black folks.

Super clean up

Every time I come here I say never again. My car always still has dirt around the wheels and hatch after I pay for the very best wash they have. Even with a pre wash it isn’t clean. Vacuums aren’t great and staff attitude is “meh.”

Had to replace wiper motor due to threads pulling it. They stated they werent responsible. Could have been polite, thats all a customer needs sometime.

Used this car wash for years until last week, when I paid for the Lava Shield ultimate package and my white car was stained with a pink splotchy film covering the hood and roof. Then I called and was told to come by for them to take a look at it, and a young man was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I got there! He called me a lier and proceeded to tell me that they didnt even use anything pink in the wash. Then I looked at his stained shorts that were covered in the same pinkish color that my car is now covered it! Ended up taking it to body shop to be professionally cleaned and buffed out coasting about $75. This car wash has HORRIBLE SERVICE and if you dont want you WHITE CAR to turn PINK, I recommend using a different car wash! The pink stain I could get over, but not the rude and ignorant employee!

Does a good job quickly. Its the only car wash I use and rather bring my vehicle here rather than do it at home.
