Great wash! Smells phenomenally like mint. Vacuums work exceptionally well. Clean area, obviously well-maintained. Garbage storages emptied regularly. Complementary cleaning products and towels available were great. Well definitely be back.

Attendant was really nice but with the wash itself left a ton of soap still on my car. Hardly even dry. Would not recommend. Troy is better and you get dash wipes and all their vacuums work

I got the basic car wash for $6.00 & it was not even worth that. Once inside, part of the fabric was off in the center of the wash. The vacuums werent any better, they barely got any of my dirt up. Dont waste your money. The one by Sams Club on the Ross Clark Circle is so much better.

The guys that worked on my pickup were great they washed it with a brush and then send me through the car wash and done this 2 or 3 times to get the truck cleaned where it had been sitting up for about 4 years. I was very impressed with how I was treated by the associates at the car wash.

I used to go here all the time, but when I went today, there are no choices on the screen except the most expensive wash. Some of the wash components are torn up in the drive through part and dont even do anything anymore. The dryer doesnt remove the water. The vacuums barely work. Unless they fix these things, I wont be back. I can have someone hand detail my car at my house for that price. 😞

Waste of money. I used to only use this car wash because of how good it was, it’s gone downhill drastically, I won’t be coming back. The wash never gets the bugs off nor does it rinse or dry well. Half of the vacuum area was barricaded off so there was limited use, and the ones you could use barely even worked. I stopped in the middle of vacuuming my car and went to another place down the road to finish vacuuming because the suction wasn’t getting any dirt up from my seats or carpet. This is all not to mention you only have two options for your wash. The cheapest, $6, or the most expensive, $21. Honestly, neither are worth it. I don’t recommending wasting your money coming here.

.... inside of the wash, extreme damage/missing parts are obvious. Also, the vacuum area is awful. Im thankful I didnt purchase the monthly plan or the maximum option. I didnt realize it was necessary to inspect a carwash before using it.

It didnt give as good a wash as it used to. Some of the washer pads are wearing out & need to be replaced. Also, several of the vacuum hoses werent working well. I think some of the $$$ they are bringing in needs to be used for some general upkeep

I have enjoyed using this car wash. I do miss having the buckets available to do my own bug bug prep. The idea of the employees doing it is great, but recently the 2 times I’ve used it there have been tons of bugs as well as my back hatch did not get clean.

I got the $21 wash and it came out with the $14 wash. The tire shine did not work, the vacuums were a hit and miss, and the shams inside were all ripped. I even tipped the attendants on my entry. I travel a lot for my job and Ive been to a lot of car washes, but this is one I will never visit again.

Ive been using this car wash for over a year now, its my favorite in the area and for being honest I drive 20 miles every time only to get my car washed there. Service is very professional, employees are always nice and they keep the place super clean well equipped and in great condition.

A little pricey especially for the monthly charge, no air freshners out for the customers to have, the website doesnt explain prices for each wash and the details of what each package does,,, overall the wash was decent but doubt with $39 monthly well continue, maybe $32-35

While there are certain things about this car wash that are beyond the control of the on-site management, Damion and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and had a great experience at the car wash today. I did express, however, that I wish they would bring back the supplies in the bug prep area.

Excellent manager as she allowed a second wash on the vehicle .The roof of the vehicle was still dirty. Could not give 5 stars there was no scrub bucket available. Acc.to the mgr she has not had rags in some time for this location.

I used to tell people this was the best automatic car wash in Dothan. Oh well, not anymore. I went there 2/26 to get my old hunting vehicle washed. The kiosk screen had the Poly Pro wash advertised for, basically half price, $10. But, the full price of $21, kept coming up on the pay screen. The attendant said their system wasnt programed for the special, so it wasnt available. Really, then why advertise it on the screen?? So, I purchased a $6 Express wash and went through. Now, in fairness, my truck was quite dirty, but the wash did not get it clean and I requested another run thru the wash. Nope, they said, we cant give you a re-wash since you only bought the Express wash. Now, I ran full service washes in both Florida and Indiana for a number of years and I never denied a customer a re-wash if they felt their vehicle wasnt cleaned well enough. Thats how you guarantee repeat business. Sorry, Car Wash USA Express. Yall dropped the ball on this. Not good business practice!

My husband bought my car here before Thanksgiving and the blower blew my third light completely off my car and he was told the manager would contact me but still has not reached out to me. I left several messages which seems like I’m being brushed off cause I’ve had no response. The attendant saw on camera that it happened and saw fragments on the ground and we did a accident report but nothing has been done. My car looks a mess and it’s not fair to ignore me professionally someone should have reached out by now! This isn’t great customer service it’s not even good customer service....Guess I’ll get a lawyer and see where this goes from there....

This used to be the best car wash you could get short of professional hand washing. Since the changed owners or something it has gone down hill and continues you too. There is always something that isnt working correctly while the prices continue to rise. Still better then most automated car washes around.

This place was a good place to go and wash your car. They took away the towels to dry your car with and seemed happy about it when I asked. I havent been there since. The price was worth it when they provided the little extra stuff. Anyhow I havent used this pace since. Theres a better one on the other side of town. Takes 20 minutes to get there but its better and cheaper than this place. Theyll at least dry your car off for you at no extra charge.

This used to be the only place Id take my car to wash, not anymore! Getting rid of the red rags I kind of understood from a cost point but now the tire shine is very limited coat and sometimes none at all. Today, I parked my vehicle to vacuum and noticed the one I grabbed had low suction so I moved to another bay to vacuum. The two other vacuums I used were the same way! It seems to be another cost savings to limit the suction from the vacuums where my home vacuum cleaner has more suction?! I wont waste my money here again!

I went in to get my truck washed. The machine missed the whole right side of the truck and didnt even wash the tail gate. This used to be the best place in both in and now the workers dont cramp would brushes anymore like the other one by sams. I will not use this place ever again a $21 for the high dollar wash and get garbage

I started going to this car wash when it first opened. It used to be great! But not so much now example: they used to furnish cotton towels now they give you one paper towel to dry your car. The car wash has been malfunctioning a couple of times I visited,yet they have increased their prices I still use them but not as much as I used to. They are going down hill.

I have a SUV and therefore a trailer hitch on the rear that is removable. I noticed that the whole back of the truck was not washed when i exited the carwash. I pointed it out to the attendant and she told me that a sensor would not allow it to wash the rear with the hitch installed. It would have been nice to have had that pointed out before I entered so that I could have removed it before I entered. Im just saying.

1 visit The car wash was a total disasterI did not have the correct change and I put in what I had and I kept trying to get my change from the machine and it would not give it to me so I pulled on around and told the young lady that was in attendance what had happened she informed me that they dont give change anymore it goes towards your next wash car wash. There went my dayI had to let her know that there was no signs up telling me that I could not get my change and it would be forward towards another car wash and I wanted my change she repeated that they dont give change so I politely told her that if I didnt get my $2 that hell would break loose in this car wash. I received my change.2# cost to the car washlooking very carefully to check for any signs of no change I decided that I would get my car and I picked the super deluxeand drove down to where to get the car wash and the gentleman informed me that for $37 I could get my car wash twice-a-day however many times I wantedI informed him finally that I did not want that plan coming off my card because of the way I was treated before and that I did not trust them with my card info and proceeded to get my car washedI did not dry my car as well Im going to let the weather dryer cuz I didnt feel like it I went to Lowes and something said look at your car and see how pretty it is cant describe the way I felt when I look at my car the tires was not clean they was not shineing it the bottom part of my car was not clean at all the windshield was half clean I dont know what theyve done but they did not wash my car and I will not be back in their facility again I will wash my own car, and I advise you guys to do the same or use the mobile washer.

Used to be the best wash in town. As soon as they didnt offer red towels, I knew there had to be an ownership change. Today, that was confirmed. Bug residue remains on windshield and tire shine is not apparent. I wont be back and I have been a faithful, loyal customer ever since they opened...averaging a couple washes per month.

Does a great job cleaning the car overall, does miss a few spots though, otherwise one of the nicer places to go and has modest pricing.

Great place to get your car washed. Also have a managers special for 34.99 and unlimited car washes for a month. Use it twice a month and its paid for itself. I always recommend this car wash to people I know!!!! 5/5 stars!!!

Even at $6 it is more than in most big cities where there is more competition. I will keep looking for a better wash deal in Dothan. Unless, I’m in Atlanta or Bham where much better deals can be had for this kind of self wash and vacuum. Keep looking.

Management and staff are horrible at customer service. I will never be back. I went to the one next to a big box store after leaving this one, got a better carwash for exact same price with towels and sponges and a nice, courteous staff.

The red towels are no longer there. The red towels were the only reason I chose United Express Car Wash to wash both vehicles in our family for over two years. I will no longer be going to United Express Car Wash because there are no red towels. There are other car washes closer to my home for the same price and I will be giving my business to them.P.S. The table napkins (that you only receive one of) aren’t cutting it.

Not what I thought it was but itll do

Used to be my favorite car wash in Dothan but with the new ownership I’ve noticed a lot of amenities we enjoyed about it are being taken away. The towels, cleaner, they spent all this money changing the of the place, raised the prices but didn’t invest in upgrading the vacuums, it doesn’t wash the same or as well as before. The vacuums don’t work as well as they used to, the rug cleaning machines don’t work anymore. I am so bummed- I loved this place. Now I have to find another. Hopefully Mr Goo car wash in Montgomery will make its way to Dothan soon.

Apparently they decided to close earlier than what their operating hours showed. The employee there wouldn’t give me a reason as to why they closed early And she would not let me through, even though I’m a monthly member.

Usually have a good experience, but not today. Having a sunroof, sometimes the dryer pressure causes the springs to give way and residual water on the glass will come through as the springs give slightly to the air pressure of the top dryers. Today, when I asked the guy to please turn off the top only dryer, he gave me lip! I cant turn off all the dryers. I said, I just need the top dryer, and they always do that for me. Do you think he did it? NOPE! Of course, he tells me he did it. I told him that it needs to be repaired then cause his code didnt work. When I told him I would talk to the manager, he said Go ahead in a smart aleck tone. I expressed my frustration to the acting manager, but Im not sure it did much good! Personally, I think he was too lazy to put in the code, and didnt do it in the first place since he gave me lip to begin with!

Always quick and easy to get in and out. Wash and wax are very good and the vacuums are good and strong. Always enough clean, soft terry cloth rags too!

Does not completely wash, or rinse a vehicle. Will leave soap drying on your paint, windows and trim which ruins everything.Horrible.

This used to be my favorite place to wash my car... not anymore! Bugs remained on my front bumper after buying the 20 dollar wash. Spoke to the manager owner?? He said I would have to have it buffed out to have the bugs removed! REALLY? The car was pristine before a two day trip. He was curt, dismissive, and did not resolve the issue. I will not be returning and wish I had read the latest reviews before paying for a lousy carwash and even worse customer service.

The best drive thru car wash ive found in Dothan. I also take advantage of the monthly program. I think its 30 something dollars with unlimited cas washes. Definitely get your money worth.

Selling products they do not have. Facility needs updating and maintenance done. Very bad oder coming through the vent when in the car wash.

Getting cheaper and not in a good way. Went from towels to cheap shammies, and decent window cleaner to basically water in a $0.10 spray bottle, and theres only 1-4 spray bottles out at a time.

The staff work like a well-oiled machine and as far as automatic carwashes go, this one is pretty great. Before you pull into line, there is a free bug washing/wheel scrubbing area with buckets of water and various brushes. The car wash itself runs smoothly and does a good job of getting hard to reach places like between the spokes of your wheels. Afterwards you get unlimited free vacuum, clean towels, and glass/disinfectant spray so you have everything you need to clean your interior. Prices range from a $6 basic wash (vacuums still provided) to a $20 wash with all the bells and whistles.

When I went through, I expected an attendent to make sure I would have a clean wash. Especially since I purchased the most expensive wash option; however I was quickly disappointed. First he did not spray any bug remover and he gave me a PAPER towel to wash down my vehicle. I proceeded through the wash and the vacuum didnt work. I had to take off attachment and clean all the garbage out of it in order for it to have any sort of suction.I was very disappointed in this service and will not be returning

Havent been here in sometime, do to last time the $20 car wash didnt get my vehicle clean and management said Im sorry and done nothing. Then today in a rush for time, I thought I would try it again because they do have great vacuums. I went through the wash to only realize that my bug visor had been broke clean off. Note this is aftermarket but only 6months old at most. Again the $20 wash was only sub par at best and management told me that bug sheilds are aftermarket and that their sign discloses this. So a $20 car wash has cost me $100 by the time I buy replacement bug sheild and I still have a dirty vehicle.

Whatever you do stay away. They have new owners and fired everyone 10 days before Christmas. A totally new crew hired so the service will be horrible. So make sure everyone knows new owner which is a big corporation.

This used to be a really good car wash until the new management took over about 6 months ago. I must say that I am a little disappointed as of late. First off they took the red rags away and think that 1 paper towel will will be enough to finish off the job of gett the water still left on your car after the blow dryers do the mediocre job and to wipe off the little bit of dirt not cleaned (hard to reach spots). And 2 weeks ago they were closed in the middle of the day. And yesterday there was no big prep because 2 of the buckets were broken and they just took up the last one so the customers would not fight over it. Instead of sending someone to Walmart (across the parking lot) to purchase 2 buckets to provide the service that keeps me coming back!! Oh and there solution was to sell a bottle of bug cleaner for an additional $5 and spray it on your car 10 seconds before you go through the wash, oh but the bonus is that you can take the bottle and the rest of the bug cleaner home with you. All I can say is United, you need to do better if you want to stay open for business. 😕
