So the $7.00 wash doesnt even get the slightest bit of debri of a truck. Then when asked was told well should if bought a better wash.......... great impression on a new customer who know has no plans of further patronizing your business. Glad I didnt buy an unlimited monthly plan right outta the gate.

Love this car wash. It does a great job. The only thing lack is it doesnt have the air hose that the one by Sams has. But they did have a cart with cleaners and cloths available which puts it over the top for me.

Mixed feelings. The bug station is always has filthy water. The boys up front are more concerned with getting u through quickly than prepping your vehicle. It seems that there is always one carwash brush not working. Vacuum always works. Drying towels arent always available. BUT, if everything works as expected. And, u dry your vehicle. U will leave with a sparkling ride. It is in a great location and very convenient.

Great location for a new car wash! My tires were super shiny lasting the whole week.However my windshield/grill wasn’t cleaned well, including the vacuums heads are bulky and did not work very well. Also I have gone to car wash is in OK, WY & AZ I am from the area knowing the wages I was shocked to see $50 a month when everywhere else is about $30-$35 a month this monthly program they have here is extremely expensive for the area wages! Hoping management can reduce the fee for people to afford it.

I paid for the $15.00 Carr wash and it did pretty good at getting there dirt off. My only complaint is that it did knock my front bumper loose. I was able to snap it back into place but I wont be back for fear of it knocking my bumper completely off next time.

This is actually one of the best car washes Ive ever been to. The only downside I experienced was the floor mat machines were not working when I was there

2 guys working and the bald headed man did the work and the other guy just acted like he was at work. Had to go through 3 times to get bugs off the truck. Nice facility does a great wash job generally. I had travelled and my truck needed extra attention!

Paid 20 bucks for the ultimate wash. I was hoping since someone actually prewashed parts before entering the tunnel that I was going to get my moneys worth. Seems my hopes were a bit high. Still had some spots on the right rear roof and quarter panel of my outback. Seems like it would be ok if your car is only slightly dirty, otherwise for me it would be better to just wash it at home with quality car care products. The vacuums work very well and the facilities were clean.

The car wash did what I expected it to do. 99% of the car was nice and shiny. It did well with the windows, as well. Rims and tires looked good. Apparently even a couple employees get the car prepped prior to your car going through the wash! Unlimited, free vacuum use was available and they provide interior/glass cleaner and fiber cloths to help complete the clean. Plenty of parking spots are available for the vacuum piece, plenty of garbage cans and the whole place is squeaky clean. They offer an unlimited car washes program for around $50 I believe it is, which I may be signing up for, especially since its basically on the way home.

I was a regular customer at this car wash since its opening. About 2 months ago I went through the wash and something malfunctioned and the belt stopped with my car in the middle. About 30 seconds later it restarted and I came out of the wash. There was soap still all over the back end of my car. When I told an employee walking by he said there was a problem and had a part on order to have it fixed. No Im sorry, hey lets run it through the wash again, or heres a code to come another time when its fixed. It was just thats how it is. Plenty of other options in town to get a car wash. Dont bother going here.

Got the $10 car wash and it was eh, didnt use bug prep station so thats on me, but the car wash did an ok job. Dryer at the end could have been more effective, left little streaks of water all over. The vacuum station was well equipped with towels and cleaner for the inside of the car.

Cars stacked on top on one another...too close for comfort and you could experience an accident while in the car wash! The guy in control seems to ignore and is not friendly. He wants you bumper-to-bumper! We also experienced the wash stopping and starting several times and was left with soap all over our vehicle. Told the other attendant and he allowed us to go back through for another cycle. This time, the wash did not stall out, but we again were bumper-to-bumper. Lady in front of me would not shift into drive to get off the conveyer and I almost rear-ended her. Also the person behind me was on my bumper. I just held my breath when I had to brake and shift into drive! I was afraid that I would be rear-ended!Side note....I love that the little kid is working and he is a hard worker, but he is too small and is running around everywhere and Im afraid that he will get hurt because drivers cannot see him fully.

Machinery and mechanics of the car wash are great. Its brand new! There was a great love for customers the first couple of months. The staff is nice. However, the one thing that bothers me is no towels. Can we set a timer to check? Maybe a camera to watch from the office? A button we can push to let you know the towels are out?

Horrible experience. If I could rate negative stars I would. Employees showed no care for the vehicle. The kiosk wouldn’t accept first credit card. The cash receptacle didn’t work. I do not recommend and will never come back.

Never gets the dirt completely off of my truck. Also I have scratches all down the left side of my truck after I went through the wash.

This was not a good experience. I paid for the Ultimate wash for $20. When I got through there was soap all over my vehicle and it was not clean. The tires and wheels looked awful as wheel. I spoke to one of the attendees and he said there was nothing they could do about it. I dont think I will go back there again.

Nice new wash with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Car looks great, vacuums were good and I appreciated the spray for windows and interior. Nice price too, $20 for the deluxe and well worth it.

Vehicles stacked too close together. Not enough separation between front and rear of vehicles inside of car wash. Accident waiting to happen. If this practice continues will not be going back. Otherwise, very nice carwash facility.

Does a great job on my car every time. Now front and behind wheels have to stop at the prep before washing when they are really bad.

The car wash itself was good but it bent my front tag in two places and almost folded it in like a burrito when I asked a guy to come look at it he told me to bend it back and drill some new holes in my bumper this is not how you handle an issue my car is only made to have two holes in the top to hold the tag its not my fault I would have expected a better response and more customer service

They seem to run cars through here pretty close together. The lights never told me to go but if I hadnt I would have been rearended. Stretch it out guys!! Will try it again.

Vehicle in front got stuck due to user error, employees were great and issued a free upgrade for the inconvenience.

1st the Vacuum wouldnt work, the man came and cleaned it out. Then the top kept falling off the whole time I was trying to Vacuum so I just left it off and used the hose . Very annoying, the man was unfriendly, idk if he was having a bad day or what.
