Despite the company advertising open until 5pm, at 4:31 pm of pulling in the doors were locked. I called to be told that pick ups stop at 4pm which should be advertised on the site. They are closed for the weekends and My mother is ill in another state for which I now will have to await Monday. Crazy that the city of Detroit does business with such a limited partner.

I called and was told they stayed open until 4am… the tow truck came and he told me they where closed already. I was told Saturday they would be open 9am -2pm.. I called they sent me to voicemail and never opened… the lady who runs the office is very unprofessional doesn’t know how to talk to anyone! Rude and this company are liars… hope and pray you car never finds itself here

Louise went above and beyond the call of duty! She came and sat with me once she was off work to make sure everything was good to go! She didn’t have to come but she did. I will always remember that!

Very professional and helpful. LJ was very helpful and awesome customer service. She stayed on the phone with me to explain documents needed for the insurance company. She was so patient in making sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this company.

They try to milk you to get the extra days of storage very bad experience and rude

They told me my car was there, had me schedule an appointment to get it the next day, gave me a price, & took my info. I received a text message 4 hours later stating the vin i provided didnt match anything in their system & my appointment was cancelled...when i called, she responded as if it were nothing, & stated she was correcting her mistake from earlier, and that she already told me prior that the system was down so she gave me a price based on the day i said it was towed..WHO WOULD SCHEDULE someone to pick up their car, not knowing if the car is there!?!? When i asked to speak to a manager, she said she is the manager. Way to run a business

LJ or EJ whatever her name was she was very unprofessional and very rude I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody because of her even when u asked a simple question over the phone she’s rude so I knew when I see her in person she would be rude. Her attitude was beyond nasty and I don’t understand why she’s in the position or work there if she doesn’t have any good customer service skills. Smh she will be the reason why this business get straight thrown away or mentioned to the better business bureau. Just terrible PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME ‼️‼️

Very unprofessional called about towing at bout 9:30am they confirmed. Here it is bout 11:30am I call them and she claim there was pick up for my truck.
