Made the first call in which they were a bit backed up which is understandable. But luckily they did arrive within the hour which I was made aware of. The locksmith was kind and very knowledgeable of unlocking the car door from the inside to get my keys out. He was quick about it. Little bit of a challenge at first try but he got it done with no problem. He was nice about taking his payment and handing me a receipt and I look forward to seeing B&T again in the future. Well hopefully I wont have to tho lol! Thank you very much B&T

Called these guys up for a tow early in the morning they said it would be about an hour and I kid you not the tow truck guy was there in 15 minutes. Tow truck driver was super cool, he got my beater with a heater on his rig faster than Usain Bolt can run a 100m. Tow was super affordable and I definitely recommend calling these guys whenever you need roadside assistance.

Had to get my truck towed near the border, the dude came and tied up my truck without saying anything, starts threatening me saying how the shop is managed by the US Customs. Will rip you off and damage your vehicle as he was slamming chains against my hood. Drivers did not even follow COVID-19 protocol, without masks. Huge disappointment that these guys are trying to monopolize towing and disservice to US citizens. Was there in a HEARTBEAT and took 2 HOURS too tow 100 yard

Fair and honest

My tire blew out on I75 I had to pull off the road at the nearest exit. It was a bad part of town. I called my insurance company to get roadside assistance. 45 minutes later still no roadside assistance. Dan from Boulevard and Trumble sees me and my car. He pulled over and changed my tired free of charge. He was nice and respectful.

Excellent experience. Towed my vehicle within minutes of parking! Such speedy service, very impressive. And the price? Well, when they tow your car while your basically still in it they should be able to charge whatever they want. With a competitive advantage like that, Im sure these people have a stranglehold on the towing industry. I did however, beat my car to the lot so there is room for improvement... hopefully next time I can give 5 stars. Also, cash only? Hats off to you guys, keeping the operational costs down by not taking debit or credit. Although Id recommend price gouging your customers with hefty premium service charge to use the ATM that clearly was not in service.

I stated that I would not have anyone available until 9 am. Matt said that was perfect and he would have his driver here at that time.At 9:02 am this morning, I called your dispatch office to confirm the driver was en-route. I spoke with Matt who said he would be to the pick up location in approximately 45 minutes.It is currently 10:54 am, and there is no driver present.We have received zero correspondence from your company in regards to the status of this pick up, unless prompted on our end. I feel this is a completely unprofessional way to operate in business. They were called to Tow our truck from Border. Custom officer had called them and They charged $1680 usd for towing from Border to repair shop one mile away. I asked them why they charge that much and they had no answer. It is totally unacceptable. Some thing need to be done to stop ripping off people.

The worst company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to work with. Constant phone calls, they never call back when they say they will. One excuse after another, and at the end of it all, they never even showed up! This is the most disgusting display of professionalism I have ever seen.

My car was towed to this lovely establishment, where they charged me $300 (CASH ONLY) to get it back (SAME DAY). i understand that the city has parking enforcement, but these folks are the most NASTY people in the city. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!!

Came from Detroit to Bloomfield Hills on3-1-18 to get our service truck out of a driveway ditch. Dispatcher & driver very polite. Exactly how service should go! Thank you. And those stating prices high, you get what you pay for, period. They came from Detroit to Bloomfield Hills. Oakland County Sheriff Dept. Used them for their tow company and my husband remembered that.

Was quite happy with them. They stored our car after it was towed to another Detroit tow yard for impound after an accident. We needed to move it when the other yard was so strict and inflexible that we couldnt have it appraised properly. B&T worked with us and allowed us to keep it there (for a cost), then eventually towed it out to my house. Kim was fantastic to work with.

I got ripped off by this company back in 2017. Bill was outrages and took them over 3 hours to get to me hooked up and to a shop for repairs...I would have rather went to the ta and waited 10 hours for absolutely nothing then deal with these people.....the owner of my trucking company called them to complain nicely on the phone about their service and were cursed at and hung up on saying....it not their problem.....

This particular young lady was rude as hell that worked on a Sunday and would not make a quick phone call for me to call my friend to let her know that I was there waiting. They definitely need to train their staff and the person that took us back to the vehicle in the rain just sat there in the car trying to see what 2 women where doing struggling in the rain instead of asking if we needed any help. I understand it’s not his job but just do the gentlemanly thing. Never again will I use this tow service. It has always been said the B&T was a rip off and it clear that there’s some truth to that

They hire people with potential without discrimination as to race color or gender. Employees are skilled at their jobs. Downside; advancement is a struggle with no set standard for Pay raises. Big company, that tends too forget our overlook their hardest working people.

I am very pleased with Boulevard & Trumbull. I got stranded X-mas eve and they were very prompt. Mark, our driver, was extremely nice and dropped my truck off right were I asked even though i was not able to go with him. On top of this, their price was well below what i thought it would be, given the distance they traveled to & from where i broke down. The two other companies i called said i wasnt in their service area, even though they were closer to me than Boulevard & Trumbull. I would highly suggest using them.

My daughters truck was towed from her apartment at Wayne State while she was putting her groceries away. I understand the law is the law, but $320?!? This is criminal to do to someone, especially a student. This business is legalized extortion, but the state of Michigan allows these companies to operate as they wish. There are no regulations for towing companies in this state, they set their own bar for fees ... What if all businesses had this ability?? Personally, I cant believe the owner can sleep at night, hopefully karma will catch up with that fat bastard ...One star is selected only because it has to be in order to post this

The driver watched my daughter in law get out of her car to unload items for an event she was in at Wayne State. When she took the stuff in (he even stated she was gone for less than 5 minutes) he hooked her car up and told her he would take it down for $300 cash or she would have to pay more if it went to the yard. She didnt have cash on her so we had to go to the yard to pick it up. The people at the yard were rude and unprofessional just like all the other reviews state. But I wouldnt expect much more from a company that has been charged with bribery, price gouging and tax evasion.

If I could post a negative # I would. I agree that these are scammers. They take advantage of people already traumatized by accident or loss of loved one and make $$ 24 hours after car taken from scene, the cost was $456.25 or pay them $150 and sign over your title. They have the upper hand because they will not let you see the vehicle to determine if you want to sign over your title and they wont allow you to get anything from the vehicle. Then they pretend to call their lawyer to see what they can do. They were full of BS. The people, especially Miranda and the guy with big stomach and beard have a really nasty attitude. They need to realize that people who dont know and ask questions should be given the courtesy of being responded to politely. It is not my character to slander, the days I have dealt with them just to get information has been awful. And by the way PLEASE dont forget to get a name of the person you speak with on the phone or in person because they also use that as a tactic to say you are lying to them. Detroit police department should assess who they allow as tow for city. There should be quality checks. The number you call for complaints is a recording and the voicemail is full. It doesnt get any better. I could go on, but whats the use. I hope they see that change is good and one day the LEAST will be FIRST and the first shall be last.

I recently used B&T due to a broken wheel and 2 flat tires do to a ridiculous pothole on I-75. Everything was very professional, the fee was very considerate. I waited less than 15 minutes and we were gone. Driver was extremely delicate with my Mercedes Benz AMG. My employer uses this tow company and have NEVER had any issues from a work perspective. I am very thankful to the folks at B&T for reaching out and taking care of my automobile and myself in a respectful manner and not breaking my bank account. Theyre a bunch of crooks. I had to pay $250 just to see my car, it was stolen then I couldnt even try to get it started on their property, anyways I basically gave them my car cause it was stolen and couldnt afford all their fees. Talk about a racket

Very impressed! Im an insurance agent and one of my older clients vehicles were stranded in the VA Hospital parking structure in Detroit. She couldnt get her vehicle started and so she called me to see about a tow. I went online and found Boulevard and Trumbull Towing since it was close to her and did a 3-way conversation to set up a tow. They said they could get someone to her within an hour (which they made it there earlier than the hour, which was fantastic since it was getting late). Originally they were going to tow her to a repair facility, however the tow driver figured it was a dead battery and gave her a boost and the vehicle started right up. My client asked what they would charge for the battery boost, and they gave her an excellent deal! I was impressed with this towing facility when my client called me this morning to relate the story...Thank you!

Horrible customer service! I was in an accident on 11/22/16 and my vehicle was towed there. Upon locating my vehicle, I contacted them on 11/23/2016, asking them for the price to have my vehicle released. The representative on the phone explained that the TOTAL PRICE was $279 for ONE day. I asked for the breakdown of how it was so much for one day and I was told thats the price as soon as the car lands in the tow yard (in addition to towing fees). Then tried to coerce me into having the total reduced to 150 by signing over my title to them, collect my belongings, and go along my way. (verbatim) Ridiculous and rude. I called them today, 11/25/16, to get the total price to get my vehicle out, ironically the same representative, SCOTT, answered, and once again had an attitude when I asked for the breakdown and grand total of what it would be to get it out within a certain period of time. I wanted to make sure that my calculations were accurate and matched his. When I inquired about all the fees that could be added for the length of time the vehicle could be in there, he responds rudely sayingWhat is it that you want to do? I told him I just needed his prices since writing over my title wasnt an option. Its clear he didnt want to by lying that his calculator wasnt working and refusing to give me his total price by reiterating the daily storage fee. When I asked for his name, he said Scott. I then asked for his last name and he replies Scott is enough. I have never been talked to so unprofessionally, rude, and disrespectfully. The fact that he kept pressing the suggestion of me writing over my title because my vehicle, by his opinion, is unfixable and totaled is absurd. Its clear that they want to keep my vehicle for parts, due to it being a popularly purchased vehicle this year. This company is a scam. They troll the streets looking for cars with expired meters and tow to their impound lot. They charge $305 to release your car. They even have a $50 convenience fee on the receipt. B&K Towing is an extreme ripoff company.

I crashed on black ice in winter. They said they would be to me in 30 minutes. An hour and a half passed and they never came or called. The police finally showed and made me use their tow and impounded my car. Then I had to pay $365 to get it out of impound and tow myself. Needless to say, I hate this tow company and will never rely on them in an emergency again. They do not care for their clients.

Absolutely amazing someone doesnt do an expose on this company. Immediately one will find the irony of entering a lobby posting a sign stating Cash Only and and ATM few feet away with a sign stating out of order. Our vehicle was towed by a sister contract company of Boulevard & Trumbull with no warning while out of town. Upon paying the blood money to release our vehicle after they attempted to convince us it would be cheaper to forfeit the vehicle to them for $150, the vehicle had sustained damages from their mistreatment now rendering the vehicle immobilized. Additionally, much of the contents were ransacked.

Truck was hit by one of there drivers on oct 31 . Still waiting to hear from anyone to get our truck fixed. I have call left messages even talked to Matt with promises of calls to be returned and getting this matter handled. Its a no brainier your driver hit the truck now just pay for the repairs. Poor customer service for sure.

Almost had an ok experience, but this is what I came to. Yes it’s an old trailer but still, no respect for other people’s property.

This is a building full of criminals. They found my stolen vehicle in 8/7 but did not notify me until 8/27. One day before it was subject to auction. Then they tried to charge me almost $600 in fees. I called the Detroit police department and an officer got them on the phone to inform them that I would only be paying fees from the date of notice. Then they wouldnt jump the car for me, unless I paid a $50 fee of course. They wouldnt allow me to use my jump box on their property. Finally I called a private towing company to come and get my car. The women who work here are classless and rude. They also clearly lack the computer skills to type in a Vin number and pull a stolen car report. Something that took me less than 2 minutes on my phone. Im reporting them to BBB and the chamber of Commerce and I may even take out an ad in the Free Press. Worst company in Detroit.

I cant speak for anybody else but My experience with this place was nothing but GRACEFUL! I just moved into the Detroit area was going thru issues and went to a friends place to get help. Parked in the wrong spot, friend didnt tell me where to park nor did I have an apartment sticker for my window so my Car got towed. Yes I was very upset & hurt... but at the same time right is right and wrong is wrong. I spoke to the manager at the apartment complex and a woman named Kim from the towing company which turned out to be a straight up Angel in disguise. Kim was very professional and caring about my issue. She worked with me & for that MY heart is forever Grateful that she was the one to answer my call. Thank you kindly Mrs. Kim keep up the great work!!!P.s.- MAJOR lesson learned that day, ask where to park or look for authorized parking signs before parking.

This towing service is very unprofessional, they lack people skills let alone customer service skills, they charge exuberant amounts for services and have additional fees for everything. Over the phone they tell you one thing and in person its a completely different outcome. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!! I will be in touch with the BBB and the state!!!

We broke our ball joint and ripped the axle off our car on our way home from work. So there we are on the East Side of Detroit in 5 degree weather with NO way to push the car the 1 mile we need to go to get home. We called and got a lower quote from someone else and they said We may be able to get you in another hour if we can do it tonight. IF! IF was not going to cut it. B&T gave us a higher quote but was there in the 25-35 min frame they set. Derek, our driver put us and our son in his truck to keep warm and then drove the truck to our place. He fit that big truck into the alleyway our driveway is in and dropped it right where we asked. They charged EXACTLY what they quoted and came quickly and worked competently. Id call them ANYTIME!

These people are liars and scammers. They unlawfully towed my car claiming that it was parked illegally, and stole the parking pass from it. Couldnt prove it, and had to pay their fines. Their staff is dumb and unable to read English. They also broke my car while towing. Never do business with them.

This place is communist trash.This joint is very dumb. They charge you an arm and a leg for towing your truck 2 feet. I am very pissed off with these thieves. They are a bunch of scammers and they lack communication skills as well as the fact that they are very rude. After being promised a 1/2 hour wait in 2 degree weather, I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes when I started calling them 40 minutes later. When I finally got a response their unprofessional staff told me that they were unable to pick up the car due to its location on the highway. The next company I called had no issues with the location.PS: They are also listed on Google as Javion and Sams Towing. The same people were working the phones when I called that listing

Crooks and scammers. Car stolen Dec 2, 2013. Recovered by Detroit Police and B & T had it since Dec 4th and didnt contact me until Dec 17, 2013 AND told me that my cost was about $495. Then the lady tells me if I want them to tow it out, its $95 for them to hook up my vehicle and some ridiculous amount per mile to tow it to my home.Contacted the abandoned cars division and told The City of Detroit how do they let this place scam and rob the citizens and act like its ok.I am in the process of filing a suit against them because of this scam.I WOULD NVR RECOMMEND THEM.

BEWARE! The worst tow company I have ever encountered. They are trying to charge me $1200 for a 12 mile tow!!!! I got quoted today by 4 other companies for a 50 mile tow and they said between $200-250. This is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. Also if you do happen to HAVE to use them, do NOT go to their recommended collision shop (Prime Collision). They have been in multiple law suits about their unethical practices under the name Marks One Collision. Please beware!

Illegally towed my vehicle and theres nothing you can do about it as they have ties to the police department there. The city is currently under investigation by the FBI for corrupt towing activities.

Total rip off, towed the truck without any ok from the driver or owner. And then the manager did not keep to his word. When called to resolve the problem he told us we were not his concern after 6pm.

Received a quote for a boost for $45 after the driver boosted my car he said $75. I told him the woman on the phone said $45 he said so, she was wrong, NEVER USE THIS PLACE.
