Came in to get a oil change while being hustled by the other guy who chose to put better performance oil in tank but told us we was getting a good deal...paid 50 for an oil change... For for the oil changed and 10 for the dude who choose to give us good oil with out asking. Rip off

Young guy wears shirt says Hank but im sure that is not his name. Lol. I think his name is Magical Talented Young Man because he can run that place single handedly. He is friendly and displays exceptional customer service. Gets cars in and out. He gets the job done right! I hope he is able to own at least one of these businesses one day because he deserves the best.

Came in for the basic $19.99 oil change... the guy said that I use 5w30... which is a basic oil that most cars use. And had to charge me $40 because of that and the Car uses 6 quarts of oil. So... if it was 5 quarts it would be $19.99... rip off... hint, stay away.

TOLD HIM NO ILL PASS THEN I ASKED IF HE CAN USE MOTORCRAFT OIL INSTEAD BECAUSE THATS THE KIND MY CAR TAKES AND HE THEN TELLS ME THAT WILL BE ABOUT $70 SO I GO WITH THE REGULAR OIL THEY HAVE ..WHEN THEY ARE DONE THE GUY COMES AND SHOWS ME THE SUPPOSED TO BE NEW OIL AND ITS STILL DIRTY AS HELL AND SAYS THAT IS BECAUSE I WAITED TO LONG TO GET AN OIL CHANGE WHICH WAS ONLY ABOUT A MONTH OVER DUE!! THEY ARE STRAIGHT CONS ESPECIALLY IF U ARE A FEMALE!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!! I WISH I COULD HAVE PUT NO STARS PERIOD! I BASICALLY PAID THEM $40 TO JUST PUT DIRTY OIL BACK INTO MY CAR! SMH

I paid $35 for an oil change. The guy told me I was done and I asked him did you put windshield washer fluid into my car he say yes he did then he came back to me and said pop ur hood one more. I pop my hood and he put the fluid inside, he then say youre all set. I asked him, did you change my oil filter, he didnt say anything so he change my oil filter. That place is ridiculous, if you dont watch those guys there are you anyhow. That place should be shut down for cheating people

First & last time I go there. Dumbasses was so busy telling me Wth I need they forgot to check Wth they were suppose to b checking n a basic oil change. They also recommended a service for $20 to add rear end fluid n my truck of course I declined......took it somewhere else & they told me there was no way they could have checked4 that bc u need a special tool to get the cap off to check for it Smdh I already knew that. Sooo If any of the employees r checking these REVIEWS STICK TO THE OIL CHANGES ONLY STOP RECOMMENDING SERVICES THAT PPL DONT NEED .....THEY CAN GO TO THE PROFESSIONALS FOR THAT...
