My experience has always been above and beyond my expectations. The staff is always professional. When I take my clothing to be cleaned and altered they do an excellent job.If you have any spots on your clothes they can and will remove them.I LOVE THIS CLEANERS. I wouldnt take my clothing any place else. May God continue to keep them in business.

Found this business on google and went in for same day/next day alterations. The staff is so very friendly and the seamstress is a god send! Very good people

My brother ripped his pants along the seam on our way to a wedding. We called a few places in the area but none of them had same day alterations. The team here let us come in and we were out the door within 15 minutes. Fairly priced too! We appreciate the great service.

My husband went to pick up his dry cleaning and Had it in his hands ready to pay for it. The nasty limping clerk behind the counter told him he could not use his credit card to pay because no one there knew how to use the credit card machine. The lady behind the counter came and took his dry cleaning out of his hand and He was told He needed to go and get cash. No one had enough sense to apologize for the inconvenience of his time wasted on that trip or gave any consideration for this inconvenience. He then left and came back with money and asked if they had change. The nasty attitude limping man behind the counter then said My husband was being sarcastic and he wished My husband would NEVER ! come back and stated he was the owner.He acted as if my husband was getting on his nerves or had done something wrong because the nasty attitude limping man did not know how to work his own credit card machine! He never apologized and then said he had been in business for 60 years as if this gave him some type of clout to be mean nasty and sarcastic. My husband told him that he should know better and should never speak to a client that way and that he was not the only cleaners around and the nasty attitude limping man continued to argue and told my husband not to come back. WHO DOES THIS ??? Very Very Very Nasty attitude!!! This is what He gets for trying to support the business in our neighborhood So sad. And by the way we won’t be back and will definitely spread the word about the horrible service . Hope he gets a better attitude.

I been to jeffs cleaners with 1000 worth of jeans and he destroyed them. Dont wanna refund me my money on top of having a bad attitude and rude service i would never recommened no one to come here ever WORST CLEANERS IN DETROIT IN MY EXPERIENCE

Tried this cleaners on a recommendation from a friend. I recommend that you avoid this business. Brought in a blazer for altering. When it was finally done there were pins inside the lining of the jacket. If you like wasting your money and time Jeffs 40 minute Cleaners is the place for you.

Ive used Jeffs 40 Minute Cleaners Shop in the past and have been very impressed with the quality and service. I will def be going back and tell friends and family about this place. Next visit, I will be posting pictures of my alterations.
