I always have a great experience here especially with Tina, she remembers me every time I come In she is quick and thorough…I will definitely be referring people to this location..

I went to cash my check on 12/29/20 @4:45P the location closes at 6P the door was locked and the employee told me the store was closed, there were no customers present at the time.I don’t feel it’s right in fact it wasn’t right at all. I wasted gas and time traveling to this location. I simply took a picture of the employee and I’d like to submit such if necessary. I’ve been cashing my check here for about 2 months and had great service when Kyra was present but unfortunately she wasn’t there, some other employee was present and she obviously didn’t want to do her job. Sorry I have to do this but action has to made. Additionally I don’t think this deserves any stars but I’m required to give At least one to submit my feedback.

Monique was awesome!!! She was patient with me, she didn’t rush me and she explained everything I never to know. A definite recommended!!

Monique was great. Went to Highland Park first. The guy there was very inconsiderate. There was a 90 year old lady waiting outside in yhe 90 degree weather and he would not let her in. Call Monique and she said come on over. She took care of me and now I am a happy man.

This was the worse customer service Ive ever encountered in my life. The lady that work there was so rude. She was mad because she was the only one working. Ok dont take that out on customers. She even said out loud I wish all yall would leave and then she was mad at me and rolled her eyes because I was a new customer at that location. Please hire people that have professionalism and people skills. That was awful. Hope no one else had to go through what me and others went through.

If I give you 0 stars, I would. I say in the parking lot for an hour to open, between 10 and 11 am just now, and no one came. Hows that for some freaking customer service? The lady in the car next to me said that this was a usual thing. Change your hours if you wont open till late. Just wasted my valuable time. Im pissed.

For the past few months, this store has been getting worse. Every time I call to make a payment Im always on hold for more than 15-20 minutes. This final time I was on hold for 48 minutes!!!!! Thats almost an HOUR!! I only gave it 2 stars because it didnt used to be like this.
