I had to come here to pick up my car and after reading the reviews I was not sure how it would go. To be honest I had a chip on my shoulder and was giving them a hard time from the beginning. I told myself I had to write this review because even with me giving them a hard time, my experience was a positive one. A very professional, understanding, and accommodating company.

Been calling for 2 weeks and No one answer the phone or call you back.

I called today and spoke with Megan, who is one of their representatives, and after explaining that my mother fell ill and that I am trying to obtain her property, she was continuously rude, impatient, and unprofessional to the point of hanging up on me. She should be fired and not able to work with the public there. Her lack of patience and inability to communicate effectively shines horribly on their business and I will continue to be a bullhorn to that end.

If you had to come her you don messed up. For real, dont be walking in with an attitude like they owe yall something. Hope you lovely ladies have a great day!

These people are amazing. Unfortunate lift circumstances led to my vehicle being repossessed but every one I spoke with was pleasant and professional. I would have never expected. Do NOT believe some of these reviews. Those people had to of been being jerks!

WOW. I have never be disrespected by a service man in my whole life the way I was this morning. I can see why the business has under a 2.5 star. The vechile had been sitting 15 months so I let them know they needed a flat bed YESTERDAY when I spoke to Lacey. Today they show up in a red drop down truck. I commented to the driver they were suppose to be a flat bed, he replied to me VERY rudely he didnt need a flat bed as he knows what he us doing. Ok. So I tell him its on flats as its been sitting 15 months he says to me even ruder he is going to spin it and pull it the proper way unlike me he knows what he is doing! WOW. Was just trying to be helpful. So I told him he didnt have to be such a RUDE DOUCHE BAG, and he mumbled something under his breathe. The older man with the black cowboy boots was pleasant, and positive I thanked him. I think that I was correct in saying something needed to be done about the flats as theyve been blocking the road for 22 minutes trying to put air in the tires which I told them wasnt going to work. Moral of the story if you want to be treated like a person and not trash call someone else.

I GOT MY INFORMATION FAST AND QUICK I LIKE WHAT THEY OFFER AND I FEEL CONTENT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

The only reason I will give this company 1 star is because one employee made it possible. These people are rude, cut you off when youre trying to talk, break in your vehicles even when you tell them that you will provide them with a key. They have roaches as well, so dont be suprised if/when you come to claim your property and you see roaches in your belongings. I swear I wish I could put my recording up to SHOW my proof!!! And they started really giving me a hard time once the short fat lady heard me telling my fiance I was going to make a report. No problem though honey, you will soon be out of a job. And its sad how employees mess up a businesses money because of their ignorance!---KIAP.S. Thanks Ms.Jamie, for being so professional, understanding, & just having good character. Its people like you who make bad situations not so bad🙏

$40 to get my stuff back. I talked to a lawyer. Its illegal to charge you to get your stuff back.

Had to pick up items from my car, staff was excellent. Very pleasant and everything down to a broken pencil in the console was returned.Wish I could give 1 million stars.

Horrible company to work and train with. They will put you with some bearded guys who look like they havent showered in months, not train you properly and talk down on you. so many people have quit there cause the family only care about money not workers safety at all!!

Staff was friendly from making the appointment to picking up my stuff. They didn’t miss a thing.

These guys picked my car up from Mt. Clemens at midnight, took it all the way to Redford! I picked it up the very next day only 15 hours later, they stole my brand new spare and jack, and I didnt even realize it till a week later. So theyve just let me drive around in the winter weather with no spare tire, shady ass 2 bit towing company.

HOORRIBLE PEOPLE AND THEY ALSO STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY CAR...
