I have lived in many new modern apartments and this one by far is one of the best. I have lived in Arizona, Los Angeles, and Portland Oregon. The Boulevard was the only spot I could find in Detroit (actually all of Michigan) that reminded me of the west coast. Its modern with a hip vibe while still feeling comfortable. The first thing that sold me on this spot was the staff. They are all friendly and extremely helpful but Morena in particular sold us. Her positive high energy and professionalism made us feel 100% confident that the Boulevard was the right choice. She really goes above and beyond to make connections and help you find what will fit your needs most. Plus she is genuine and I honestly feel you can trust that she is never just trying to make a sale. My boyfriend and I have lived here now for 6 months and nothing has changed with the staff. They are always friendly and there for you when you need them. The apartment is great. We love the space, the design and the features. All of the appliances are amazing and my patio is fantastic. Its quiet!! We never hear other neighbors. The amenities are amazing. You get much more for the price than you will at any other luxury apartment complex in the area. Do yourself a favor and call The Boulevard Apartments of you want to live your best life!

I lived at the boulevard apartments for a year and enjoyed my stay. The amenities are new and very nice. It’s a very Safe apartment complex with awesome garage parking. I don’t have any negative things to say, I highly recommend living here.

The Boulevard is such a dope spot in Detroit. I was given a tour by Mariena, and she made me feel right at home. She was very detailed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The whole team was very welcoming overall. I’ve heard great things so I had to go see for myself! Thank you Boulevard team!

The boulevard was super clean and the first home to my newborn son! I felt so safe alone with him knowing there was security around the clock, and you had to have a key fob to enter the building or go up the elevators. Mariena was extremely helpful when she saw me struggling with varying the baby and multiple items she would go out of her way to open the elevator for me so I didn’t have to put things down then pick them back up until I got to my door. 10 out of 10 recommended this place for any other mother’s out there looking for a clean and safe place in the metro Detroit area!

This apartment complex is so nice! The girl who i went on tour with Shaina showed me the 1 bedroom . The work out roomis fully equipped, spacious and it has mirrors! Love that! The washer/dryer being inside the apartment is on my list as well as a the gym. The location is perfect, its close to my job. I loved the tour so much she was very sweet Im looking forward to moving here.

This was the greatest experience I’ve had renting in Michigan. The unit was exactly as advertised, with an excellent view, and the greatest amenities. The courtyard was perfect for grilling on a hot day and snowball fights in the winter time. On more than one occasion we enjoyed the night playing pool and lounging in the game room, and I was able to keep up with my workout regiment the entire time all without ever leaving the building. Mariena was extremely tentative. She was always responsive and would even let us know if we had Amazon packages arrive. When it’s time to move back to Detroit I will most definitely be coming back to the boulevard!

This place was recommended to me by a friend so I came and toured the building. The space is nice and the amenities were awesome. Mariena was also really helpful in showing me around! May be moving here in the future.

The boulevard is such a friendly place to live!! It is super dog friendly, the amenities are top notch, and Mariena in the office is amazing! She is always on top of whatever needs to be done, and always makes you feel comfortable and seen!

I’ve lived a lot of places and there has never been a place like this one. It checks off all my boxes.Everyone here from the manger, to the front desk, maintenance, and the people that live there are just truly amazing. I was one of the first people to move in and I haven’t been disappointed once.(Id love to give names but honestly everyone that works for the boulevard is truly amazing)Even during this pandemic; they are always keeping you updated and answering questions.If you need something fixed or have questions or a problem it is addressed right away in such a positive way.Just by far an amazing place.

Living at the boulevard is a unique experience. This apartment building is not just your regular place, the way it’s designed is one of a kind. The thought that went into the level of detail for all of the amenities, floor plans, parking, and even down to the secured access locks throughout the building and to your apartment here. Kudos to the Platform and management company Beztak. Every apartment is designed to give you the most use for your square footage. Electricity everything, in unit washer/dryer in every apartment INCLUDING studios. Electricity bill is SO reasonable. Plus being right next to the Lodge freeway, hospital and police station - all of it makes you able to feel comfortable in your home in case of any emergency. The sound barrier in between apartments is better than any apartment I’ve lived in before, so please think twice when reading other reviews. I’ve worked here and even since moving on, am thrilled to continue being a resident. Love my awesome office staff here - Jameson, Shaina, Mariena, Maurice and Monica, y’all are the best!!

This apartment is really nice with amazing features, the gym facility and common space is beautiful. There coffee and hot drinks are phenomenal!! Jamison and his team are really helpful, our business has been utilizing an apartment space for a few months now and its been nothing short of an amazing experience. Definitely highly recommend checking out this space.

Hard to recommend a place that doesnt respect privacy. Landlord barged into my place unannounced and was apathetic and rude to me the entire time we spoke. Would recommend looking elsewhere in the area.

Shaina, Jamison and Chelsea are the best! I moved from the Pacific Northwest and they have done everything possible to make this move as easy as possible.
