LOVE THEM. Been going to them for years and they are the sweetest people. What made me finally leave a review is that I got my nails done again a week ago (gel manicure) and have been cleaning, working, and packing a bunch of stuff the past few days and they have not chipped, broken, or anything. They still look brand new. A lot of other places the gel starts peeling within a few days or they chip when I’m using my hands a lot. Rachel’s nails is quality and I love going to them!!! 💛💛💛

I took myself and daughter in for a basic mani and pedi ask the associate to please square my nails for starters she kept curving them on the sides, she also took too much skin off my fingernails also asked to be square she didnt do it I ended up leaving with a bloody nail another associate applied some astringent. Definitely will not be going back

I called in for a appointment and the time of my appointment was agreed when I arrived I told Don I’m his 5 O’clock appointment the female said no I told you 5:30 and he was busy that was never said, told me at the time of my appointment and it was said in a very rude unprofessional manner. I will conduct business with them and will not recommend anyone to go to them. I left very upset.

Love this place!! I have been going to Don for close to 7-8 years now, way before he opened his own location. He always takes his time and caters to exactly what I want. Large color selection and prices are very reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else!

Such a welcoming place. It was my second time coming here and they are so attentive and patient, very polite. I was taking kind of long to decide on a color and they never made me feel like I needed to hurry. It’s nice when you can go somewhere and feel comfortable plus the work is exceptional! Thank you :)

The girl who did my nails messed up and the other girl had to come in she was very rush and rude when she was wiping out the nail polish the first girl did she was not gentle at all she was hurting me and they did not do the nail I wanted. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Did personal design, good prices and very pleased, had a photo of something I wanted to match and they matched them. Definitely coming back. The first time the guy did them they were good but the second time the girl did them just fixed and some are different shapes and lenghts. If I come back I hope she dosent do it. Really bummed

They were friendly and greeted me. They did not do what I wanted on my nails. My nails were different lengths. My nails we all misshaped. Over priced. I do not recommended.

I went in a couple of days. My nails look like garbage!!! They are lumpy and the shape is all off. After leaving it literally looks like I need a fill in & it’s only been like three days. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
