This is my ride or die nail salon. I don’t go anywhere else EVER. I really don’t like four seasons in Windsor heights and every other place I’ve gone takes a long time, overcharges, or messes up my nails. I don’t know the nail techs name but he is my favorite and I only have him do my nails! they are always a reasonable price and exactly what I want every time! I ask for long acrylics with nail polish and a coffin shape. The nail polish does fade but that’s because it’s nail polish. He gets my nails done SUPER fast I’m in and out of there within 30 mins even with the drying time for nail polish. My acrylics have never been bumpy or uneven. Always shaped perfectly. Every other time I’ve gotten dip powder or gel it stays on well. He’s amazing at doing designs and the cheetah print nails were my absolute favorite. I showed him my idea and he did even better than the picture and added more details than I expected. he’s an actual artist. He is also very sweet and polite and once I knew him better we talked a lot about work and my friends have also really enjoyed getting their nails done here too. I’m very hands on at my job but these nails still last me a reasonable amount of time considering the length my nails are. The salon is very clean and nice on the inside so it’s always an enjoyable experience. It’s better to make an appointment here as it can get busy and if you do a walk-in he might ask you to wait (since corona started he’s been having people leave the salon!) I highly recommended absolutely 10/10.

I called to make sure there was availability. He said he could see me in 15 mins. When I arrived he greeted me told me to choose my color and sat me down immediately. I love my nails. He was fast friendly and he actually seen me in the time frame he said...15 minutes.The salon was clean and not overly crowed...they were abiding by covid19 regulations...mask...distance...etc...unlike some other salons Ive been to.This will be my steady nail salon now.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. But my polish was less than satisfying. On my fingernails, the polish is bumpy and on the skin around the nail. On my toes, it seems like she missed a few spots and there is polish on my skin. I would have said something right away but didnt notice until I got home.Edit: Went back into today and got my nails fixed for free. Thank you for fixing the issue. They look so much better!

He managed to take care of 3 clients without making any feel like he was not giving them his full effort which is great considering he was by himself.

Save your money and go somewhere else. She couldnt understand me, never asked what I wanted, did a rush job, and the place and employees were dirty.

I called to make an appointment for two pedicures and he asked if he could call me back in five minutes. I said yes and he never called back. Unprofessional and not going to give someone my time or money who isn’t even willing to return a call.

I’ve been doing mani/pedi at BeBe for a few years. The service is always professional and I am 100% happy with how my mani and or pedi look and last with each visit.

Very professional, clean salon. Alex took care of me before closing. Stayed for me to get a pedicure that was so badly needed. I felt so bad for holding him up for the day but I am so thankful he took care of me! He was polite, friendly and very professional. I’ll be coming back here soon! Also my toes turned out beautifully!

The manager of this nail salon is WONDERFUL. I didnt know for sure what I wanted. He explained everything. The place was way busy, and he acknowledge the people coming in, but never once did he rush me. When I left my nails looked better then they ever have. (and Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years). I was so happy, I took my friends there. The manager needs a raise. I just hope the owners know what an amazing employee he is!!!

I just got my eyebrows threaded and an eyelash extension and I am IN LOVE. This place gave me the best thread that I have ever gotten and I’ve been debating on getting lash extensions for awhile. I was concerned about the glue but they assured me that they’d use a very sensitive glue for my eyes. Almost 3 days later and my lashes still look amazing(no fall out) and my eyes don’t hurt. I will definitely be coming back to get those services done.

Glad I finally decided to stop in,it is close to my home and a very nice set up too! I stopped in to get eyebrows waxed, but they also do threading, which I think that I might try next time! Yes, I am returning to get a pedicure!

My friend and I had an awful day and just wanted to get our nails done. And it was an hour till closing (I know we’re awful) they welcomed us and didn’t rush. My nails look great and I’m so thankful that they made my awful day better. Highly recommend. Will be back!

I came in last Sunday shortly after open, and there was already a line. Love (not sure on spelling), jumped up to help me and to make an appointment for later in the afternoon to make sure I got an appointment that day.Toward the end of my nail dip, she realized there were still too many people and I had a pedicure yet to go. Instead of making anyone leave unhappy, she asked if I could come in the following day - which was her day off and the salon’s day to be closed - talk about commitment to customer service!On top of such great service, these nails are the best looking nails I’ve ever had - I can’t stop staring at them when I get in good light! Despite my short nails, she was able to do a gorgeous ombré without adding acrylics and I was overwhelmed by the choices in color.This experience was so awesome that I will become a regular customer.

I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. The guy who did my nails also did my friends at the same time. He finished both of our nails in less than a hour. We both payed $53 dollars and it was not worth the money. I actually called the store the next day and asked how much it usually is for what I got done and found out he over charged me $6! I even tipped him $10 on top of that and now I feel like an idiot. Do not go here!! You can see streaks through my nails and the color didn’t cover my entire nail. It’s been 5 years since I’ve had my nails done and this experience doesn’t make me want to get them done again any time soon. If I do, it won’t be at this salon.

Altoona location!!!I’ve tried to give this salon multiple chances, but it is NOT worth the time/money. Every time I’ve gone to this salon, the salon workers seem to be extremely annoyed that they’ve got another customer & legitimately try to pass me off to one another. The most recent visit, I went for a regular pedicure & the young girl doing my toes didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all, as if she was trained on the job & not a professional/licensed nail technician. She cut one of my toes extremely deep & I was bleeding very heavily. I understand people make mistakes, but I was bleeding like crazy & it wouldn’t stop for a good while. Her paint job was also terrible, even after she used a brush & acetone to clean it up, it still looked awful. I had to clean it up myself once I got home. The whole point of a pedicure is to NOT do your toes yourself. Once the workers are done with a client they sit around on the couch on their phones, very unprofessional in my opinion. I’m typically not the type to leave a review but this salon is just terrible. You could get better results at Walmart.

I find it ridiculous the way you respond to feedback. My daughter was in your salon the same time I can in to have two of my nails fixed because of the cheap product you use. You think people sit down and think, today I’m going to write a bad review ok this nail salon over never been too, I highly doubt it. Your rude responds to people on here is enough to make people not want to bring business to your establishment. You have to spend money to make money - so take the feedback and buy better product to make the nails last longer than 3 days. While your at it find it somewhere within yourself to be a little bit nicer to people!!

He has bad customer service; reason why they don’t get repetitive customers. He goes by his policies but doesn’t know how to run a business. I moved from Chicago and was so excited for this to be my new nail place. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Just WOW.. I was just looking for a place that was closing late and found this one. I saw the reviews and some of them are bad not sure why because just WOOOOOW. The girl who took me Love was AMAZING!!! took the time to look the colors with me and give some expertise on this (thanks). She did maní and pedi. Mani was great but Pedi WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. BEST EVER!!!!!!Great quality, loved the color, service, the conversation, but the massage was excellent. Need to clarify this is NOT cheap but so worth it. I Def will come back again!!!

Got a mani pedi done, had the mani done first then the pedi. After the pedi had to have my mani redone because the nails were not cut even nor were they painted very well AT ALL!! When I got my pedi done they tried to sit me in a chair that was covered in living moving ants!! Then when I got home (within a couple hours of leaving there) the polish on my nails had literally peeled off!! Very upsetting considering that I had a VERY special event taking place the next day, so had to have my cousin take off the little polish that was remaining and redo them!! They turned out better than the salon had done in the first place!! Then a couple days later my polish on my toes started chipping off in odd spots. Needless to say I am out $80, didnt get to enjoy it and Im glad that I didnt ask to have my eye brows waxed or something in fear I would be left with none!! I will NEVER be back

This first time I got my eyelashes and eye brow threading at BEBE NAILS SPA, I love the way she did, my eyelashes look very nice, Im not got burn compare to other place in the Mall or Waukee I went., the price here very risible . Love Bebes Nails. My favorite place!

Atmosphere is really warm and inviting . Lovely setup and decore, however the guy who did my nails rushed . A day later I had what looked to be popped air bubbles in my nail polish . Ive had my nails done 2 days ago and it looks like Im long overdue for a fill . The guy changed the prices of both sets of nails from when I originally called prior to my visit and I still tipped him, but highly unlikely that I will come back .

Dont go here! I was over priced, disrespected, and down right appalled by his attitude.
